There was an awkward silence during dinner. It was never quiet during dinner, but because Thor's brother was here, and with every that happened today, everything was silent.

Clint started whistling. Everyone looked at him. "Seriously, Clint", Natasha asked.

"Sorry. This awkward silence is killing me", Clint says. I could agree with that.

"Yeah, me too. Can someone say something? Please?", Natasha asked as she looked at everyone. I looked down and started whistling.

The attention was on me now. "Seriously?" Natasha asks.

"Clint did it so I did it to", I said. Clint and I high five each other. Natasha rolls her eyes. "At least it breaks up the awkward silence. That's all I care about", Natasha says, earning a laugh from me and Clint.

The awkward silence returns and Natasha gives us looks as she slams her fist on the table. "You boys are lunatics! Say something", Nat says.

Steve and Thor look at each. Then, back at Nat. "Uh...how was your day?" Thor asks.

"Preposterous", Clint says with a smile. Nat looks at him like he's crazy.

"Who says preposterous anymore?" Natasha asks.

"The Renaissance", I joked. "And apparently, Clint".

Loki chuckles as he looks down at his food, earning everyone's attention. "You laugh?" I asked. Loki looked up at us and his smile disappears. "And you smile", I said, smiling a little.

"Of course, I smile. You've seen me do it", Loki says.

"But this one's in a none evil way", I said. My smile grew bigger and Loki smiles a little. The Avengers looked at us.

"Please tell me they aren't dating", Tony mumbles to Steve, but the group still hears it.

"Ew", Me and Loki say in unison.

"Seriously? With a little girl?" Loki asks.

"Isn't he 100", I asked.

"He's 17 in Midgard years, but much older in Asgardian years", Thor explains.

"So he's too old for me anyways. He's 1,020. I think", I said. Everyone looked at me in confusion. "Yes, I read the Norse tales", I admitted.

"You got that all from a book?"Tony asked.

"No. I had to research that part", I said. I also knew about Greek and Roman, but we weren't going to talk about that until we meet someone from there. I'm hoping to meet Percy Jackson.

"Loki, do you really have children who are a wolf, a serpent and an eight legged horse?", I asked. Loki looks at me in confusion.

"I hope not. How's that even possible?" Loki asks. I just shrugged my shoulders.

"I'm going to go to my room. I'll see you guys later", I said as I got up from my chair and put my empty plate in the sink.

As I walked into the elevator, I looked behind me and saw all the Avengers having their own conversation. Loki was the only one who looked at me.
