Chapter 577: Tough Skin and Thick Flesh, Can’t Bite Down

Off to the side, Rui Hui had already started bickering with Diwu Zexuan.

Seeing their heated argument, Qin Youxuan couldn’t help but chuckle.

Qin Youxuan caught her breath, looking at Rui Hui’s fuming face, and quickly shook her head, explaining, “I’m just angry. Diwu Zexuan is so rude. He shouldn’t be teasing a girl like that.”

“Exactly!”

Finally, someone who agreed with her, Rui Hui’s fighting spirit rekindled.

But Qin Youxuan stopped after just a sentence, remembering that Diwu Zexuan was needed to treat Dan Hanjie’s illness and they were on his territory. They couldn’t afford to offend him.

Dan Hanjie didn’t say much else, just held her protectively in his arms.

This continued until the plane landed, and they arrived at the residence Diwu Zexuan had arranged.

“Rest well here tonight. It’s very safe. Someone will pick you up tomorrow morning to take you to me,” Diwu Zexuan stopped at the entrance to the villa, giving these instructions.

“What about you?” Qin Youxuan asked, curious.

In his territory, Diwu Zexuan was actually leaving them behind.

“I need to prepare some things in advance. You’ll know by tomorrow.”

Diwu Zexuan didn’t elaborate further, simply responding with this.

Seeing that Dan Hanjie didn’t speak up, his gaze flickered and he gave a slight nod. Turning around and with the escort of his bodyguards, he got into a car and disappeared from their sight.
