only if these people knew who he is actually he's the most amazing man

i met him at my weakest point of my life

and he didn't judge me for even a second he made me strong again he became my strength

i would never ever doubt his intention with me he's been so patient, so caring, so attentive towards me that i didn't even realised that he may be in pain too

it's not only me having problems he may have them too..i promise patidev

i'll try to comfort you as much as i can

"where are you lost biwi ?" he asked caressing my hair

i looked at him and shook my head smiling

"do you want to have icecream?" he asked getting up

"at this hour? its 12:30" i asked a look of surprise on my face

"anything's possible for me my darling wife" he said giving me a wink

my heart skipped a beat

"can i ever say no to ice cream?" i said grinning

he shook his head and went downstairs while i laid back on the soft mattress in the balcony gazing towards the night sky

he brings peace to me even if he's in chaos i thought smiling he's so precious to me i doubt i will ever let anyone take him away from me

"here's your black current icecream madam" he said sitting beside me with a bowl of icecream

"bas itni he?" i asked pouting

"it's 12:30 na" he said in the same tone i replied earlier

i chuckled before taking the bowl from his hand,his back touching the wall while i leaned in his arm as he wrapped it around my waist

"you know patidev you are the best" i say as i took a spoonful of my favourite icecream

he looked at me with a soft gaze smiling

"am i?" he asked raising an eyebrow

i nodded while having my icecream

"vaise how did you know it's my favourite flavour? you remember after all these years?" i said offering him a spoonful but he shook his head

"i remember everything about you jaan" he said kissing my head and i smiled a red hue falling over my cheeks

i cleared my throat before speaking

"don't you want to taste it even a bit?" i asked as the last bite was left

"uhmhmm..i can" he said as he palmed my face towards him and i looked into his eyes his unwavering gaze on my lips

"can i?" he asked with pure desperation, i could sense it in his voice

a blush coated my cheeks as i blinked and the next moment i knew his lips was on mine taking me in a sweet passionate kiss full of desperation, desire and something i couldn't decipher i fisted his shirt as my breathing got heavy he continued his sweet torture until i breathed heavily

he kissed my forehead and looked at me

i raised an eyebrow my cheeks still flushed and my stomach still having a whirlwind inside

"i am addicted to you so much it's hard to resist" he said as he gazed intensely in my eyes

i couldn't help but hide my flushed face as i wrapped my arms around his neck hiding my face in the crook of his neck my lips resting on his warm skin accidentally while his hand rested on my hairs

he chuckled before he kissed my hairs

"you are making it more difficult biwi" he said a hint of seduction in his voice i hit his chest earning a heartful laugh from him as i joined him

....

days passed and now it was the day of our 8 month anniversary tbh our relationship has progressed a lot

he takes me out on dates often, he makes sure we spend time together and never let's me eat alone, he's always there

"patidev leave ruhaan now he needs to sleep" i say as he was busy playing with the little bundle of joy he was two and a half months old his welcome was definitely a grand one malhotra ji showered him with every toy he can

"just two mins look he's smiling at me" he said excitement lacing his voice

"he always smiles at you" i say sitting beside them kissing ruhaan's forehead

"meri?" he asked looking at me with puppy eyes

"aap chote baby hain?" i asked teasingly

"baby ko pyaar pati ko nahi? not fair biwi" he said shaking his head in disapproval

i chuckled

"acha lo" i said before cupping his face in my palms and kissing his forehead

"ese nahi ache se" he said slightly pouting

i pecked his lips then cheeks then forehead as i chuckled at his childish behaviour

"ab khush?" i ask my cheeks turning a shade darker

"boht" he said before keeping his head on my lap

"can you get ready before 8 p.m i want to take you out" he asked playing with my fingers

"as my husband wishes" i say smiling

and he brings my hand up to his lips kissing it

"okay i will be back then" he said getting up picking his phone and rushing downstairs i shook my head at his behaviour

ritvik bhai wanted sometime alone with ruhi she wasn't feeling herself for a while he took her outside for a change he left ruhaan here i looked at him he was smiling in his sleep

it was almost 8 and i was all dressed up with nothing extraordinary a minimal anarkali kurti with jhumka and anklets  he gifted me i left my hairs open and ofcourse my nuptial chain

"haaye jaan leke manegi aap" i heard his voice as he bent down to fix my anklet

as i was busy scrolling on my phone

i gasped

"aap kab aaye?" i asked as he stood in front of me and i fixed his shirt's collar

"when all your precious attention was on your phone" he said pulling me closer by my waist not even air could pass our proximity

"you are the prettiest woman i have ever seen meri jaan" he said kissing my forehead to which i smiled my cheeks turned pink but then i frowned

"you have seen other woman too?" i asked trying not to disclose the pang of jealousy i just felt imagining him with any other woman

"yeh aankhein aapke siwa kisi ka deedar kahan chahti hain jaan" he said whispering close to my ear as he pecked my cheek

(these eyes of mine only wants to look at you jaan)

"you are so cheesy you know that?" i said gazing in his eyes a subtle smile lingering on my lips

"uhmhmm..only for my wife" he said touching his forehead with mine

"chalein?" i asked whispering

"ji chaliye" he said before forwarding his arm for me to hold on i smile widely wrapping my hand around his bicep

"don't open the blind until i say" he said as we headed outside in the driveway he covered my eyes gently with a soft piece of cloth

"are you going to kidnap me?" i asked in a hushed playful tone as i got seated inside his car

"do you want to get kidnapped by me sunflower ?" he asked whispering really close to my ear i felt his hot breath against my cheeks

"maybe but i am already yours no?" i said innocently without realising the intensity and effect my words had on him i couldn't see his face after all

i heard his light chuckle as he kissed my forehead softly

"if it was in my hands i would want to keep you all to myself only! safe and happy" he said as he started the engine after buckling my seatbelt

only if you knew that i too would want to hide from this cruel world and run into your arms and never leave your side

"but you already keep me safe and happy" i said out loud earning a gentle kiss on my hand which made me smile instantly

the rest of the drive was silent my favourite music playing which felt like a soft hum in the background

the car stopped and the gentle cool breeze caressed my face..the faint voices of the traffic and the hushed talk of people passing by now stopped and all i could hear was the chirping of little insects of night

he opened the door of my side letting me step out carefully as he held my hand tightly in his

"no wait for a while jaan " he said as i heard the jingling of keys

where are we exactly? i thought

a garage full of his favourite cars? or a movie theatre all for himself? or a place for a nice date he booked? random thoughts clouded my mind

as he held my hand leading me forward though we took various steps and stopped at a particular spot he stepped behind me opening my blinds

i blinked several times for my eyes to adjust to the surroundings and when my vision cleared what i saw made me still for a moment

the view from here was simply breath-taking and gorgeous, the house in front of me was no less than what i dreamt of as a child that i would live in

i looked at him surprisingly i once mentioned to him when i was in my teenage that i would build a house just like the one in front of me

"how..when?" i asked although i couldn't form words i exactly wanted to utter

"your dreams are mine too i want to fulfill all of them" he said engulfing me from behind in his embrace

"so this is ours?" i asked looking at every corner i could

"yes our home " he said kissing my head

and i smiled widely

"come there's more to this" he said holding my hand and taking me in the backyard

as i took some steps forward i looked at the swimming pool the moonlight making the water look shimmery, moving ahead i saw a sitting area where firewoods were lit making the surroundings warm in this season where the nights are getting slightly cold

"this is exactly how i wanted it to be you remembered all of that?" i asked taking a seat on the couch he stood beside me leaning on the frame

"my dreams are made from the wishes of your heart " he said gazing at the moon a serene smile lingering on his lips as if he has accomplished something he promised

"the things you say sometimes" i say shaking my head smiling my face flushed with all the blushing i have been doing

he listened to all of it and he remembers all of it..why?

"jaan?" he called out looking at me

"ji patidev?" i asked looking at him admiring the man he was, i never looked at him with this much admiration like i never want to look away, like if i blink he would disappear just like that one time

my stomach did that thing i felt something whirling inside but i wasn't anxious this time..i was happy

"come i have a movie dinner date planned for us" he said holding my hand as we walked inside and he took me inside a room..well a built in theatre to be precise, well on our way i got to know we have a library in here too..

"i feel extremely rich" i said jokingly

"we are rich dear biwi " he said chuckling

"put on your favourite show, movie whatever you like i'll be back in a while" he said before disappearing somewhere in the house

"i made your favourite pasta" he said forwarding a plate to my side

i smiled widely, i craved for my favourite food when i was on my period and being at the mansion was stressing me out too

"feed me,i am exhausted" i say resting my head on his shoulder without saying a word he started feeding me not before placing a heating pad on my abdomen

i didn't tell him.. he just knows somehow

"you know i like you very much" i say my whole attention on the show i was watching

"you do?" he asked caressing my hair softly his tone relaxed yet his heartbeat was fast i kept my palm where his heart was in hope to calm it down

"you are the best part of my life" i said looking at him softly i hope my eyes were expressing what my heart wanted and my words couldn't describe

"Happy 8-month anniversary mi casa"

he said pecking my lips

"J'aimerais pouvoir te dire combien de temps je t'ai attendu " he continued maybe in french?

(I wish I could tell you how long I have waited for you)

he speaks different languages and except for a few words i couldn't guess whatever he said but whatever he said it felt good i chuckled mentally

"Happy 8 month anniversary vedant ji" i say kissing his hand delicately he is precious to me, although it took a lot of shyness to fade away when i called out his name..

he was adamant that i should start calling him by his name so why not from today

i looked at him, he was almost as if frozen

"vedant ji?" i said tightening my hold on his hand

"i want you to keep calling me that without the 'ji'" he said exhaling a sharp breath

saans atak gyi thi kya?

" not only for the sake of saying it,say it dil se for me please i am waiting" he said his eyes shining like the moon

"your wishes are important to me..ved" i said a shy look taking over my face

"i am keeping this safe in my recordings" he said waving his phone in front of my eyes

"what -no you can't" i say gasping in surprise

"i did already" he said giving me a winning smile

"aapko toh mai dekhlungi ache se" i said squinting my eyes as i pointed my finger at him

"aaram se dekh lein jaan aapka he hun "

he said interlacing his index finger with mine pulling me closer as he looked at me mischievously before pecking my nose earning a giggle
