***Alright Now Continuation Of Chapter 14...

The moonlight rays hit a handsome man with a combed-down golden-like hair color and captivating ruby-red eyes.

He stared through the window looking behind outside of that world he now stood again.

'Swish'

Gentle fuschia hair strands were moved with delicate gentle fingertips as they guided a few fuchsia hair strands behind the beautiful pale woman's ear.

A captivating beauty with a long loose low bubble wavy ponytail wrapped with a silk thin red bow that matched her pink nightgown decorated by two silk red spaghetti straps that tied up in two nicely thin bows.

The goddess woman looked down at the red duvet covers with her dark blue eyes.

They showed some hesitation and a little fright.

The handsome man that had sensed his wife's troubles turned his attention towards her.

He observed her in silence standing right next to the wide squared window looking at her who seemed to be checking the duvet sheets worriedly before signing in relief.

"What's with that expression?" (Dorion, asked)

His red ruby eyes looked at her from a distance as if studying her.

"Uh?" (Aurora, asked)

She finally looked up at him.

She had seemed to regain her focus however she had not heard his question.

"Don't tell me the bed will bite you?" (Dorion, asked)

He smirked with a tease as he tilted his head and crossed his arms as his muscular chest exposed himself more with the red robe he was wearing.

"Or did those chicken maids put something there?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked again keeping his smile but his teasing eyes had turned cold.

"Ah, it's not that..." (Aurora, said)

Finally, realizing Dorion's intention did she understand what he was trying to say with an expressionless face moving her dark blue eyes away from him.

"Then?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked as his left brow lifted up.

"..." (Aurora)

She remained silent as she continued to look away.

'...' (Dorion's inner thoughts)

Now he had frowned at her silence.

"Didn't you say we were husband and wife?" (Dorion, asked)

'Ah...he's upset' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

Her face turned again to look at him.

"Yes, I did why?"(Aurora, asked)

Her expressionless face finally regained a tint of startlness.

"Then you might remember our talk today lady" (Dorion, said)

"Unless the lady was lying to me when she said for a husband and wife to work there would be need for that communication." (Dorion, said)

"..." (Aurora)

She looked down slowly reluctantly to give him an answer upsetting Dorion who was now doubting if what she said to him earlier that day were true words or words to play with his heart.

"You know lady it's not wise to play with-" (Dorion, said)

He said turning to look away closing his eyes with a disappointed expression but before he could finish Aurora had interrupted him.

"It's a habit" (Aurora, said)

She said as if choking words of pain.

"A what?" (Dorion, asked)

Immediately he had opened his red ruby eyes and looked at her confused.

He stared at her with worried red eyes.

Finally, she got the courage to look up at him still choking on her words.

"There was a snake....in my room back at home so I..." (Aurora, said)

'Will he judge me for not being brave to speak about things as this? Will he throw me away' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

'I can't help to think that I say I would not care if he throws me like everyone else has done to me but...if he does?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

'That kindness he's given me...will it go away if I'm not honest about everything?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

'I'm scared to lose the light I have found again...' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

It was true from the start that she wanted to be completely honest with this man, but that would take some time for her to feel at ease to tell him all the horrifying things they had done to her.

Her dark blue eyes which were a window to her expressionless face were holding tears as she continued.

"I'm so-"(Aurora, said)

She was about to apologize as no other words than that seemed to come out of her mouth but Dorion interrupted her with a snappy tone.

"Don't" (Dorion, said)

He walked towards her as she thought he must be furious at her.

"Don't incline your head when you haven't done anything to me...not even to others bastards" (Dorion, said)

His voice was angry but somehow it felt gentle, a voice that had stopped across her.

A bed that separated the man and the woman as they looked at each other.

" I will never ask for an apology from my wife, and I hope I don't ever receive one from now on" (Dorion, said)

Her dark blue eyes widen as she looked up at him with a surprised face.

At the same time, he thought.

'I definitely didn't hear it wrong...so it was a snake uh?' (Dorian's inner thoughts)

'Then I guess I should too collect some snakes to deliver to some beds.' (Dorian's inner thoughts)

He thoughts schemingly

'Badump, Badump' (Aurora)

Somehow Aurora's heart had warmly beat at that mans comforting words giving her a wiliness to let her see her wounds.

"When I was sixteen, my sister had planted three snakes in my bed" (Aurora, said)

"I never thought I would expect a snake in my bed but...when I laid down I felt their scaled body slide threw my legs making their way to my chest" (Aurora, said)

"I-I was scared" (Aurora, said)

'Drop, Drop, Drop'

The tears that she held in rain down like a storm.

"Tsk" (Dorion)

He clicked his tongue as he saw her delicate body shiver as clear tears painted her traumatized expression.

'Creak'

Dorion crossed the red duvet cores and wiped her tears again with his thumb just like he did back then.

His veiny hands pulled her chin while the other hand grabbed her lifting her up and sitting him on his right hand.

She looked at him as he looked up at her.

"Whatever thing you have gone threw, little or small you have the freedom to let me know at the pace you'll like" (Dorion, said)

"If there is someone that must apologize, it is me the man who had inconsiderably made you speak of those scary things" (Dorion, said)

"So tell them all to me." (Dorion, said)

"I'll listen to them all, even if it means wrecking this dam empire I will revenge whoever hurt you." (Dorion, said)

He told her with his red ruby passionate eyes.

'Badump, Badump, Badump, Badump' (Aurora)

Her heart was beating widely as a blush pink painted her cheeks.

"So then is lady allowing me to lay in here?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked with a mischievous smile to wrap up the sad conversion that she wanted to tell him at her own pace.

"Then is another man going to lay instead of my husband?" (Aurora, asked)

She placed her arms around his neck.

It had seemed that he was quite slick into changing his conversation by openly seducing her.

Of course, she too could play that game.

"Ha, then tell me which bastard and I'll go slice his throat." (Dorion, asked)

He smirked back as he teased her.

"I was being sarcastic." (Aurora, said)

She held him tighter.

"Wife, you don't show much emotions uh?" (Dorion, asked)

He tilted his head as he asked.

"This is by far a record of expression you have shown me uh?" (Dorion, asked)

He teased her even more as she gripped him tighter however this happy conversation was sure not going to last.

Dorion felt a bump near his neck.

It was clearly a bump on Aurora's skin.

Immediately the hand that held her waist pulled out her hand.

His red ruby eyes searched the direct bump.

"?!" (Dorion)

His aura turned red filled with rage.

"I was willing to drop the snake conversation for you to stop those tears" (Dorion, said)

"I would have dealt with them with the same method for the snake I thought...but this!" (Dorion, said)

He said calmly but with an angry tone.

'Plop'

He had sat her down in the bed as he grabbed Aurora's elbow to inspect more closely.

"Tell me are those needle marks done by those leeches?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked as he greeted his teeth.

'Leeches?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

She was going to be honest about that for sure but since he had changed the conversation quickly her heart had forgotten her worries.

"My family?" (Aurora, asked)

Her eyes looked a little confused.

"Yeah those leeches" (Dorion, said)

Dorion continued to greet his teeth holding in his anger.

Her lips parted once again to speak.

"My sister the saintess sent her maids to draw out my blood to feed her power." (Aurora, said)

'That saintess sister conversation...' (Dorion's inner thoughts))

"It's about the conversation we had right?" (Dorion, said)

He asked scanning her face.

"Yes" (Aurora, said)

She nodded her head.

He greeted his teeth so hard it was surprising no blood had dripped.

He looked at her and spoke again.

"Tomorrow morning I will assign bodyguards to you." (Dorion, said)

"So if you need to get anything downtown they will be there, they will protect you here, and this applies to the temple as well." (Dorion, said)

"Never, disappear from their side if I'm not here with you or else I don't know what I'll do." (Dorion, said)

He said with a heartbroken face.

It was as if he was afraid she'd disappear.

"It sounds like you think I'd run away and disappear on you?" (Aurora, asked)

She asked with sad eyes.

"Well maybe I am" (Dorion, said)

He said with afraid eyes.

'...' (Aurora)

"There's something you're not telling me right?" (Aurora, asked)

Her eyes looked at him with suspicion.

"I had planned to send you to a foreign country." (Dorion, said)

He said with hesitation not taking his red ruby eyes from her dark blue eyes.

"!" (Aurora)

Her eyes widen in shock

'All this time...was he thinking such a thing?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

She spoke again with a misunderstanding.

"After all..." (Aurora, said)

She moved a couple of feet away from him with a hurtful expression.

"You were that displeased I became your wife so you we're planning to send me away?" (Aurora, asked)

Her words were like a knife to him that had distanced herself away him.

"Is it because I'm a bad prophecy child?" (Aurora, asked)

'Was it maybe because....so he wouldn't have another bad omen to carry with?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

'Creak'

Dorion approached a few inches before stopping and talking to her.

"Bullshit of that prophecy  that has nothing to do with it" (Dorion, said)

He was in a kneeling position looking at Aurora.

"Those old geezers talking trash all that time, that's just some goddam garbage prophecy" (Dorion, said)

The thought of the prophecy Aurora was painted with boiled Dorion blood, the only thing that crossed his mind was blood, to kill them.

"You'll make me go slice the priest's throat right this instant" (Dorion, said)

He almost got up from bed but she stopped him noticing that he altered himself with the prophecy.

Indeed they were talking about a foreign country and he had changed the subject of the prophecy but she knew he did not do it purposely.

Which meant that somehow that prophecy, he too hated it.

"It's the middle of the night" (Aurora, said)

She said with a worried tone approaching him unconsciously.

He was capable of slaughtering the priests if he truly wanted to.

"And we still haven't finished this conversation." (Aurora, said)

Her eyes gained a firmness as she continued to talk.

"Where is the freedom you talked about if you wanted to send me away without giving me the choice to pick it for myself?" (Aurora, asked)

She placed her palm in her heart with a hurt expression.

"..." (Dorion)

"You told me just a few minutes ago that I should be honest with you about those snakes, so I opened up. You are not just a person to me, you are my husband and I am your wife now which means I am here with you if you die I die too." (Aurora, said)

"I'm not someone you can just send off" (Aurora, said)

"I'm not a decoration to you, I have feelings, and I swore a vow of oath to sat by your side." (Aurora, said)

"So I am not going anywhere and you are not sending me off to who knows where " (Aurora, said)

It was those determined words she had said to him before but how they stood now he had to be reminded of it again.

His lips finally parted.

"I originally thought you would be happy" (Dorion, said)

"Happy?" (Aurora, said)

"How can I be happy knowing my husband wanted to get rid of-" (Aurora, said)

"Lady! Living a life here is hell!" (Dorion, said)

He raised his voice without screaming.

"This life, I live a life full of betrayal. They kill to have me beheaded, it is not a worthy life for you to live with a person like me" (Dorion, said)

He ruffled up his hair in stress.

"Then do you think I will betray you?" (Aurora, asked)

She asked with a serious expression

"..." (Dorion)

Looking at her expression Dorion could not find the words to speak.

"You are the only person I have in this empty world but it seems that I am unworthy of your trust." (Aurora, said)

"I thought I had found the person who I can share this void with but I was wrong" (Aurora, said)

She said heartbroken.

'I tried... I tried to be by your side in this lifetime but I was too selfish as well to think the world would give me someone I could lean on' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

" You can't say that to me lady" (Dorion, said)

"You can't speak easy of trust... then will what happened when I break yours?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked as he waited for her answer anxiously.

"..." (Aurora)

"A tainted man who recks with blood, a man who would do more horrible things, kill anyone who stands in my way?"

(Dorion, asked)

"How could you trust a person like me?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked with a hurt tone.

"Then will you kill me?" (Aurora, asked)

She asked with an expressionless face and a cold tone.

"No-" (Dorion, said)

But Aurora did not let him finish.

"Why not kill me then? Wouldn't I be in your way?" (Aurora, said)

"You said the important people you'd get rid of-"(Aurora, said)

"I can't (Dorion, said)

He raised his voice stressed as he interrupted her.

"Haa, the sight of you just makes me..." (Dorion, said)

He clenched his fist and looked at her with passionate eyes.

"When I saw you again it felt unreal, I wanted to avoid you so it wouldn't bother me sending you away, but my legs dragged my head like a fool, I don't want to scare you because you probably don't remember me." (Dorion, said)

"I asked you if you loved me, in hope your memories were still intact but I only hurt myself. I kept reaching for more and acted coldly to push you away." (Dorion, said)

"Damit lady you make me so nervous, so I ran away." (Dorion, said)

He said as his palm slid across his face with a red embarrassed face.

" I wasn't sending you away because I wanted to" (Dorion, said)

"You wouldn't believe me, everyone is blind a-"(Dorion, said)

"Then tell me" (Aurora, said)

"I will listen to you if you are crazy, you are crazy so be." (Aurora, said)

"It doesn't change that your my husband does it?" (Aurora, said)

She said with confidence and boldness.

Dorion's eyes widen at her words.

'Creak'

Suddenly he pinned her down on the bed.

"Lady you sure are playing with fire I wouldn't recommend it" (Dorion, said)

'How can she believe such things? Things that people called me crazy for? There's no way she ever believed me after the memories switch.' (Dorion's inner thoughts)

However, Aurora calmly placed her hands on his open chest making Dorion nervous.

Her hands slid from his muscular chest up to his cheeks.

'Don't tell me this man is...insecure' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

"Tell this wife of yours" (Aurora, said)

She said with a seductive voice.

"!" (Dorion)

His eyes widen in lust.

He knew what she was playing at which meant he also knew how to test her himself.

"You'll regret it lady" (Dorion, said)

He leaned down with a side smirk inches closer to her mouth.

"No matter how much you want to know you wouldn't sacrifice enough to let me touch you" (Dorion, said)

He was only provoking her, he was a man that would respect her after all but he wanted to know if by saying these words she'd give up and he could stop hoping for her love, for her trust.

He was already approaching her mouth when he realized she had not moved away.

'Halt'

He stopped and looked down at her confused as she stared at him back with eyes waiting for a kiss.

'Does this woman really? I thought she'd feel disgusted at the sight of my face so close, worse a kiss' (Dorion's inner thoughts)

"You really want to know?" (Dorion, asked)

He asked with a dumbfounded expression as he leaned a couple of inches away.

He had finally realized she was serious.

"I wish to know" (Aurora, said)

Her dark blue eyes remained reflected on his red ruby eyes as she plastered a wide beautiful smile with pink painted cheeks.

While her chest line had looked more bigger due to the position she still held her arms on his cheeks.

'Shalala'

'Badump, Badump, Badump' (Dorion)

He didn't know if he was more excited by seeing such a painting in front of him or fallen in love over again by the first ever simple she had shown after years of pain.

Suddenly he moved away from her quickly and held his nose as he gave her his back.

He pulled out a handkerchief and cleaned his bloody nose.

"!" (Aurora)

Aurora who saw a hint of blood he had dropped accidentally in the duvet sheet immediately made her way to the corner he sat and turned him around.

Her eyes widen at the sight of him cleaning blood out of his nose.

"What happened? Why are you bleeding?!" (Aurora, asked)

She asked both worried and embarrassed.

"It seems your smile gave me a nosebleed." (Dorian, said)

He said with a taint of red blush on his face trying to hide it away with the handkerchief.

"It's the first time I see you smile." (Dorian, said)

'In both lives...when we were young' (Dorion's inner thoughts)

'My smile? Is that why he bled?' (Aurora's inner thoughts)

'Badump, Badump, Badump' (Aurora)

That warm feeling was coming back again as she gently laid him down.

"Then I guess I have to take responsibility." (Aurora, said)

She tucked her fuschia hair strands that got in her way as he spoke again.

"Lady, your quite funny" (Dorion, said)

He chuckled as he handed the handkerchief to her who had asked for it.

"I never thought I would live old enough to see those expressions." (Dorion, said)

'Again' (Dorion's inner thoughts)

However, to his playful tone, Aurora focused on wiping the blood from his nose.

"Don't move" (Aurora, said)

She said with a gentle voice.

"Ouch" (Dorion)

He lied with a complaint.

"Lady are you sure you're not taking vengeance on me or something?" (Dorion asked)

He asked teasing her.

"If I did then would I be here nursing you?" (Aurora, said)

She said with a sarcastic tone but her eyes were gentle.

"No I guess your right" (Dorion, said)

He chuckled again closing his eyes.

'Tss'

Aurora continued to wipe his blood away somehow her dark blue eyes had looked at the handkerchief.

"By the way, we're did you get that handkerchief?" (Aurora, asked)

"Well six years ago at the swordsmanship match tournament a beautiful young lady gave it to me." (Dorion, said)

He opened his eyes and looked at her with a smile.
