Chapter 149 A Brilliant Plan
After that, Jacob quickly sent another text. âWhy do you want to know what Mommy likes?â
Hanson pondered about what to reply before he answered truthfully. âYour mother said that I donât understand her, so Iâm trying to understand her more so that she can accept me. Remember to keep it a secret from her.â
âI canât believe heâs only doing this because Mommy told him so. Trash.â
Jack felt injustice on behalf of Vania. âIt should have been something he would want to do on his own accord.â
James couldnât stand seeing the text messages any longer. âIf heâs not doing this because he likes Mommy, he shouldnât even think of having her.â
Just then, Jacob contemplated for a moment before replying to Hanson. âI see. Well, I guess I can tell you a thing or two about what Mommy likes.â
On the other hand, Hanson never expected that these two kidsâ offers came with a prerequisite.
Hence, he replied after thinking of what they liked. âWould you like a toy model or a telescope?â
Hmph! Does he think that he can bribe us with these only? How naive.
Jacob made an excessive demand through text. âA hundred thousand to silence us, and another hundred thousand to know one thing that sheâs interested in.â
Since they were only in charge of providing information, they couldnât be held responsible if the information werenât accurate.
Once payment for goods was made, any exchange or refund on the goods was not allowed.
Nevertheless, Hanson was taken aback when he saw Jacobâs reply.
Weâre doing a business transaction now, eh? I didnât expect these two to be so money-minded.
Still, money was nothing to him, so he didnât mind paying them for information.
Immediately, he replied generously. âAlright. Itâs a deal.â
âPlease make your payment first before the delivery of goods.â
Since he wasnât afraid of getting scammed, Hanson transferred 1.1 million over without any hesitation. âYour silence fee and ten of your motherâs interests.â
All four boys gave each other a look simultaneously before they stared at the phoneâs screen with evil grins.
Does he think that he can pursue Mommy just because of this? Donât even think about succeeding with us here.
After brainstorming, Jacob sent Hanson a text with ten things that Vania was fond of. âDesserts, roses, diamonds, handbags, us, designing, dolls, gyms, hotpot, and sleeping.â
Of course, not everything in the list was correct since Hanson would surely realize if everything on the list was false, and they werenât dumb enough to do that.
As expected, Hanson shook his head helplessly when he saw the list.
I canât believe these two learned how to trick people at such a young age.
Based on my observations, desserts and roses are indeed what Vania likes. Iâm guessing that all women like diamonds as well, and the website just now also claimed that a handbag is a solution to everything, so itâs safe to assume that itâs real as well. The kids and design are definitely false. As for sleeping, I canât just approach her and ask her if she wants to sleep together. Sheâll probably beat me up to a pulp. As for the others, their authenticity will remain unknown for now.
Hanson decided to make a conservative bet on diamonds and roses so that it would be harmless even if he were to make a mistake.
Improvising the plan that he saw online as a reference, he came up with a brilliant plan.
After sending the boys a farewell message, he instructed Larry to enter his office before asking Larry to carry out his plan immediately.
After getting briefed about Hansonâs plan, Larry was completely taken aback before he asked in disbelief, âPresident Luke, are you sure about this?â
Hanson gave him a cold look. âWhat do you think?â
Immediately, Larry didnât dare to say anything anymore and left Hansonâs office with a racing heart.
