Part 25

But the next moment he chokes on his water and everyone snaps their head at Taehyung when he said his next words.

"I-I want to sleep in Jungkook Jii's room."

'TO SLEEP' ... ~ Yeobin

'IN' ... ~ Min Mama

'JUNGKOOK JIIII'S' ... ~ Jimin

'ROOM' ... ~ Yoongi

'...W-WITH ME...?' ~ Jungkook

All the family members gave different reaction but all their emotions & questions were same. And as for Hobi he hit his head with his palm making a 'pat' sound.

"Uh huh I want to sleep in his room & he can sleep somewhere else for tonight." Taehyung said innocently, totally not getting their point.

Yeobin placed a hand on her chest sighing & rolling her eyes. She muttered lowly. "Uff this naive child, almost gave me a ray of new hope but I guess my wish needs some more time to fulfill."

And Jungkook, his silly smile is wiped off in an instant feeling a bit disappointed. You may ask why? That's because his heart fluttered when Tae suggest to sleep in his room. He thought that Tae wants to sleep with him-- ahh!! whatever but in the end he just misunderstood his words.

Jimin thought to tease Jungkook a little so he said in a fed up tone. "Sorry to disappoint you my soul mate but this bunny here doesn't share his room with anyone. Not even Yoongi." Yoongi nods in approval.

"Aww i-if it's like that then no need--.."

"NO IT'S FINE!!" Everyone flinches when jungkook shouts all of a sudden.

"Why are you shouting bunny?"

"Sorry sorry. I mean I don't mind, you can sleep in my room Taehyung." Everyone saw his gentle eyes focused on Taehyung. Yoongi fake coughs. "B-because he's sick &-& he's also our guest that's why."

"Aww thank you Mr. Bunny. Now I'll take my leave everyone. Goodnight." Taehyung smiles leaving to the room.

& now everybody is staring at Jungkook. He didn't meet anyone's gaze thought.

Jimin starts. "Soooo what's with this "Jungkook Jii' name?"

Yoongi continues. "You never let me sleep in your bed not even the sofa in your room..?" He sounded offended.

"And bunny I thought you didn't like anyone except me calling you bunny soo..?"

Jungkook started sweating profoundly due to all their questions, so taking his chance he stands up stretching his arms & fake yawning. "Haww... I'm so sleepy. Hobi hyung let's go you can sleep with me in the guest room. Goodnight everyone." Saying so he made a run towards the guest room, Hobi following right behind, laughing at the younger's flustered state & red bashful cheeks.

When Taehyung came inside the room he immediately jumped on the bed with a bounce & hugged the pillow sniffing it intensely. "Haa this smells so good. The main reason for choosing this room is this soothing smell." He again sniffs the pillow. "It calms my mind. Because of this smell I was able to sleep for so long today, after so many sleepless nights."

He giggles picking up the bunny plushie & keeping it over his chest. "You smell nice too Mr. Bunny. Actually this whole room smells amazing. I wanna live here forever." He said loudly while kicking the bedsheets with his legs. Then he gets up jumping on the bouncy bed along with the bunny plushie.

After getting tired he laid back like a starfish slowly closing his eyes. Soon sleep took over him & he drifted off to his dreamland.

Sometime later the door of the bedroom is slowly pushed as Hoseok makes his way inside. He sits beside Taehyung's head caressing his messy, hair softly. "Sleep well my little gem." Then he kissed his forehead & covered him properly with the duvet. Chucking slightly he says. "This boy, still sleeps like a starfish."

He left the room leaving the lights switched on.

The next day it's almost 8:50am & there is no sigh of Taehyung on the breakfast table. Hoseok left early because he had an appointment he can't miss. He entrusted Taehyung in Yeobin's hand asking her to wake him up, feed him then send him off to his work, his shop. Yeobin happily compiled.

"Bunny where are you going." She asks as she notices Jungkook heading towards the stairs for the second floor.

"To wake Tae--... I mean I am going to take my charger from my room so I thought I'll wake up Taehyung as well."

"Oh. Ok ok go on."

"Yes, yes, go on~" Jimin sing songs his words in a teasing manner while having a sandwich filled with mango pickle & tomato ketchup.

Jungkook made a disgusted face at his choice of food but decided to ignore him, continuing his way upstairs.

Upon reaching his room the first thing he saw was a big lump on his bed, chuckling slightly he went to it & uncovered it revealing smooth, fair legs kept on the soft pillow. "What the-- I thought it's his head. Then which side is his head... maybe opposite." Saying so he lift up the cover to the opposite side but only slightly, peeking inside. "Hmm here it is. He looks like a small kitten all snuggled up in the sheets. Cute~."

He looks at Taehyung, who is currently curled up under the sheet with eyes closed & his long lashes fanning over his chubby bread like cheeks. His cheeks look more prominent & fluffy as they were puffed out because of Taehyung's hand placement under them. And lastly not to forget the cute little pout on his plump lips.

Jungkook watches him for a while then shakes his head scolding himself for behaving like a creep & looking at someone who is sleeping. But how can he not!! Because the person sleeping on his bed looks so adorable, like a little baby bear, that he doesn't have a heart to wake him up& just watch him sleep peacefully. But he has to wake Taehyung up so that he can come have breakfast & go to his work.

So he pokes his fluffy cheek slightly. "Taehyung wake up. Come on rise & shine, the sun is already up so you should get up too. Tae~." Taehyung shifted in his sleep mumbling something.

"Sooo what*yawns*I don't have to do.. to do photo-synthesis."

"Ahh... This dramatic sh*t. Doing his drama right in the morning." Jungkook thought for a while then clicked his fingers. "Aha.. Idea!"

He walks to the other side of the bed as Taehyung has previously rolled over his right side, continuing to sleep. Jungkook again poked his cheek. "The breakfast is calling for you. Don't you want to have the delicious food that Maa prepared for you?" He whispers in Taehyung's ear & chuckles when he saw Taehyung's eyes & mouth twitching at the mention of food. "There's... Paneer pulao, chole bhature, gulab jamun & also your favorite maal pua." (All are food names. I'll add their pics down.)

Taehyung immediately sits up looking at Jungkook then gulping down his saliva as Jungkook tells him today's menu. Without further ado he climbs down the bed heading for the bathroom. " I'll be there in 10 minutes."

Jungkook saw him entering the bathroom. "Maybe he's not as scared as he was yesterday. That's good." But then he has a huge urge to tease him so he shouts. "Be fast otherwise the maal pua will be over."

In response he hears Taehyung whining. "Nooo~ Tell Maa to keep some for meee~ I'll be out in-in.... 8...no 7 minutesss~.

Jungkook leaves the room while laughing like a devil.

"Wahhhh.... This looks yummy." Taehyung yells loudly, looking at all that delicious breakfast. Food always makes him 10X excited.

"Here Tae, eat up." Yeobin brings him a plate of his favorite maal pua(👇). He nods licking his lips.

Jungkook is sitting opposite of him. Eating his own breakfast. He glances at Taehyung secretly & everytime he glanced at him, it almost turns into staring. For some reason Jungkook liked watching him. Especially his face now as Taehyung stuffs food in his mouth & chew on it while pouting.

"Mhhh it's so good. Aunty one more please." Yeobin smiles caressing his hair lightly.

"On it."

"You seem to enjoy the food quite a lot." Jungkook smiles at him, eyes holding tenderness.

"Uh huh this is my favorite that's why."

"Eat up then."

After completing his breakfast, it was time for Taehyung to say goodbye.

"Thank you for the amazing breakfast aunty. Oh! & Jungkook thank for this jacket, I'll return it to you soon."

Taehyung was now wearing his own white suit with the ripped zipper. But over it he wore a jacket that Jungkook offered him.

"Naa its ok."

After smiling at everyone & hugging a misty eyed Jimin he bid his farewell & promised to return soon.

"Byebye my soulmate *sniff.. Sniff* we will miss you." Jimin's lower lip quivered as he hugged Yoongi & waved his hand at his new found soulmate, Kim Taehyung.
