Honestly, Cynthia was quite curious about why the mystery person was so insistent on meeting Yvette, especially since they were willing to invest a billion dollars. Such a huge amount clearly indicated they weren’t an average Joe.

After Zoey came back to Yandell Mansion, she received a message from Cameron’s company stating that the exclusive rights to the song were not available. She frowned slightly. “I need the song’s exclusive rights.”

Yara walked over to her side. “Zoey, what’s wrong? Who’s making you upset?”

Zoey handed her the phone. “I really want this song, but the composer won’t give me exclusive rights to it.”

Yara took the phone and glanced at it. “Ms. Cameron… she muttered.

“Yes, she’s a very famous composer abroad.”

“Would it be possible to negotiate if we find her?” Yara asked.

Zoey shook her head. “No one has ever seen Ms. Cameron in person.”

A faint smile curved on Yara’s lips. “Leave this to me.”

Since she’d been an internationally renowned dancer in the past, she knew many people in the field of composition. A little investigating was all it would take to find out who Cameron was.

Zoey’s face lit up with joy when Yara said that she’d find a way. She hugged Yara, saying, “Mom, you’re the

Yara’s expression was filled with warmth and kindness.

Zoey couldn’t care less about him. She coldly hummed in response and then, as if avoiding a rat, disdainfully returned to her room.

Seeing that he’d recovered, Yara asked, “Is something the matter?”

“Mom, when will Dad give me the money he promised?” Terrence asked. He didn’t want to keep living in someone else’s home. Yandell Mansion had never been his home!

At the mention of money, Yara’s expression changed slightly. She took a sip of tea.
