Chapter 22 Set up a play

“What?” Minglan stands up shockingly, and stares at Shenwei unbelievably.

Shenwei blinks and smiles lovely. She doesn’t dress up like before, so she is gorgeous now, no one has the heart to blame her.

Minglan is angry now, but when she comes back her senses, she realizes what she did just now. Her kind, elegant and noble image was broken today. It’s lucky that Munanshen is not here now. Minglan takes a deep breath.

Shenwei smiles like a fox, then she shouts to her behind,” nanshen, come here!” shenwei stands up and walks to the stairs gladly. Minglan is gloom now.

Munanshen stands on the stairs, looking at the smiling woman comes to him. She seems has no contradiction with him, then she crosses their arms together. To shenwei’s surprise, Munanshen doesn’t shrug her away and doesn’t say curses.

He just looks at her quietly. Shenwei can find interests and curiousness in his eyes easily.

In Minglan’s view, shenwei relies on Munanshen, they looks at each other with tender eyes. Which makes her depressed.

Actually, shenwei just talks to Munanshen lightly,” if you don’t want others know our agreement, cooperate with me now.” although her voice is low, Munanshen thinks she is really interesting with the tone of flaunting her powerful connections.

it’s weekend today, so he needn’t to go to the company, knowing Minglan is here, he didn’t downstairs and was busy with his work in the study this morning. He feels a little tired, so he comes out and shenwei gave him a surprise.

He had seen the scene the two women contested, everytime, Jiangci would be the loser in the war, finally, Munanshen lost the interests to watch the performance and even hated the tricks between women.

“nanshen, i am so sorry to trouble you to take me to the hospital last night , do you rest well ? “ shenwei looks at him nervously but her eyes are full of smiles.

Munanshen doesn’t refute her, only sees her deeply. “ i am your husband, you are sick, it’s my duty to send you to the hospital. How do you feel now?”

“ yes, i feel better.” shenwei nods feelingly, then she stands on tiptoe to close to Munanshen,” i don’t know that you are a good actor!”

Her warm and aromatic breathe sprays on his neck, Munanshen is stiff over his body now. But shenwei doesn’t notice it , she just kiss his face shyly,” honey, you treat me well, i am so moved! It’s my fault to ignore that you might have a headache after drinking, but Miss Ming helped me boil the medicine, i will learn from Minglan in the future and try my best to be your honey wife, ok?”

“ silly girl! “ Munanshen stretches out and hauls her nose lightly with eyes full of smiles,” i like your confused look. Boiling drugs is the servant’s work, your hands are so beautiful, you needn’t do that.”

aftering saying that , he holds her hands and sits down on the sofa, but he doesn’t loose her hands , on the contrary, he plays her hands continuously.

Seeing the scene, Minglan keeps her mood and dare not to express her pain in her heart. Boiling drugs is the servant’s business. After hearing that , Minglan’s heart broken, it seems that she has fallen into an icehouse and she is frozen all over her body.

She thought Munanshen doesn’t like Jiangci, she thought Munanshen was forced to accept the marriage, she thought she still has chance to stand beside him. But now. Why he treat her well? They behaved like a loving couple.

“ i did a meaningless thing.” Minglan bites her lips lightly, then looks at Munanshen pitifully.

Munanshen fells into thought for a moment, then he replies,” Miss Ming is the guest. You can order servant to do things.”

“ okay, thanks Shen.” Minglan has nothing to say, but looks like an abandoned girl.

“ Miss Ming is our guest, how can you treat her with these?” Munanshen sees the cakes on the table.

Shenwei smacks her lips, then replies with her eyes full of tears,”it’s my fault. I thought that Miss Ming grew up with you together, she can come here anytime. What’s more, i have ordered the cook to make more for Miss Ming. She can’t buy them outside after all.”

“ no, you are considerate honey.” Munanshen pinches her nose intimately ,” are you sleepy now? Your hands are so cold now.”

“ I am fine.” shenwei shakes head, but she looks more pity when she tries to hide her discomfort.” Miss Ming is still here, how can i leave my guest here?”

Munanshen looks at Minglan, only a glance, Minglan knows his meaning. He is sending her away, for the bitch!

Minglan still has self-esteem, she stands up and says,” it was my fault, i have to go back now, i will visit you after xiaoci recovering.”

Seeing she is leaving, shenwei hurries to stop Minglan and orders xiaotao to catch the packaged cakes.” now that Miss Ming like it, take some home!”

“ thanks xiaoci, i have to go now.” receiving the cakes from xiaotao, Ming lan can’t keep her smile and leaves immediately “ Miss Ming, wait for me, i will give you a ride!” Muqian dares not to speak after Munanshen coming.

Munanshen is the only people she scares and respects in the family, although they have different mothers.

After leaving the house, Muqian can’t help saying, “ Ming, don’t be angry , I, and all of the family in Mu family will support you forever. You are my sister-in-law in my heart, please don’t give up.”Muqian grabs her hands and fights for her.

“qianqian, don’t say these words again, it’s not good!” Minglan says sadly.

“ if shen doesn’t like her, i have many chances to get the position, but now, you can see their behavior, he loves xiaoci very much. So can you stop saying those kinds of words like i am your sister-in-law in your heart?” her sad look makes Muqian’s heart broken.

Muqian’s eyes turn to red,”Jiangci is a robber! She robs others’ things. YOU are my brother’s childhood sweetheart, and my brother treated you so well in the past. If without Jiangci, you have already married with my brother!”

“Ming, don’t give up! My brother...my brother just pities her today, she is sick, so he...no matter what.

Ming, please don’t give up, i won’t admit her in my family forever!”

A sharp light appears in Minglan’s eyes, but she still shakes her head injuredly,” stop! I don’t want to be like today once more. I am the Miss of Ming family, my pursuers are waiting for me. Okay qianqian, i have to go now.”

Seeing Minglan leaves sadly, Muqian hates Jiangci more. She won’t the woman stay here long.

Shenwei looses Munanshen’s hands quickly after Minglan and Muqian disappears in front of them,”

thanks for Mr Mu’s help!”

Seeing her different attitudes, Munanshen squeezes his eyes and sneers,” hum! Use up and throw away?”

Shenwei lifts her eyebrows, “ are you addicted in being used?” shenwei smiles and says jokingly after seeing his gloom face,” are you broken for your childhood sweatheart?”

Munanshen is confused for her words. He frowns.

But his look makes Shenwei ensured her thoughts,” okay okay, i won’t quarrel with her next time i meet her.”

Munanshen frowns deeper,shenwei has nothing to say but shows him her white eyes,” don’t push me okay? Although we don’t have love, i am still your wife now. Yes, we have signed the agreement, but we haven’t gotten the divorce certificate till now! So before we divorce formally, you should hide your emotion to Minglan, okay ?”

Munanshen gives her a glance,” are you jealous now?”

Shenwei can’t help showing her white eyes to him, then says reluctantly,” i have said i don’t love you any more, whatever! After we got the certificate, we won’t have any relationships, before that , you’d better control your rich feelings, do i ask too much?”

Munanshen closes his lips and clenches his eyebrows together,” don’t worry, i won’t derail!”
