"Mr. Finnel, it's Williams, I know you are aware of the situation of Jared and Karen Kollster, and I would like to create a plan to destroy this man. Care to help?"

I sat there for awhile before I started thinking about Diamonds. This is her mom's and also my best friend's dad's safety we are talking about. Of course I would like to help.

"Where should we meet?" I ask sternly.

I heard a sigh of relief on the other end of the line before he spoke again, "My office in one hour, see you then."

He hung up the phone and I started getting ready to meet him.

All that I do now, I try and ask myself if Diamonds would support it or not so my actions could probably pull her back in. I give the teachers coffee, some even a muffin, and I've even decided to buy some things for Soldier, since I know how much she loves that dog. But it seems like she never notices, like she never even knows that I'm right there screaming for her attention. I've hurt her so bad, and I don't think any of my good deeds would bring her back.

Except for this one, maybe if I can find this son of a bitch that decided to hurt her mother and stepfather, she can forgive me. She can come back and fill my heart with her smile and wake me up in the morning with her soft kisses like she used to. I'll even let her run her hands through my hair while I fall asleep because she always seems to like that. I'll let her borrow all of my shirts and my hoodies and I'll buy her food and flowers everyday just for my princess to come back to me.

I'll give up my gang for her.

They're not worth as much as she is to me. Sure, the gang can bring me money but they can't give me the love that she used to give me. And now, it feels like I let her down too. I've failed both of them, I've hurt both of them, I broke them.

I step out of my shower and wipe the foggy mirror so I can get a good look at myself. I'm exhausted, dark circles decorated my eyes and my skin looked so pale, I almost looked 'dead' according to Blake. I feel like it too, without Diamonds, I have no more purpose in life.

"Where you headed?" Liam asked as I entered the kitchen.

"Where are we headed. We're going to go meet with Williams, apparently he wants to help with finding this guy," I explained as I slip on my leather jacket.

"Great, let's go," Blake says as he bites on his apple.

We all head outside to our cars and make our way to Williams' office. I couldn't help but smile about how proud Diamonds would be in me if she found out I found the man who hurt her family. She would probably shower me with kisses and hug me so tight and have me carry her around because she would be too happy to let go of me; which I wouldn't mind. As long as I can feel her under my touch again, I'll be happy.

"Fuck, she's so perfect," I say into the air.

I chuckle at the memory of when we first met her, when she used her skills to get away from us. She sped through a neighborhood and almost made us crash into a dead end, that's when we knew we had the right girl.

She only added up to our surprise when she had slid across that kitchen island and swung from the bannister. We had never seen someone move that stealthy and quick before, it was all so new to us when she came around.

And how we were yelling in my office that one night and we had disturbed her sleep. She just came into my office annoyed and decided to figure out the situation for us, she went into the servers and pulled the name out in just seconds, it was unbelievable. And to top it all off, she fucking used his FitBit to track him down!

But the best memory of it all, was when I had first heard her voice. It was so sweet and angelic, I was stunned at how she just hid such a beautiful soothing voice underneath her hoodie. The world should hear her voice, but it's funny how she knows how much worth her breath/voice is, that she only uses it whenever she needs respect from people first. She knows her worth, but she doesn't know how worthy she is to me.

We all head into Williams' office and see the all too familiar faces when we enter.

"Kai Finnels, how nice it is to see you again," Ogus exclaimed as we shook hands.

"Ogus, Austin, Jake, nice to see you all. And why are you here?' I asked suspiciously.

Williams and Ogus shared a look, "Williams didn't tell you?" Ogus asked confused.

"Tell us what?" I asked sternly towards Williams.

"They're-"

"We're here to help!" Ogus exclaimed happily.

"I thought it was just going to be us," I said through gritted teeth.

"Well, we're not all here yet. Please, take a seat," Williams gestured to the leather seat while Liam and Blake stood behind me.

"We're not?" Jake asked confused.

"No. But in the meantime, I would like to know the encounters you gentlemen have had with this mystery man. And maybe we can compare ideas and such," Williams offered as he took a sip of his brandy.

"He tortured my step mom and dad," Liam said sternly.

"He tried blowing up our base," Ogus added.

I sat up straighter in my seat with wide eyes, "He what?"

"Yeah, ridiculous, I know. Apparently he had snuck into our base and planted a bomb inside one of our supply closets. We're lucky one of our men heard it or else," he imitated an explosion with his hands and I mentally scoffed at his action.

Williams grunted as he looked at his watch, "They should be here by now."

"Who-"

Just then we heard the door open behind us and Ogus looked up in shock at the intruder. I turned around myself to see the familiar figure wearing a grey jacket and her signature silver mask with Soldier by her side. The two men beside her had healed from their bruises and they looked around us in confusion.

"What are they doing here?" The man with blue eyes and black hair asked, putting emphasis on 'they.'

"They're here to help as well, do you trust them?" Williams asked her.

Diamonds

Once I saw the other cars outside, I knew we wouldn't be alone. So I'm glad I always have an extra jacket and mask in Robin just in case.

"Do you trust them?" William asked.

Well, the Deck of Cards already know who it is behind the mask, but the Royal Aces don't. I didn't know if I could trust them, they tried stealing from me. They both tried stealing from me.

"Silver..." Jake whispered.

I scowled behind my mask and sighed before taking it off. I unzipped my grey jacket and the Royal Aces eyed my body hungrily, as well as the Deck of Cards. I untied my mask and I could tell that the Royal Aces grew eager, so I untied it slowly to tease them.

I slipped the mask off and the three gasps filled the room while I smirked. Williams looked at me proudly, I mean, he already knew I was Silver, of course I would tell him.

"You're Silver?" Austin asked confused.

I arched an eyebrow at him and moved towards the white leather couch and sat down between Joe and Richard. Soldier sat in front of me but his head was on my lap.

"Let's get down to business shall we?" Williams clapped his hands to grab everyone's attention but I could basically feel the eyes watching me with surprise.

"Do we still have your respect?" Ogus asked trying to sound confident. I looked up to him to give him a curt nod and continued to run my fingers through Soldier's fur.

I knew he was only asking so I could talk to him, but I wasn't going to talk because a certain someone lost it awhile ago, so if he doesn't leave, I'm not talking. I know I'm being stubborn but I made a promise to myself that if they don't have respect for me, then I won't waste a single breath on them.

The air held tension in it so thick, you could use a spoon to cut through it.

"Chto ne tak, rebenok?" I heard Ogus ask in concern. (Translation: What's wrong child?)

I kept my head down and blinked away the tears that threatened to spill out at the memory of what Kai had done to me. How he had hurt me, how his action drove me away.

"Ya ne uvazhayu yego," I mumbled. (Translation: I don't have respect for him)

"Dlya kogo?" He asked confused. (Translation: For who?)

"Koloda kart lider bandy," I said looking up at Ogus. (Translation: Deck of Cards gang leader)

Ogus turned to look at Kai who looked completely lost at our conversation. He looked between me and Ogus but I never met his gaze.

"What?" He asked confused. I scoffed and leaned my head on Richard's broad shoulder.

"Respect," Ogus simply stated.

Kai looked at me with an expression of understanding mixed with sadness. He got up from his chair and cleared his throat while walking over to me. I tensed at his sudden movements until he finally stopped in front of me and crouched down.

"I'll give you my respect in return for yours," he whispered looking at me.

I didn't meet his eyes and instead thought about everything he made me feel, everything that he had told me. Everything we went through, and we both fucked up. We're both messy people and we make mistakes, I can talk to him, but I won't respect him.

I looked up to his eyes and tears stung my own at the sight in front of me. He looked absolutely exhausted and the dark circles under his eyes screamed for sleep. His hair was messy and I could tell he didn't put any effort into styling it, it looked like he didn't put any effort into his appearance actually.

"I'll only be giving you my respect for this task at hand, otherwise you shouldn't expect anything out of me," I simply stated.

A small smile started forming on his lips but they didn't reach his eyes. His eyes that once held so much treasure in them, they looked lifeless. So dull, so empty. Like the treasure I was once searching for in them was now washed away with the undertoe of the ocean. His eyes that showed a steel blue but now hold nothing more than guilt and regret. They say that the eyes are the gateway to the soul, but all I see is something broken.

I nodded my head and he went back to his leather seat, but he still wouldn't keep his eyes off of me.

"Ok, so how do we do this?" Liam asked eagerly.

"Well what ideas do you guys have to take him down?" Williams asked as he sat down into his leather seat.

"Really? You guys didn't even come up with a plan yet? You were here before us," Joe complained.

"Hey, don't blame us, where were you guys anyway?" Blake questioned.

"Shooting those fuckers down when they tried to ambush us," I breathed out.

They all looked at me wide eyed for a couple of seconds until Austin spoke up, "You what?"

"You heard me," I said more clearly now.

"Okay, it's okay. Let's figure out a plan now," Williams said calmly.

After hours of many snacks, some coffee, and taking Soldier out to do his business, my ears perked up at Jake's next words.

"How about a bomb?" He suggested nonchalantly.

Everybody snapped up to him and looked at him as if he was crazy.

"What?" He asked innocently.

Williams sat up straighter in his chair and looked deep in thought, "That's not a bad idea," he whispered.

"It's not?" Jake asked surprised.

"No, but you know what we could do? We could bait them in and then bada-bing-bada-boom! They're gone!" William exclaimed happily.

"But what if he comes with backup?" Austin pointed out.

"Well we know he's part of a gang, we just don't know which one. But you know what we do know? Is that they have something against Diamonds," Williams pointed out.

They all snapped their heads towards me and I gave them a bored expression as I munched on my Doritos, "What'd I do?" I asked blankly.

"Well for starters, he took your mom-"

"Also Liam's dad," I reminded them.

"Yes, also Liam's dad. But you're at the top right now, every gang leader either worships you or despises you for your reputation," William explained.

"Okay, so what do we do?" Blake asked curiously.

"We could bait them out. Put up some fake data that there's a shipment coming in for Illium that's worth a lot of money. They wait at the empty docks where the bomb would be hidden, there we go!" Ogus exclaimed happily.

"Yeah but from the looks of it, he might have a lot of men with him if it's Silver's shipment. They might be high guarded and on the lookout for any Illiums to ambush them. So it may have to be a big bomb," Jake pointed out.

"Where do we find a bomb like that?" Williams whispered.

I tensed at a thought I had in my head. But it might hurt everybody. It will kill anything in it's way, it just won't stop. We can't do it.

"Royals?" Williams asked curiously. They shook their heads at his question.

"Mr. Finnels, do you have a bomb big enough?" He asked hopefully.

"We have smaller bombs that could possibly create that big of an explosion," Kai informed him.

"No, we can't have several because then they'd be looking around and might find them easily. There needs to be one," Williams sighed.

My hands suddenly grew sweaty and my mouth was too afraid to protest. My mind started swirling with the many possibilities and the thought of people being blown up sent shivers down my spine.

"Diamonds?"

My body stiffened and I stayed still. I couldn't move a muscle but my thoughts were running wild. I didn't want to be included anymore, I didn't want to do it. I couldn't risk their lives out like this, I wouldn't do it.

I realized I must've stayed quiet for too long because I, once again, felt the many eyes on me. My breathing stopped and I only wished for them to look away.

"She does..." Kai whispered.

"And how do you know that?" Austin asked curiously, his eyes never leaving me.

"Because Diamonds can't lie, she'll only do it to protect her feelings but she can't lie to protect other people. She doesn't want to tell the truth, but she doesn't want to lie either, so she stays silent," He explained matter of factly.

Wow, am I that easy to read or does he just know me well? I was shocked at how he explained it so perfectly when I can't even explain it myself. Kai was really that interested in me that he actually ends up knowing me better than I know myself? Round of applause for Kai Finnel you mother fuckers.

It was quiet for a few more seconds until I heard Joe speak up, "We can tell them."

I looked up to him warily before looking at the other guys. They all eyed me with hope in their eyes, and I felt panic jolt up through my body.

"I can't Williams," I whispered.

"Why Gold?" He asked worriedly.

"Those bombs are really effective Williams. They could blow up anything and anyone that's in a one mile radius, maybe even more. I can't risk everyone's lives like that," I explained softly.

They all sighed and Ogus perked up, "Then we won't be there."

We all shot our heads up to him in confusion and he continued, "We can have something to tell us that they showed up, and we won't have to be there," he explained in shock.

"He's right. Diamonds, nobody will be hurt except for them," Liam exclaimed.

I sighed and knew I wasn't going to get out of this one, it was seven against one, I was defeated. I looked down to Soldier and he barked in agreement with them, and I shook my head as I sighed onto Joe's shoulder.

"You think your up for it boss?" Richard asked with hope laced in his voice.

I groaned and sat back up in my original position, "If any of you losers die I'm going to send you men to hell myself," I said pointing a threatening finger at them.

They all cheered and pumped fists in the air before Blake spoke up, "Where is it?" He asked in joy.

I rubbed my eyes and clenched my jaw, "My house."

"Do you mind if we take a look at it?" Williams asked faking a pout.

I rolled my eyes and got up from my seat, "Fine, but we're getting pizza first."
