59 - Masked Murderer (F)

On Halloween in 1962, there was a costume party in NYC.

A man in a black mask locked all the doors from the outside and tried to kill all the guests at the party.

The man ended up killing 7 people using a butchers knife, he was never caught.

But the mask was found in 1969.

The FBI has it in custody.
