The Sairat Wala Love II1,165 words~6 min read

Virat turned around, he started to move forward. He don't want to see that man, he don't want to interact with this man. He wanted to be away from sai and her memories and interacting with her old friend is not a way to do so.

Rohit was coming out of the hospital, talking on the phone with someone after completing his night shift at the hospital and he suddenly bumped into someone. He looked up and saw Virat in front of him. He can recognize that face in anywhere in the world, and at anytime. The guilt of doing wrong with him and his Sai was not allowing him to forget about these two people. He instantly disconnected his phone. He has to talk with Virat, he has been searching for him since they have completed their collage together, to talk with him but after many tries to approach him, he finds out that Virat has moved out of  the town, with his family. He wanted to confess the crime he did. It's been six years and he cannot wait to get rid of the guilt and the weight he was crying around for the past years.

He saw Virat walking away and he ran behind him trying to stop him.

Rohit: Virat sir rukiye na...

Virat ignored him, he thought that Rohit will confront him about Sai or will ask about Sai from him and he cannot talk about her. He don't want to remember her anymore.

Rohit still chased him, not willing to give up soon.

Rohit: Virat sir please rukiye.. mujhe aapse bahut bahut important baat karni hai, please ruk jaiye.

Virat don't even want to talk to him. He again ignored him and started walking fast. He cannot understand that, what this person has to talk about after so long? And that too, with him?

Seeing that Virat is not listening to him, he decided to shoot his final shot.

Rohit: Virat sir.. please meri baat toh sun lijiye.. mere liye nahi toh sai ke liye, aapko sai ki kasam.

Virat suddenly stopped. He turned to face him. He cannot understand about what he wanted to talk about Sai, but he decided to give him  chance hoping that his words may  help him not to miss her anymore.

Virat: kya baat karni hai tumhe sai ke baare mein? Mera or uska rishta khatam ho chuka hai.

Rohit: aapka or uska rishta meri wajha se khatam hua hai.. please meri baat sun lijiye.. mein aap se...

He cannot complete his sentence because Virat held his collar tightly and drag him with a high force. He was angry. He thought that he was the man with whom sai has cheated with, on him. His anger and pain has taken over his actions, he tighten his grip around his collar.

Virat: tumhari himmat kaise hui mere samne aane ki. Tumhare saath milkar sai ne mujhe dhoka diya hai or tum mere saame aaye or vo bhi yeh batane ki tumhari wajha se aaj sai mere saath nahi hai. Tumhe dar nahi lagta kya mujhse? Mein tumhe chodunga nahi..

Rohit was not able to breath because of Virat's tight hold on his collar. He tried to speak in a small voice.

Rohit: aap galat samajh rahe hai virat sir, sai... Sai.. ne aapko.. dhokha.. nahi diya...hai..

He felt instant relief when Virat loosen his grip on his collar, making him fall on the ground with mud and dust beneath him. He was breathing fast. He wait for him to get stable and stands on his feet to look at Virat who was still in shock.

The words said by Rohit were roaming inside his head. He was still trying to process and understand what he just said. He looked at Rohit who was now standing looking at him. He took a large step to cover their in between distance and looked in his eyes with his own eyes which are now red in colour, filled with anger and range. He said in a loud voice.

Virat: kya?? Matlab kya hai tumhara? Kehna kya chahte ho tum?

Rohit: sir please aap shant ho jaiye, mein aapko sab bataonga, par usse pehle aap mujhe pehle yeh promise kare ki aap pehle meri puri baat sunenge or phir kuch kahenge ya phir karenge. Jab tak mein apni baat puri nahi kar leta aap please apne haat or apne muh nahi chalega.

Virat gave him a deathly glare. Rohit was scared but he also knew that if he did not put this condition in front of him then he would not be able to finish his talk because Virat will beat him to death before hand. He wanted to confess his crime since the day they had graduated and wanted to tell him that what he did was wrong and the guilt of separating two lovers were eating him from inside.

Virat: bolo kya bolna hai. matlab kya hai tumhara ki sai ne mujh pe cheat nahi kiya ya phir tumhari wajha se mera rishta tuta hai?

Rohit was nervous but he also wanted to confess and get rid of the guilt which was eating him from inside. He told everything to Virat.

Rohit: sir, camp ke pehle din humara group site seeing pe gaya tha , jaha sai ne ek fauji ki jaan bachai thi, uss fauji ko vo apna dada manti thi or hum sab unse mile the or hume bhi pata tha ki sai ke unke liye koi feelings nahi hai. Uss fauji ne sai ko manali ghumane ka vada kiya tha kyuki usne unki jaan bachai thi, sai ke mana karne ke baad bhi unhone use mana liya. Camp ke teesare din hume bahar jane ki permission mili thi, or usi din uss soldier ne sai ko bahar le jane ke liye kaha tha. Jo photo aapko dhikhai gai thi, uss photo mein Sai uss soldier ke wife or unki family ke liye market se gift le rahi thi, vo uss ke saath ghoom nahi rahi thi, usne aap pe cheat nahi kiya tha sir, par uss photo mein aisa dikhaya gaya tha ki usne aap pe cheat kiya hai.

Virat was completely lost, he can't believe that what he was saying was true, there were many questions in his mind.

Virat: tumhe kaise pata uss photo ke baare mein?

Rohit put his head down in embarrassment, he cannot face him, not after what he has done to his love and his best friend, Sai.

Virat: bolo rohit.. tumhe kaise pata uss photo ke baare mein?

Rohit: kyuki vo photo meine hi li thi, meine hi aap dono ke beech mein darar lai thi.

He could not complete his sentence again as Virat connects his hand with his cheeks. He was getting more and more furious. The sound of the slap can be heard clearly in the silent night. The slap was powerful and strong and will definitely leave the mark on his cheeks.
