How Max became Elastigirl's protege

(At the Avalon Superhero Academy cafeteria, Max and his friends are eating)

Toby: Hey Max, how did you became Elastigirl's protege?

Max: Oh, well it started when.......

Flashback:

(Max is at the park, eating a sandwich when he heard people screaming)

Max: That can't be good.

(Later, it's shows a giant spider kaiju named Arachnigon is terrorizing the city as civilians are fleeing in terror, screaming, the creature is destroying cars and shooting webs all over the place)

Unnamed police officer: Please evacuate to a safer area, we'll have this under control.

(Arachnigon starts spiting web everywhere. However, a roar is heard as the giant spider turns around and see Max transformed as Insectra)

(Insectra and Arachnigon enhance roars and charge each other, with Insectra elbowing the giant spider kaiju and stunning it. Immediately after, Insectra picks up Arachnigon by one of its legs and throws it onto the street. Insectra then spits out silk from his mouth, trapping Arachnigon is a cocoon when Avalon arrives to the scene)

Barbara: And so, the giant spider has been defeated by Max Stewart aka Monster Kid.

Max: I did it again.

(Using his super hearing, Max hears a bank alarm)

Max: Someone's robbing a bank.

(Later at the bank, it's shows that a female supervillain speedster is pounding her way into the vault with super speed punches after tying up the guards, employees and civilians)

Dark Nitro: Yes! I'm gonna be rich!

Elastigirl: (offscreen) Don't count on it!

(Dark Nitro saw the Incredibles)

Dark Nitro: The Incredibles?!

Dash: That's right!

Mr. Incredible: How about you get away from the Vault and turn yourself in.

(Dark Nitro glares at Mr. Incredible and runs towards him. He and Elastigirl charge at Dark Nitro, but she easily defeats them by using Elastgirl to tie up Mr. Incredible)

Dark Nitro: Looks like you're tied up at the moment

(Dark Nitro laughs as Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl groan. Soon, she gets knocked to the ground by one of Violet's invisible blasts, she gets up and charges at Violet, who creates a force field to trap the speedster supervillain)

Violet: Dash, untie Mom, Dad and the others.

Dash: Oh it.

(Dash and Jack-Jack went to free their parents and the others. Meanwhile, Dark Nitro keeps pounding the force field with super speed punches, causing Violet to lose concentration as the force field to disappear. Dark Nitro ties up Violet with rope while the rest of the family surrounded her)

Mr. Incredible: Hey, let go of our daughter!

(Dark Nitro grabs Violet)

Dark Nitro: No, you attack me and she goes too.

Elastigirl: No.

(Suddenly, a red blur snatches Violet from out of Dark Nitro's hands)

Dark Nitro: What?

(Soon, the red blur is revealed to be Max, who unties Violet)

Max: Drew Lincoln aka Dark Nitro, you've caused alot of trouble today. I thought I was your archenemy and you're here fighting the Incredibles.

Dark Nitro: Monster Kid?!

Dash: You know each other?

Dark Nitro: Yes, he and his mother always ruin my fun for months.

Max: You're going back to the Avalon prison vault

Dark Nitro: Never.

(Dark Nitro charges at Max in super speed, fighting him with punches and kicks.However, Max keeps evading and puts a small device onto Dark Nitro's shoulder, which releases a white gas. Violet manages to trap Dark Nitro in a force field as the female speedster supervillain collapse onto the floor, unconscious)

Dash: Alright, we one.

Max: Yeah, we did! Another superhero team up, it's the fifth one this week!

(Moments later, Avalon agents lock Dark Nitro with power dampening rings binding her arms and legs as she's being escorting to a transportation vehicle)

Max: What a day, I manage to take down a giant spider kaiju and help defeat a speedster supervillain!

(Barbara Blake approaches Max and the Incredibles)

Barbara: Barbara Blake reporting live at the Municiberg National Bank while a supervillain has been defeated by Max Stewart aka Monster Kid and the Incredibles. So Max, how does it feels to be Elastigirl's sidekick?

(Max is shocked)

Max: Sidekick?

Dash: Oh, come on! You've been dying to be our mom's partners for months.

Max: What, no I didn't......

Violet: I remember that you kept begging our mother to let her take you under her wing.

Max: No way, that is not...........

Elastigirl: You know what, I seem to remember your parents agreeing that you need a superhero from the Glory Days as your mentor.

Mr. Incredible: I remember hearing that too.

Max: (too speechless to say anything) I.............

Barbara: Is this true?

(Barbara and a few journalists turns to Max for an answer)

Max: (sighs) Yes.

Flashback ends

Max: My mom told them that I wanted to be Elastigirl's sidekick, it was embarrassing. I got to do weekly training exercise.

Toby: Wow.

Max: Yeah, well she did taught me some good lessons.

(Later in the Bering Sea, a cruise ship is seen passing through the area as people are injuring themselves when someone spots the iceberg)

Unnamed man: Hey, what's that?

(Suddenly, the iceberg starts to crack as something inside was trying to break out)

Unnamed woman: It's moving.

(Moments later, Godzilla breaks out of the iceberg, roaring)

(The passengers scream in terror)

Unnamed woman: Godzilla!

(Godzilla roars as he looks at the cruise ship for a minute and swims away)
