Chapter 28 He Doesnât Love You Yvette didnât want to talk to Yazmin, but Yvette didnât expect that Yazmin was so vicious that she even c ursed Yvetteâs unborn baby.
Yvette stared at Yazmin with her beautiful almondâ
shaped eyes and said coldly, âMs. Myers, is it what a noble person would do to interfere in other peopleâs marriage?
âLance and I are legally married. Do you know what that makes of you?
âA third woman!
âBut why does Ms. Myers, such a highâborn girl, want to be a third woman?â
Yazminâs face turned pale. She didnât expect Yvette to insult her like this.
âWho do you think you are? You are just a tool for Lance to please his grandpa. Lance and I grew up to gether, and we know each other. Havenât you heard that the one who is not loved is actually the third woman?â
Yvette couldnât help laughing when she heard what Yazmin said.
âMs. Myers, I understand youâre shameless, but donât think the rest of the world is as shameless as you . A mistress is always a mistress. If I donât divorce Lance, you can only be a mistress for the rest of your lif e.â
âHow⦠How dare you!â
Yazminâs nerves were stimulated when she heard Yvette say that they wouldnât divorce. Yazmin rushed to Yvette, pulled Yvetteâs collar, and tried to scratch her face.
Sizzleâ¦
Yvetteâs collar was torn, and a long and dazzling kiss mark was exposed in the air.
Her fair skin was dotted with a touch of redness, which made her incomparably charming.
It was selfâevident who made the marks.
Yazmin bit her lips and was about to explode with anger.
Yazmin could even imagine how Lance looked when he buried his face in Yvetteâs boobs.
Yazmin thought, this bitch! How dare she!
âAre you an idiot?â Yazmin said through gritted teeth, with malice in her eyes.
Yvette looked at her coldly and said, âAre you mistaken? We havenât divorced yet. We are a normal couple. W hy wouldnât I give my husband what he wants?
âBesides, do you really have a fatal disease? Or are you just pretending to be sick to get Lanceâs symp athy?â
After all, Yazmin didnât look like an incurable patient at all.
âYou⦠You!â Panic flashed through Yazminâs eyes. How she wished she could strangle Yvette.
But thinking of the reason why she came here today, Yazmin forced herself to calm down.
With a bitter smile, Yazmin said, âI didnât expect Lance to do this for me.â
Yvette frowned and thought Yazmin was crazy.
âIâm not in good health. His mother doesnât like me. I really didnât expect him to be so aggrieved to mak e his mother like meâ¦â
âWhat do you mean?â Yvetteâs voice trembled.
âDonât you know that Lance went to ask his mother for help after he left me yesterday? But his mother s aid that she couldnât agree with his divorce without your permission.â
It was like a bolt from the blue!
Yvetteâs face darkened.
Therefore, after Lance slammed the door and left last night, he came back, and the reason why he cam e back was that he wanted to get a divorceâ¦
Yvetteâs face was pale, and her stomach seemed to be disturbed.
Lance didnât have to do that at all. I have never said that I donât want a divorce.
Yvette tried her best not to cry in front of Yazmin, but her eyes turned red uncontrollably.
Yazmin knew it was the right time.
All of a sudden, Yazmin unbuttoned her collar. Her delicate neck was covered with bruises, which were dazzling from her collarbone down.
Yazmin drew her neck closer to Yvette and mocked in a low voice, âWhy do you think Lance would touch you?â
All of a sudden, Yvetteâs face turned from grey to pale. She was like a piece of paper, which could be blown away at any time.
Of course, she knew why.
Lance came to me because he was unsatisfied with Yazmin.
This idea made Yvette sick.
At this moment, all her confidence turned into slaps on her face.
Yazmin was pleased to see Yvetteâs face turn pale.
Yazmin stood up and said coquettishly, âDonât think that Lance canât live without you after sleeping with
you for two years. He is just used to it. The person he loves is me. Itâs no different to sleep with you or o thers. because you are just a tool. Do you understand?â
After Yazmin left, Yvette seemed to have lost all her strength and collapsed to the ground.
Mary Jonas, a servant of the Wolseley family, came in a hurry. She wanted to help Yvette but was push ed away by her âMary, I want to go out for a walk,â Yvette said sadly.
Mary looked embarrassed, thinking, Mr. Wolseley didnât say Mrs. Wolseley could not go out but going o ut in such a condition⦠What if something happensâ¦
After Yvette left, Mary called Lanceâs assistant in a hurry.
Yvette walked on a wide road alone and didnât know where to go. She just walked aimlessly.
Yvette wanted to breathe some fresh airâ¦.
Yvetteâs heart ached so muchâ¦
In the past two years, Yvette had been obsessed with Lance. She was obedient and had never bothered Lance. She almost took out her heart and handed it to Lance.
However, how did Lance treat Yvette? Lance stabbed Yvetteâs heart again and again.
Now, Lance had to do these things to disgust and insult Yvette.
Lance was protective of his treasure, but had he thought that Yvette was her grandmaâs treasure?
Yvette felt sad as she thought of her grandma, so she took out her phone and called her.
The caretaker answered the phone.
âMs. Thiel, whatâs up? Your grandma just fell asleep. Should I wake her up?â
âItâs okay. Donât wake grandma up.â Yvette hung up the phone in a hurry and thought she was out of her mind.
If Grandma knows that I was trampled on like this, how sad she will be!
Grandma is too old to bear any stimulation.
Yvette then called Ellen. âEllen, can you pick me up? I feel so badâ¦â
Ellenâs voice was very strange as if it was a little inconvenient for her to call. Ellen faltered, âAre you in Serenity Villa? Iâll send someone to pick you up. Ahâ¦â
Ellen hung up the phone.
Yvette walked in a daze and didnât notice when she lost one of her shoes.
Serenity Villa was in an expensive area, with a few miles between each house. Normally, no car would p by.
It began to drizzle. Yvette protected her injured arm in front of her, shivering with cold.
âOuchâ¦â
Yvette couldnât help letting out a cry of pain from the bottom of her foot.
Yvette was shocked to see her heel cut by broken glass, blood mixed with rain, and flesh sticking togeth Her foot was in pain, but her heart seemed to be more painful than her foot.
Suddenly, a car whizzed behind her, and then a car sped past Yvette.
Yvette dodged in a hurry. All of a sudden, she felt dizzy and fell down like a thin piece of paper.
âAh!â
Yvette screamed and covered her belly with her hands nervously.
