CHAPTER : 27

They both spend their night in feeling each others presence around them even when they are not with each other. They miss each other badly but they were bounded by some of the reasons because of which they can't be together. Both have tears in their eyes and they spend their night looking at the sky, remembering and re-living their old life, when they were together. After some time, the sun rise and put an end to their sleepless night.

Virat got up from the chair he put beside his window to look at the sky at night. He put the chair back in it's original position and went into the balcony to have some fresh air and relax himself a little. He looked at the beautiful blue sky which was slowly turning yellow as the sun was coming up. He looked around, and find big and tall tress covering up the streets, birds chirping sitting on the trees and fresh and cold air blowing touching his face and making him relax and calm after a sleepless and sad night. He looked down on the empty roads. There was no one on the road as it was still very early in the morning but suddenly his eyes caught some movements and he looked at the person who was wearing a black jogging suite with her hairs tied back in a ponytail and was running at the fast speed. He looked at her with more focus and immediately recognised the person as it was none other than his love. He looked at her as she was running on the road from where they have come back to their home last night and going in the same direction from which they have come yesterday. He looked at her till she disappeared in the same direction. He wanted to go and spent his morning with him but he stopped himself from going as he knows that now he has to maintain some distance between them.

After 20 minutes, he was standing at the same spot where he had met Sai yesterday. Looking at her who was standing in front of her unknown of his presence behind her. He tried to console his heart to not to go behind Sai but soon he gave in when his heart ignored his thoughts in mind. He walked to her side and tapped on her shoulder.

Sai looked at him and her eyes go wide. She was not accepting him here, this early in the morning in his jogging suit. She was still thinking how she can handle Vir and break their relationship. She couldn't be able to sleep last night and her morning was again filled with only thinking about one person, Vir.

Sai: Virat aap yaha itni subha kya kar rahe? Or kya dada ko pata hai? Vo pareshan honge aapke liye.

Virat made an annoyed face and looked at her in disbelief. He thought that she can care about everyone on this damn planet but not him.

Virat: Good morning to you too..

He said with sarcasm dripping from his face.

Sai: Mere sawal ka javab aapne abhi tak nahi diya. Kya kar rahe hai aap yaha?

Virat:  Mein yaha swimming karne aya hu, yeh talab hai wahi pe kar loonga.

Sai looked at the dirty lake in front of her. She knows that he was not here for swimming but she decided to have some fun with him.

Sai:  Aare Virat, aap bhi na. Agar swimming hi karni thi toh swim suit mein aate, yeh jogging suit kyu pehna hai?

Virat made an annoying expression and looked at Sai. Seeing his face she laughed loudly, she loves to irritate him. Virat looked at her face, he can look at her face for his entire life and can listen to her laugh and see her smile for the rest of his life. He has missed this special and small moments with her. He also smiles looking at her. He came back to his senses hearing his phone ringing in his pocket. He picked up the call and suddenly his face expression change into stressed and tensed one. Sai noticed his expression,

Sai: Kya hua Virat? Sab theek toh hai na?

Virat: Pakhi... Pakhi labour mein hai.

It's been two hours since Pakhi is inside the hospital room and Virat and Samrat is waiting outside for a good news. Sai was consulting with her Obstetrician friend and planning for her delivery. She soon join the brothers in the waiting room. Virat was still in his jogging suit but Sai was in her jeans and t-shirt with her doctor coat on top. They all were waiting and praying for the best.

After waiting for what seems like days, they finally got the good news they have been waiting for. Pakhi and Samrat was blessed with a cute boy. All of them were very happy and excited to meet the new member of the family. They all got in and watch Pakhi lying on the bed. She looked exhausted and tired. Samrat went to her and kissed her forehead. Sai hugged Pakhi and congratulated her. Nurse came in with the baby and handed the baby over to his father. Samrat was afraid and nervous to hold his baby for the first time but when he holds him for the first time, that feeing he felt is unexplainable in only some words. Pakhi looked at Samrat and smiled. Samrat handed the baby over to Pakhi and stand besides her. Sai and Virat both were looking at them and were very happy for them. They themselves wanted to be that happy but they can't because they were not together anymore. They looked towards each other, their eyes speaking thousands of words at a time and they quickly looked away. They know that they cannot be together so they don't want their eyes to express what is there in their heart.

Samrat: Sai, aao na, isspe tumhara bhi toh pura pura haq hai na. Milogi nahi naye mehman se?

Sai moved forward and took the baby from Pakhi's hand. She hold the baby and smiled. Virat looked at her and his heart flipped in his heart. He saw how beautiful she was looking when she was holding the baby.

Sai:  Aaise kaise nahi milongi mein isse? Mein toh isse itna spoil karne wali hu na..... Or mein bata du, ki mein iski favorite person baane wali hu. Dekh lena aap log.

Virat: Ek minute, yeh kaise ho sakta hai? Mein banunga iska favorite... or waise bhi agar yeh tumhare saath rahega na toh tumhare jaise hi ban jayega, babd devi..

Sai: Mein babd devi hu, theek hai par yeh aap bhi yaad rakhiye ki babd devi na gabbar se toh aachi hi hoti hai, or agar yeh aapke saath rahega na toh gabbar hi banega. Or mein ek saath do do gabbar ko nahi sambhal sakti.

Virat: Oh..Hello!! aaisa kuch nahi hone wala, yeh mera bhai ka beta hai toh yeh mere saath hi zayada rahega!

Sai: Ji nahi, yeh mere pass hi rahega, or waise bhi aapko.....

Before she could speak anything more Samrat cut her off.

Samrat: Aare bas karo tum dono, bache ho kya jo aaise lad rahe ho? isspe tum dono ka bara bar ka haq hai. Toh aaise ladne ki kya zarurat hai? Virat kam se kam tu toh bada hai na, toh tu kyu lad raha hai bacho jaise?

Sai smiled and whispered to herself.

Sai: Or kya, itne bade ho gaye hai for bhi bachi jaise ladte rehte hai, inse aachi toh mein hu, umar choti hu par kam se kam dimag toh bacho wala nahi hai.

They all heard what she said and Samrat and pakhi laughed at him. Virat narrowed his eyes and glared at her.

Virat: Kya kaha tumne? Tum kehna kya chahati ho ki mein tumse baut zayada bada hu age mein? Or tum bahut choti ho?

Sai: Aab iss mein kehne ki kya baat hau, jo sach hai wahi toh bata rahi hu na!

Samrat: Ek minute, tum dono aaise hi ladte ho kya?

Pakhi: Aare yeh lad kaha rahe hai samrat? Yeh toh inke aapas mein baat karne ka tarika hai. Pata hai jab tum nahi the na, tab bhi yeh dono aaise ladte the ki poucho mat, mano aaise lade bina inka toh din hi nahi pura hota tha.

Pakhi laughed and Samrat also joined her. Both Sai and Virat bushed and looked at each other only to look away a few seconds after. They remembered all their cute fights and lovely memories they have spent together. Sai put the baby back in the crib and they all leave the room to let pakhi and the baby have some rest. Samrat, Virat and Sai goes to the hospital canteen and eat their breakfast. During the breakfast, Samrat informed them that Him and Pakhi have to go back to Nagpur for the baby's arrival celebration and also for the rest of the ceremonies. He asked both Virat and Sai to accompany them but they both refused. Sai made the excuse that she has some major surjuries upcoming but in reality she wanted to keep distance from the family as she do not have the courage to meet them. Virat made the excuse that he has to join the police station but in reality he only wanted to spend some time with Sai before she gets married to Vir.
