âGu Qichen, what are you doing?â
Xia Yangyang was furious.
âNothing much, just wanted to dance with you.â
Xia Yangyang had no choice, the dance floor was filled with couples.
If they argued here, it would only draw attention.
Reluctantly, Xia Yangyang began to waltz with Gu Qichen.
But her eyes were enough to kill him.
Xia Yangyang stared at Gu Qichen: âGu Qichen, havenât you had enough fun yet?â
âDonât you think this is fate? Under the circumstances where neither of us knew about each other, we managed to meet in such a way, at such an occasion. I think this is the Heavenâs intention of bringing you to me.â
âGu Qichen, have you gone mad?â
They had just had a big argument, yet now, Gu Qichen was uttering such nauseating words.
Xia Yangyang felt that Gu Qichenâs thoughts were difficult to grasp at this point.
Or perhaps he was planning to toy with her again.
Gu Qichen moved their dancing steps to Miss Anna and Li Zhiqianâs side, smiling: âMiss Anna seems to have taken a liking to your Brother Li, do you think he might abandon you for his own interests?â
Xia Yangyang also smiled: âIf it were you in this situation, what would you do?â
âI wouldnât.â
âWhy so?â
Gu Qichenâs eyes were profound, and suddenly he lowered his head to kiss Xia Yangyangâs forehead: âBecause Iâm a blinded king, loving beauty more than power.â
Xia Yangyang sarcastically chuckled: âShould I consider it an honor?â
The two of them kept conversing while dancing.
Soon, the waltz ended.
Xia Yangyang tried to take this opportunity to leave.
But Gu Qichen still held onto Xia Yangyangâs hand tightly.
Despite her struggles, she couldnât escape.
âGu Qichen, I donât want to dance anymore.â Xia Yangyang was annoyed.
The domineering look Xia Yangyang was so familiar with appeared on Gu Qichenâs face: âOne more dance, the next one is a Dim Dance.â
Xia Yangyang was absolutely helpless.
Let alone that she had never danced a so-called Dim Dance before.
âI donât know how to.â Xia Yangyang frowned.Update by n0vgo .c0
âItâs okay, I can teach you.â
Upon saying that, Gu Qichen once again pulled Xia Yangyang to the center of the dance floor.
The music began.
It was still a waltz.
But the lights on the ceiling went out in an instant.
So this was the Dim Dance?
It was just dancing in the dark one round?
Xia Yangyang chuckled: âWho invented this dance, whatâs the difference between dancing under the lights and in the dark?â
Gu Qichenâs voice sounded amused: âOf course thereâs a difference, you donât believe me, watch.â
Xia Yangyang looked around, shocked.
Because men and women around werenât dancing at all.@@novelbin@@
They were all kissing.
Like an unspoken agreement, everyone was embracing the waist, holding hands, immersed in sweet kisses.
âThisâ¦â
Xia Yangyang was almost speechless.
Gu Qichen spoke quietly: âThe Dim Dance was invented by the French, known for their romance. Dancing in the dark liberates instincts more easily. Kissing is a ritual of the Dim Dance, shall we blend in?â
âNo! Mmmâ¦â
Before Xia Yangyang could reject, Gu Qichen overbearingly kissed her.
Xia Yangyang struggled.
But she couldnât move at all.
Gu Qichen, with one hand around her waist and the other holding her hand.
He kept spinning in sync with the rhythm of the waltz.
Gu Qichen seized her breath with his domineering kiss, leaving her with no energy to struggle.
