The proud soldiers of the planet Turax were dying everywhere as Expedition Army Commander Kruturas grew increasingly frustrated. That’s when an explosion struck them through the barrier and Kruturas’ head was shattered. Bruaxinor also couldn’t avoid the damage and his body was ripped to pieces.

“The commander is dead! Fall back!”

The soldiers shouted and began to run back, trying to avoid the bombardment falling on top of their heads.

“Warriors of Basayllan! Fall back!”

“We are brave soldiers of Basayllan! We can’t fall…”

The soldier who was trying to rally them to fight back couldn’t finish what he was saying as he was struck by cannon fire.

“Fall back! Retreat!!”

“They’re running away!”

One of the Ainos who was watching them from nearby shouted and others around him nodded.

“General Hallis did it!”

“Yeah, he’s the son of the hero, remember?”

“We hit ’em good!”

They all seemed to be astonished by the two strikes that routed the enemy’s main force.

“Okay, it’s our turn. Let’s cut them down.”

Fifty Ainos using sniper rifles then readied their guns and began firing. They were picking out the enemy leaders who were frantically trying to get their soldiers to retreat. However, nobody in the enemy forces seemed to realize what was going on, the situation was too chaotic.

“What…? An enemy! They are coming after…”

One of the soldiers realized what was happening and was quickly shot down. But more of them began to realize what was happening.

“Dammit. They already found out. I only had five.”

“I only got three!”

“Haha! I have seven.”

“Twelve here.”

“Stop. Let’s go for the regular soldiers. Take out the strong-looking ones.”

The sniping continued, as did the bombardment.

The forces of Basayllan were in disarray and shock. They couldn’t believe what was happening to them.

There was resistance but the enemies seem to be very weak. However, when the enemy’s main forces began to fight back, the resistance began to grow strong.

‘Did we make a mistake coming here?’
