98 - The Vampire Killer (F)

Serial killer Richard Chase killed seven people in span of a month in Sacramento, California.

He was nicknamed "The Vampire Killer" because he drank the blood and ate the remains of his victims.

Richard once attempted to enter a woman's house but finding that her doors were locked, walked away.

He later told the detectives that he took locked doors as a sign that he was not welcome but doors that were unlocked were an invitation to come inside.
