Nicole was probably itching to kick Tyrone while he was down. After all, Tyrone had just been kicked out of Lynch Corporation.
"Can I help you?" Alicia opened the door and looked at Nicole.
Nicole was brimming with arrogance, a smug smile on her lips. "Alicia, I'm sure you've heard Tyrone's no longer the heir to Lynch Corporation, right?"
Alicia didn't bother to respond.
Nicole pressed on, her tone casual but her eyes glinting. "He's not entirely out of options, though. If he marries me, according to the agreement Maddox left behind, he could still inherit Lynch Corporation. Not only that, he'd get the entire White family estate as well." Nicole was here to throw him a lifeline or so she thought. She pictured Tyrone jumping at the opportunity, desperate to claw his way back in. Tyrone was a businessman. He understood leverage and what was on the table.
"Tyrone, have you made up your mind?" Nicole asked triumphantly when Tyrone appeared.
"Who let this yapping stray into my house?" Tyrone wrapped an arm around Alicia and closed the door in Nicole's face. "What a nuisance."
He couldn't even be bothered to put on a polite front anymore. Just seeing Nicole annoyed him.
Alicia chuckled. "Are you sure you don't want to reconsider? Her offer is tempting."
Tyrone gave her a look. "After everything I've been through, you think I'd end up marrying her? Have a little faith in me, sweetheart."
Alicia quickly backtracked, coaxing him. âAlright, alright, I was wrong."
A slow smile spread across Tyrone's lips as he drew Alicia into his arms. "If you're wrong, shouldn't there be consequences?"
She nodded obediently.
Tyrone scooped her up and headed for the bedroom. "Tomorrow, I'm taking you to the hospital for a checkup..."
Alicia's cheeks flushed red. She buried her face and mumbled, "Okay..."

Seaview City, at Sean Quinn's house.
Chester Quinn burst into the living room, visibly anxious. "Uncle, it's bad. We just got a call from the psychiatric hospital-the man who tried to kill Alicia has escaped."
Sean Quinn's face darkened, and Yvonne Harrison's expression grew grim. "That hospital is supposed to be more secure than a prison. How could they let someone like him get out?"
Chester frowned in worry. "I suspect someone inside was bribed to let him go."
Yvonne's voice dropped low. "So Brandon found out about him."
"The police are searching for him now-they won't let him get close to Alicia again," Chester said, but there was a note of anxiety in his voice. "But if the Whites really did get him out, what if he slips up and reveals Alicia's true identity?" S

"We have to find him as soon as possible,â Sean Quinn said, his tone deadly serious.
