Chapter 35: The Spoken Words Between The Hate And The Thank You

-In front of the Lepiliondel mansion-

"Did you call the priests?! The doctors already?!" (Arian, yelled)

Arian had jumped off from his horse in the very front of the Lepiliondel mansion entrance as he turned to look at some of the knights he had instructed to go summon the best doctor in the empire and some high priests, however...

"There were no doctors who wanted to help the first lady's health nor any priests "(Knight Turaz, said)

Turaz a Lepilodnel knight who went with a group of Lepiliodnel knights to split up to find a good doctor or the priests who had told him no one wanted to help her because of the prophesy under the excuse even that how she was still injured after the wave of divine energy that blessed the whole empire.

If she was still hurt and not getting up that must mean she truly was a bad omen.

'Dam it!' (Arian's inner thoughts)

He looked down at Aurora who was still not waking up.

But just when he thought hope was gone unexpectedly that old Archbishop Ernest had appeared ridding a horse something you really don't see.

Especially for a man of his caliber.

For them to even imagine that the Archbishop himself was a shocked however there was no time to waste.

Archbishop Ernest stood at the other end of her bed placing his hands in the air emiting a golden energy trying to wake Aurora up as his face began to sweat at how much divine power he was pouring but she wasn't waking up seeing how he stopped momentarily as he was getting excused.

"Oi...you old geezer...why...why isn't she waking up?" (Arian, asked)

Arian looked at him distressed trying to seek answers that the Archbishop Ernest didn't know himself ignoring the old geezer comment.

'It must have been a burst of energy but her body should have recovered...' (Archbishop Ernest's inner thoughts)

Archbishop Ernest put down his hands and turned to look at Arian.

"It appears that she's in slumber...I don't know how long for" (Archbishop Ernest, said)

Arian clenched his fist.

'If I....would have taken care of her...she wouldn't have been hurt....if I should have been a good brother....I should have never broke my promise...I...am...undeserving to be called brother by her...' (Arian's inner thoughts)

He could tell what Arian was feeling.

"Young Marquess Arian, I'm sure she'll wake up so why don't you-"(Archbishop Ernest, said)

"KYAAAAA" (Servants, yelling)

"You are traspassing private prorpterty!" (Lepiliondel Knights, yelling)

"It is disrespectful to barge-" (Butler Estefano, yelled)

"You kindapped my wife and you expect me not to take her back?!" (Dorion, yelled)

'BURST!'

"I'll be dam if I let you ungrateful leeches hurt her! If you've done something too...!!" (Dorion, yelled)

Dorion had burst in her bedroom door holding the baby Shituz fox glaring at the Butler with angry eyes about to lounge herself and bite him while Dorion's steps halted immediately as he spotted Aurora laying there on her bed with blood making Dorion missunderstood.

In an instant Dorion's right hand had already gotten hold of Arian's neck lifting him up chocking him up as there was only anger in his eyes.

"If you wanted to end your life this instant I'm going to give you the pleasure to do so" (Dorion, said)

"Heuck, s-she's Heuck" (Arian, said)

Arain's feet couldn't touch the ground but it didn't stop there as Dorion slammed Arian's back on the wall so hard it almost knocked out blood from his mouth.

"You fucken bastards not even rippig your throat with my bare hands will bring her back" (Dorion, said)

"Heuck, no s-she's not Heuck" (Arian, said)

"How dare you take her away from me?! I didn't get to tell her how much I love her! I didn't get to-" (Dorion, said)

"P-Please Duke, she's not dead she's only sleeping" (Archbishop Ernest, said)

Archbishop Ernest had been taken back more like terrified how Dorion was but finally the words left his mouth out with the little bravery he had left.

"What?" (Dorion, asked)

Dorion immediately halted and only turned his side face glaring at him as if he wasn't taking any joke just to try to save Arian.

"I've already casted divine energy she is not dead she's simply sleeping" (Archbishop Ernest, said)

"Heuck!" (Arian, breathed)

Dorion released Arian leting him fall to the ground trying to catch his breath as he held his red marked neck.

"Mieuw?" (Baby Shituz fox, making sad noises)

Dorion walked towards her bed stopping in front staring at her down at her closed eyes as the baby Shituz fox jumped off his arms crying sadlly laying on top of her stomach cruling up still looking at her with sad eyes.

But it wasn't the moment to ask how Dorion had gotten his hands on a baby Shituz fox especially one that appeared to be tamed.

Perhaps it because it naturally scenced the presence of the goddess or thoes around her.

But there was another divine source he felt although much weaker than the godess herself off course.

It couldn't possibly the Shituz baby fox, no that energy felt like more of a different type of magic.

He had read a book before it went missing but his guesses where that it was in their possesion seeing how they appeared to know about it.

"When is she going to wake up?" (Dorion, asked)

Finally his lips opened as he asked.

"I...am not sure...I have faith that she will open her eyes pretty soon" (Archbishop Ernest, said)

"I'll come everyday and pour every inch of divine energy I have and bring the right priests to infuse more divine energy" (Archbishop Ernest, said)

He tried to ease his anger it was clear if he didn't hear an answer he wanted to hear then he was probably next but he couldn't precisely lie to him either so he decided to be honest.

In truth he was going to be doing that.

He had devoted himself to serve the goddess and he would do so even if it cost him his life.

Perhaps thats what Dorion read on the Archbishop eyes that he did not respond to him.

There were not much words said.

Archbishop Ernest left with a silent awkward atomosphere and some tension.

Arian remained in that same spot without moving only his head was looking down as if he was reflecting or in deep thought before opening his lips.

"You can blame me all you want but if you really have a heart of cold then you'll kill me before I get to see my sister open her eyes" (Arian, said)

He scoffed as if he heard something ridiculous without turning around and looking at him.

"When was she a sister to you? Wouldn't it be better to take a leech liar like you out of her sight?" (Droion, asked)

"I deserved it, all thoes names, and far worst." (Arian, said)

"I haven't been a good brother that she can count on and cry whenever she needed it" (Arian, said)

"I've realized too late that I should have stepped up and protected my sister" (Arian, said)

"But I was too stupid, something I'd hate to admit to a man like you, I don't like you for the record and I know you don't like me but back there...." (Arian, said)

He wasn't even afraid of talking bad about him in front of his face or more at his back that faced him.

"A bear was going to attack her so I...lunged myself. I thought if I gaved my life to protect her would be enought but...instead she saved my giving up all she had" (Arain, said)

"I'm pathetic right? I couldn't even do anything right?" (Arian, asked)

He said with a bitter laugh as if for the first time he was trying to have a somehow non conflict converstaion.

Dorion did not turn around he kept his gaze on the sleeping Aurora.

He only moved his red ruby eyes and gaved a side glanced at Arian who was still looking down looking quite pathetic as he said.

"You're pathetic, theres not doubt about that" (Dorion, said)

A low laugh left his lips as if he was not hatting the conversion with the person he despised.

Arian's lips smiled bitterly and a little irrecked at how upfront Dorion was being.

"Oi, you really don't beat around the bush do you?" (Arian, asked)

More like he mumbled to himself.

Dorioin's red ruby eyes turned his attention to Aurora.

"What idiot goes to the Zentle hunting ground without a weapon you had that coming" (Dorion, said)

Clearly he didn't believe it.

Arian's dark blue eyes widen in surprised that he actually sounded sincer.

Even the leech nickname didn't sound so mean.

Arian said no further words neither did Dorion ask about the glimmering light.

Somehow it was as if it was telepathically known that this conversation would not leave anyone's mouth.

They didn't ask how each other knew but it was just meant to be keep shut.

The room turned silent but it was not awkward.

Well it was till a little baby Shitzu fox began to make noise trying to adjust its sleeping posture immidetly drawing Arian's attention.

He got up and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly and stared at the baby Shituz fox in confusion.

He said the obvious.

"Oi that's-ha forget it, but shouldn't we get it off my sister?" (Arian, asked)

He didn't like that a wild animal was laying down on top of his sister.

It could even have flees.

They didn't know if it carried infections or anything so when he tried to reach out the baby Shituz fox stood up on her fours and rored or most likely hissed like a defensive cat as its hairs and tail spiked up.

Arian had rubbed his hand as if it had scratch him while Dorion stood there without getting the baby Shituz baby fox in trouble.

"That's her fox it's already made itself comfortable" "(Dorion, said)

"It's pointless taking it out, it will come back again if we do" (Dorion, said)

He asked confused not understanding what Dorion meant.

In realitiy Dorion wanted that baby Shituz fox off her.

His thoughts were the same, you never know where that baby Shituz fox had been but knowing it teleported and took a liking to Aurora more than him there was no chance in hell that it would move it's little body away.

But you know what there was always a try.

Aurora still was covered in blood so he was going to bring in her maids back in the Rainners mansion.

But first was getting this baby Shituz fox off.

That way when she opened up her eyes she was clean.

Dorion still had another chocolate bar immediately calling her attention of the baby Shituz fox and Arian staring at him in more confusion.

Dorion walked purposely at the end where her vanity was at shaking the chocolate bar and placing it there.

Immediately catching the baby Shituz fox attention.

While Arian stared at him disturbed at Dorion and even more concerned how Aurora had been handling this mentally ill man louring the small fox with a damn chocolate bar!
