13 - Parth's fear

AKANSHA POV:

I went and sat behind him.

"How is Krystle? ",Andrew asked.

"...She is....the way she is ",I weakly smiled at him.

Soon, Theo and Parth came. "So Miss. Nonstop, will you open your mouth to speak or do you need any more excuse to not say? ",Parth asked.

I glared at him. And in turn he gave me his stupid smirk.

"Akansha, can you tell us? ",Andrew asked softly.

I then told him everything. His face changed from sadness to confusion to happiness to hurt to shock.

He was shocked to hear what Kryz had thought.

"It's all my fault!! All my fault ",he said and lowered his head.

"We can change that Andy ",Theo soothed him with his words.

The staff came inside, "I am sorry! I was just a little late ",he then started the class.

But my mind was thinking of how to patch them.

The bell rang and the students rushed out towards the exit.

Soon the day got over. I kept my books in the locker and turned to see Parth making out with some random girl opposite to my locker.

I closed my eyes in disgust and walked away fast. I have seen him there with someone a lot of time. Doesn't he have a little decency?

The day went by with my work at Green World and after my working hours, I walked outside to see Parth waiting for me.

I looked at him with a neutral face and then entered the car without any words.

To my relief, the drive to his house was silent. Soon, we reached his house. I got down and walked towards his mansion without waiting for him.

I heard the footsteps behind me and then I felt a hand tugging me.

I turned and looked at him with a quizzical look.

"Is something wrong? ", he asked me.

"No...",I mumbled.

"What happened, Miss. Nonstop? Where are your non-stop talks? "

"I am okay. Even if I am not, it's none of your concern. "

"And one more free advice! Please don't make out publicly; It's disgusting!! ",the words slipped through my mouth before I could stop it.

Ugh!!! What did I do now??

"Oh!!! So Miss. Nonstop is feeling jealous ",he said with a smirk.

"I am not jealous ",I said, gritting my teeth. "It's so disgusting to see it everyday. Not every person likes to see those! I am one of them, So, you do whatever you want, but not in front of me ",I added.

"So cute ",he pinched my cheek, "Why are you acting like you haven't done those before? Acting so innocent? "

"Stop blabbering. Keep quie....",I started but saw Andrew and Theo coming. Thank the lord for their great timing!

"It seems like you guys are bonding well ",Andrew said with a smirk on his face.

"What are we going to do next? ",I asked, changing the topic.

"Can we make a coincidental meeting outside? ",Andrew asked.

"How will you do that in school?? "

"Miss. Nerd!! If you forgot, then let me remind you that tomorrow is weekend days ",Parth said.

"Ohh!! ",I thought. I have successfully completed my first week here with lots of dramas and attention.

"You call Krystle for shopping. We will come there, making it a coincidental meeting. What do you think? ",Theo said.

"The idea is good but it will flop for sure. She knows that I won't ever call her for shopping. She is the one who forcefully drags me to the mall for shopping every time. "

"I won't be available to help you guys during the weekend ",Parth said.

"Why?? Are you working somewhere during weekends? "

"He enjoys his time in the ASE club ",Theo answered.

Club? Isn't that a very famous club? Well, don't even think about the details that happen in the club. He is a playboy! So it's normal. Normal!!

"Can't you stop that for some time? ",I asked, looking at Parth.

He raised his eyebrow in reply. "Never mind, just forget that I asked you."

"How about a movie? ",Theo asked.

Movie! "That's a great idea. Kryz had been torturing me for a movie day for quite a long time. "

"I will buy two tickets. You too buy two tickets. Then we can exchange my ticket with yours. Then as a coincidence, you and Kryz are in the same seat and me and Theo will sit together ",I said excitedly.

"But what if Kryz tries to leave when she sees me? ", Andrew asked worriedly.

"That's where you should prove your skills in making her sit near you ",I said.

Andrew nodded his head. "We can watch some cheesy, romantic movies ",I said.

"What?? ",Theo and Andrew asked, shocked.

"That was the wish of Krystle ",I said, crushing their hope to change the genre.

"So, let's go and buy the tickets ",I said cheerfully.

"You wait here. I and Theo will buy the tickets and come ",Andrew said.

What? Me and Parth alone again?

"No... It's on my way home. I will come with you. After buying, you can drop me home. "

"No arguments ",I added and looked at Parth and then took my bag from the chair and walked out fast.

After buying the tickets, they dropped me home.

Kryz opened the door and looked at me. I gave her a big smile and hugged her.

She hugged me, "Why is my baby so happy? "

"Guess what? ",I asked with my excited tone.

"What? ",she asked curiously.

"We are going for a movie!!!! ",I said cheerfully.

"Wow!!! That's so good to hear!!! When did you change your lazy mind to watch a movie rather than sleeping on weekends? ",she asked, mocking me.

"It's all for my dear bestie ",I shrugged.

"How did your time go at Parth's house?? You are okay with working with him, right?? ",Kryz asked during dinner time.

"Yeah, even though it's a little irritating, I can manage. "

Speaking of projects, I didn't ask Parth who is doing the soft copy or hard copy?

I groaned loudly thinking that I should ask him so that I could proceed with my work.

"What happened? ",Kryz asked.

"Just tired ",I yawned.

After washing the vessels and plates, we went to our own rooms.

Now how will I speak with Parth? Why should you speak? You can type a message, right?

Yeah!! That's better. I took my phone and searched for his name Psycho Parth and messaged him 'Hi' after a long thought.

I waited for his reply but I was left with disappointment. Should I call him? What if he is busy?

You are just going to ask him whether he is doing soft copy or hard copy. It will just take one minute.

Then you can try to finish your work within this weekend. I took my phone in my hand looking at his name.

I dragged his name on the right to call him. It rang for quite some time. I thought that he wouldn't attend, but at the last ring, the call got connected.

I heard some songs going in the background. Is he at the ASE club?? But my thoughts were interrupted by a voice at the other end of the phone.

"Hello? ",I heard a feminine voice from his number. I re-checked my phone to check whether it was Parth's number.

"Is this Parth's number? "

"Yes, it is ",the unknown girl confirmed.

"Where is he? "

"He just went to get a drink ",she said in a bored tone.

"Wha... ",I started asking but I heard some sound on the phone. Then I heard his voice asking her, 'What happened?'

'Who is Miss. Nonstop? She has called', the girl told him.

I heard some shuffling sound and then I heard his smug voice, "Missing me already? "

"Don't be full of yourself ",I huffed loudly.

I heard his chuckle hearing my reply. "So Miss. Nonstop, why did you call me? "

"I was just thinking about the project. And I wanted to ask you about it? "

"You could have made a better excuse. But, better luck next time. Now what is the question you created to hear my voice? "

I am hundred percent sure that he has a smirk on his face now. "It's not an excuse. It was a need. I wa..", I started but he cut me off, "A need? You are that much interested to speak with me. That's highly expected!! "

Oh god! Why did I call him? Argh!! "I wanted to ask you whether you are doing the soft copy or hard copy? ",I asked him, ignoring his irritating talk.

"I prefer hard. What do you prefer? ",he asked in a husky voice.

Why do I feel like he is speaking with a different meaning?? But I didn't give it a second thought thinking that my mind is manipulating me.

"Okay then, I will do the soft copy. And you do the hard copy. "

Hearing my reply, he chuckled. "Okay Akansha. If you wish so, then we can do it your way ",

"Okay then, enjoy your company. Bye ",I said and cut the call before he could reply to me.

I took a deep breath to control my mind. He knows what to say to irritate me.

I then took my notes from my bag and started doing my project putting full concentration on it.

After a few hours, I felt my eyes dozing off. So I closed my note and fell flat on the bed, calling the sleep to take me over.

ANDREW POV:

"I can't fucking believe that you made me come here with you ",Parth huffed angrily.

"You are a sweet boy Parth. "

"Don't make fun of me. If you do, then I will go back and sleep ",he groaned in response.

"Okay, okay. Thank you for coming!! What would have I done without you? You are an inspiration to all the friends out there. "

He just shrugged and sat down on the chair of the cafe outside the theatre.

"If Katelyn hadn't called Theo, then he would have come with me. I hope Farina is fine ",I said to him thinking about Theo and his girlfriend Farina.

In the morning, Theo called me. I answered to hear his worried voice. His girlfriend, Farina's friend Katelyn had called him telling Farina had an accident.

Even though she is alright now, Theo wished to see her. So he bought the ticket and flew to London.

Then I went to Parth's house and made him come with me. But he is still in a grumpy mood.

"They just went inside. ".

"Did you see them? ",I asked him doubtfully.

"Yes stupid! Now stop dreaming! Let's go and finish this nonsense. "

I gladly ignored him and went inside. But suddenly Parth stopped me, "Why are you going this way?? Those cheesy, romantic movies are in the opposite direction ",he said as a matter of fact.

"I am going in the right direction only. "

"What? Are you telling me that we are going to watch a horror movie? ",he asked, shocked.

"Yes. I and Theo convinced Akansha to buy a horror film ticket ",I said innocently.

"What the hell man? Why didn't you tell me before? ",he asked impatiently.

"You know the answer dude. "

"You know that I hate watching horror films. I am not coming inside. You go ",he said and tried to go but I stopped him by holding his hands.

" Parth....Parth...You came all the way from your house to help me. How can you leave me alone at the last minute?? Don't you think Theo will be disappointed in you for not helping me in his absence?? Come on man! You can do it! "

"Okay fine, I am coming!! Stop your blabber! The things I do for my friends; argh!!! ",he huffed and walked forward.

"Thank you Parth. Thank you. You are the best ",I said and jumped on him.

"Man, don't embarrass me in public. Behave. "

"Cool my boy. I am so excited and nervous too! How am I going to convince her to watch the movie with me?? ",I voiced my thoughts aloud.

"That's your fucking problem! Do what you think is correct bravely ",Parth said with a stern voice.

I know that Parth hates horror films. I guess he is afraid! But if you ask him, he will deny it for sure!! Let's hope that everything happens perfectly.

Omg!! Parth hates horror films!! And he is going to watch it with Akansha!! What will happen?

And will Andrew be able to make Krystle watch the movie with him? Or will Krystle walk away seeing him?
