“Girl,” Sandy was the first to react and immediately stood up from her chair. She pushed away Hodgson, who was blocking in front of her, and immediately ran towards Gu Mengmeng.

Gu Mengmeng came down from Lea’s arms and the both of them hugged tightly together.

Little bear bun and Girl were the nicknames that Gu Mengmeng and Sandy agreed the last time they met. Besides their partners, they were the only ones with a unique nickname for each other.

Sandy was not concerned about honour but because she was the most special to her most important friend, it made her really happy.

“How is it? Is it hard to handle the beauty’s gratitude?” Gu Mengmeng teased.

Upon mentioning this, Sandy’s face flushed red. She lowered her head and said, “Girl, I have done you wrong.”

“What happened?” Gu Mengmeng was confused.

Sandy glanced secretly at Arnold and said, “Before you left I obviously said that I would accept him only after Lea becomes the Fox King, but... but... that day I really...”
