Felix had not stated that he liked her a lot, nor did he show any excess emotions upon anything that she did, but he still saw her often and did not take in another wife. They both obviously cared for one another but there was a wall there separating them.

Who was Matilda to state that it was so wrong of them? Perhaps they just wanted something to love? Or maybe they were sick and tired of being a nobodyâ¦Or lonelyâ¦Whatever it was, Matilda couldnât stay mad at the woman who threw themselves at Nate and his proposition.
Nonetheless it seems that because of Nateâs greed and knowledge to take advantage of something and place certain things into his control, he had changed so many things now!
I guess someone had to think about it at some stage though, it was a pretty good plan, to place all your children to be the next lot of Emperors of Havenâsâ¦It would help him out to obtain Golden Havenâ¦
There were probably more problems to it, but it felt pretty cruel to determine all havenâs like thisâ¦
Why was it that sometimes Matilda felt so insulted to be human?

In a happy type of way, Matilda got out some paper and ink. Once again, she had been able to procrastinate just a little bit longer!

Actually, the letter to not only the Golden Heirs and True Golden Heirs, but to that of the emperors was not easy!
The wording for one had to be businesslike and formal, as it was an important event! There had to be respect and choice as wellâ¦
What if one or two didnât want to become the next Golden Emperor!?

It is in the best interested to each and every other Haven Emperor to be there too, so that a vote or decision can be made, so emperors too are to also travel to Golden Haven within the next three months.
A Golden Haven Amphitheater will be the place where the gathering of Haven Emperors and Golden Heirs will be held, and Golden Haven will also be able to accommodate up to four people of each invitation.
This invitation is not in jest and has indeed been given to all so that each of you will arrive on time!
Let us hope to toast to the new Golden Emperor and the Golden Bridge in just a few monthsâ time!

Matilda had spent way too much time thinking about this already. Due to the letter, she had also thought of trying to help those who might be in trouble by supplying some type of transportation for them and then she thought upon how it could be doneâ¦So âfollow the goldâ was what that meant.
There was actually more to that too, which helped Matilda think that perhaps she didnât even need to be seen in the flesh throughout this entire plan!
On the day that they all arrive, Matilda could place Golden words upon the amphitheater and perhaps some golden path, which would state the obvious on when it was time for them to start theirâ¦Meetingâ¦

It was almost like she was back to square one. How could she help more then one person and still get them all here without forcing their hands, well, teleporting their bodies unwillingly!?
Putting her head down in surrender, Matilda nearly pulled out her hair!
âDammit! Iâll have to go through it all over again!â
The unsent letters disappeared into her flesh âjunk pileâ and Matilda pouted at Katherine. âAll for the good of fucking mankind! Itâs fine! I can do this, not a problem!â
Letting out a big sigh, Matilda got a new parchment out, while Katherine could only let out a slight chuckle.
Katherine felt a bit useless latelyâ¦All she had been able to do was help get the Amphitheater ready and the accommodation. Helping with other light duties wasnât enough from keeping her from being a bit anxious about what was to happen. Even trying to understand the weaker sex and how much less she was able to do now was not enough to keep her from being distracted! Doing anything the princess asked is fine, making her body feel normal was fine, even accepting everything as is was fineâ¦It was the potential meeting that would simply overlap everything else and make it smaller to this one thing!
What if One wasnât ever going to show up!? What if I never see him again!?

Katherine looked at Matilda with widened eyes.
âI wonât interfere much more then thatâ¦â Matilda stated, looking right back at herâ¦
