I walk into the gang meeting room. I called it but everyone seems to be chatting and not lined up in a respectful manner. Do they not respect me because I am female? Why do they seem to have no care in the world.

A gang is only as disciplined as the leader.

Right now, the leader is smoking and looking at me. I raise my eyebrow at him. He stretches his hand out with the cigarette.

I take the cigarette.

"why'd you call us for a meeting?" Blake asks. I smile as I drop the cigarette and press my leg closes to Blake on it. I remove my foot to see the cigarette put out.

"Someone here did not listen to an order, I made very clear," I say. Blake looks at me with fear.

"When I give an order or instruction, I expect you to guys to listen to me," I move a foot closer towards Blake.

"What are you talking about and who did it?" fear spreads through Blake face. His eyes go wide and face losses colour. He knows what he did.

"When I say," I move my gun to Blake's head, "Stay away from Zak Harandas," I move my finger to the trigger of the gun, "I mean it."

I press the trigger. Bang. Everyone goes silent, all eyes are on me. A bit of blood had splashed on my face.

Blake's body drops on the coffee table he is sitting on, and the blood rapidly starts seeping out of the whole in his head. The whole I made because someone touched what is mine.

"Does anyone else want to not listen to my instructions or in fact, me. Does anyone else want to not listen to me," I say, everyone goes quiet.

Blake's right-hand man, Victor, puts his hand up. I point the gun at him, "Yes?".

"We won't listen to you, because you're a girl," Victor speaks.

"A girl who gets paid higher than you, a girl who has more say in anything compared to you," Noah says, from behind me. Ace and Noah must have come in a few minutes ago.

"Dia, might be a girl but she ain't afraid to kill anyone, unlike you, Victor," Ace says from behind me.

I press the trigger on my gun which is still pointing towards Victor.

"I'm tired of getting shit for being a girl when I have more guts than you, Victor." I move my gun around the room, "Does anyone else feel the way he feels or does anyone else want to disobey my orders."

"No ma'am," they say, quickly out of fear.

"Will anyone go near Zak Harandas, again?" I question. Everyone viciously shakes their heads. Too stunned to speak. The bullets are my gun crying for me to us it more often. I love when my gun cries and everyone goes quiet- everyone watching me. The shocked faces of a girl they underestimated who has more guts to kill then most of them in the room. Just because I am a girl, they should nor fear me rather be cautious.
