Chapter 7 of 12

WHAT IF?

POETRY HEARTBREAK #1142 words~1 min read

What if I am tired of chasing what isn't for me?

desiring to be carefree.

what if I don't care anymore,

crying behind the door.

What if I don't try,

afraid to die,

with nothing done.

childhood was fun,

with a desire to run,

and catch every possibility that gives joy ,

playing with a favourite toy.

But the time has passed,

memories yet to last.

what if it isn't the same anymore? dreams on the floor,

to be crushed by responsibilities.

What if this is me now.

Thank you for the support you all give, I am grateful. I write what I feel from my heart, I am no talented but I am glad you relate to my writings, thank you once again, those who are going through something remember it's phase and it will go.

I love u all

-shakti!
