Amelia has been kidnapped more times than she cares to count. With a famous father and ex-fashion model mother, she's been in the limelight her entire life, expected to behave and look the part of the perfect daughter. All she's ever wanted is to get the chance to be herself, without the prying eyes of cameras and tabloids, so when she's kidnapped once again, she's surprised to find the freedom she's always wanted. Making friends with her kidnappers, Amelia starts to dread being saved by the police, wishing she could spend the rest of her days with the two complete strangers that allow her to be herself and don't pretend to like her simply because of her last name.
