Fairytales taught me to believe in a prince and a princess,
In a witch, warlock or evil mistress
In a big, white sparkling castle
And that I could talk to a cattle
But growing up, I realized fairytales was wrong, for this is reality
And knowing all this time, I've acted foolish and crazy
For in fairytales, the prince gets the girl, and defeats the mistress
But in reality, the prince ends up with the wrong princess.
