" holy shit avery how much did you get?" kairi said with a shock expression.
" it wasnt only me , my girl jessica helped me out," i said looking at her.
" amazing literally amazing avery," ale clapped. " those head shots were literally gold, im convinced your my long lost sister."
we finally got back from the casino and we were looking through all of the stuff on the table. we all sat around the counter in the kitchen.
" where the hell did you learn how to use a gun like that?" mark exclaimed. " shit better than half of us in here."
" your capo is also a very good teacher," i smile at mattia.
" until he starts waking you up 3 in the morning to run 7 yards around the pool," jessica says.
i chuckle, " who knew i would be able to do that and for some reason i dont feel bad," i say kinda shocked.
" so your telling me you killed all those people and dont feel 1 ounce of sympathy?" kairi ask me.
honestly i dont , as much as i hated the thought of killing people for no reason. i started to get comfortable with it as long as i stay here.
i shake my head in response of kairi's question.
" thats it she is wife material," jessica says referring to what she said at the casino.
there was a silent pause and then we heard the front door slam. none of us were expecting any guest especially at this time of the night. everyone took out there guns and aim it at the door.
" hold fire damn," mattia's dad says. we all put our guns down and put them away.
" dad please give us a warning when you want to just pop up," mattia sighs. " we almost shot you."
" well sorry i just came to say amazing work tonight , especially you avery," he says to her. " mattia i am so proud of you for risking your life to do this mission."
" thank you dad," mattia smiles.
" so just because you all did an amazing job , you get a vacation for the weekend," he says.
" wait who is gonna run the mafia if i leave?" mattia questioned.
" i will until you come back and once you do i will be on my way back to italy," he says. " plus you mattia need sometime off with all the work you have been doing."
" thanks dad but i dont know," mattia says.
" it wasnt a question, it was an order," his dad exclaims. " plus you can bring avery with you."
sure im needed of a vacation anyways. the amount of shit i have been through , i really hope we go some where good.
" i dont know about you mattia but im taking this vacation," mark happily says. " anyone else?"
" me too!" everyone else says on board.
" fine ill go," mattia groans. " wait where are we going though?"
" bora bora , you will be staying at the finest resort there," he answers. " make sure you bring your weapons still , you never no who you might encounter."
" okay," mattia smacks his lips together.
" alright then off to bed i go , you leave tmr morning and your taking the jet," his dad yells while walking out the door.
before anyone can start talking again, we waited for the door to shut and it did.
" your dad never sends us on vacation, whats up with that?" kairi ask.
" i dont know , that's why i was so iffy about going," mattia sighs. " but lets just go, just incase. make sure to pack from tonight because if you arent ready tmr i will leave you."
" okay see you guys in the morning," alejandro says and begins to walk up the stairs to his room.
" goodnight guys," i say and walk upstairs as well.
i made it inside of the room and immediately fight my way out of the dress. i was to lazy to even turn on the light to see. mattia came into the room and turned the light on.
" why didnt you just turn the light on?" he chuckles.
he walks over to me and zips the zipper down. the dress begins to pool at my foot and i step out of it. behind me i can feel mattia's gaze on me but i dont care.
" thank you so much," i exhale.
" you like to wear alot of black lingerie," he smirks.
" mostly but i wear other colors too," i smile. i walk over to the bed and get under the covers.
" you sleeping here tonight or no?" i asked him. mattia runs over to the bed and jumps in next to me. he wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me close to him.
he looks me into my eyes and puts my hair behind my ears. " can i kiss you?" he asked. " sure," i replied. he grabs my cheek and leans in.
- next morning
i woke up out of my sleep because of my alarm i set last night. i forgot to pack last night so i woke up earlier so i could. i just packed 3 bathing suits , some underwear sets and clothes with shoes.
i finish packing earlier than expected, everyone was mainly asleep so i just got ready and went downstairs to make some breakfast.
i made small smoothie bowls and put them in to go containers and placed them in the fridge. i heard someone's room door open , so i guess they were getting up now. we still had an hour or so before we leave out , so i just cleaned up the kitchen.
" hey avery," jessica says walking downstairs with her luggage. " your up pretty early."
" yeah i forgot to pack last night so i just woke up early," i tell her.
" me too , did you make breakfast im starving?" she rubs her belly.
" yes i made you a smoothie bowl," i smile. " its in the fridge."
" omg thank you so much," she says and walks to the fridge.
i walk upstairs to grab my suitcase and a jacket. mattia was still sleeping so i just waited downstairs until everyone woke up.
( 1 hour later)
everyone finally woke up and was getting ready to leave out. everyone was reloading there guns and cleaning wepons.
" i dont get why you guys have so many weapons," i groan because of how long they are taking.
" well we never know if one might break or become damage so we always bring back ups," alejandro explains.
i let out a sigh and lean my head back in the chair. " im hungry," kairi whines.
" i made smoothie bowls they are in the fridge," i wave my finger to the fridge.
mattia came downstairs and when i say he looks pretty fucking hot. " is everyone ready?" he asked. " yes and tell your girlfriend to have some patience," mark says. i roll my eyes and flick him off.
" mike can you please put our luggage's inside of the truck please?" mattia asked our butler.
mike takes our suitcases and bags and put them inside of the truck. we all walk outside of the door and mattia opens the car door for me to get in. he follows behind me and the others do as well.
" how long of a flight is it?" i ask.
( its actually a 15 hour flight but for the sake of the story im gonna make it short)
" about a 4 hour flight," mattia informs me.
" i can already smell the salty water and taste the blue lagoon's with vodka," jessica leans back into her seat.
everyone stares at her, " what i got a vacation to bora bora, im gonna drink as much as i want," she says.
about 15 minutes later we pull into this small aiport lot . we got out of the car with all of are things and walked to a private jet. as we approached there were two men dressed in black standing next to the entrance.
" good morning mr.polibio , good morning alejandro, kairi, jessica and mark," he says and they enter the jet. " may i ask your name please?"
" its avery," i say and he helps me on. i walk all the way to the back of the jet and sit by a window. mattia went to talk to the pilot and came back to sit by me.
" hey, you okay?" he asked me.
" yeah im fine im just trying to make sense of somethings in my head," i sigh. " you okay?"
" yeah im also trying to make sense of things too," he says. " maybe we can help each other."
