3rd person POV:
Sneaking across the complex, Cynthia arrived on the upper floors, inside the building where the leaders once held conferences.
Looking out the window, Cynthia saw the plateau and the dome covering this top floor.
Investigating the building, Cynthia did not find anything at first, until she entered a room filled with strange-looking chairs.
Inspecting these chairs, Cynthia was able to piece together that they might have something to do with the transfer system.
Perhaps what Luna used to grow her army at first? She did not know.
Technology wasn't where her expertise laid. Taking several photos of these inventions, for Aibella to look at and confirm or debunk her theory, Cynthia exit the room, only to see a laser bolt go swooping past her face.
(Bang)
Cynthia:!?
Turning her head, the first mate saw the masked madam, Luna, herself.
With a gun pointed at her, Cynthia slowly raised her arms with no other option available.
Cynthia: How did you know I was here?
Luna: I speak the truth. This fortress is proof of that. It holds detection technology that you wouldn't believe.
She answered with her distorted voice.
Cynthia: What happens now?
Luna: You tell me who you work for because your uniform isn't Saturn regulation.
Cynthia: U.S.R.A.P.U.
Luna:...
Luna: You're part of Direx's crew, right?
Cynthia: Yes.
Luna: Where is he?
Cynthia: Still recovering after his poisoning.
Luna: Do you take me for a fool?
Cynthia: Depends on the context.
Luna: You wouldn't just give me that kind of information that easily.
Luna: Which means one of two things... He's doing something somewhere or he's here.
Luna: Which is it?
Cynthia: Why do you want to know?
Luna: Because unlike you, he's a threat to me. So speak or die.
Cynthia: If you kill me, a signal will be sent out telling others to come and attack.
Luna: Is that so...? Let me call your bluff then.
The mask madam then, speaks into her smart device wrapped around her wrist.
Luna: Capricorn.
Cynthia:?
Luna: I just gave out a signal which told all my spare units to come and protect Pluto.
Luna: So even if you weren't bluffing, it wouldn't matter if I killed you or not.
Cynthia:...
Luna: Once again, the Solar pilot, Yn Direx, where is he?
Yn: Behind you!
Luna:!?
Jumping to the side, Luna narrowly avoided getting punched by Yn, who fell forward and twisted his body to build up momentum and kicked Luna, making up for missing his first attack.
Luna was knocked into a wall as Yn slid across the floor.
Yn: Ugh... Cynthia, get to your Gear, I'll handle her!
Cynthia: Fine, don't die.
Jumping back into the room she just came from, Cynthia began making a moderately roundabout way back to her Gear while signaling to Ryuka to do the same.
Yn and Luna then both stood back up. The young ace pilot, kicking Luna's gun away before he did.
Luna:(rubs jaw)
Yn:(stretches arm) Hey, was that meatloaf in the cafeteria yours?
Luna: Yes? Why?
Yn: I ate it.
Luna: Y-you ate... my dinner?
Yn: And drank all of your hot chocolate.
Luna: Why?
Yn: I was hungry.
Yn: And I thought it might piss you off.
Luna:(glares) It strangely does...
Yn: If that was bad, then you're going to hate, this!
Leaping forward, Yn throws a punch, however, he misses as Luna hops aside.
Turning to her, Yn continues to throw punch after punch, trying to break her mask off her face.
After dodging a few punches, Luna went on the offensive by catching his arm, turning around, and using his momentum to throw him over her shoulder towards the floor.
Yn:!!
Before Yn could get slammed into the floor, he bends his legs and has his feet land on the floor stopping the rest of his body from hitting the ground.
Yn was now in a sort of super limbo pose with Luna's holding him up by his arm.
Yn/Luna:...
Letting go of his arm, the mask madam attempted to kick him in the back of the head, but the young ace managed to swing up his upper body like doing a situp, before the foot which was an inch away from his head, hit him.
Now in a crouched position, jumped to his feet whilst turning around. Luna simply stared at him with disbelief.
Luna: Unbelievable... Even outside our Gear, we are somehow still evenly matched.
Yn: Just you wait until I get all fired up, then you won't stand a ghost of a chance against me.
Luna: If this battle carries on like this, then I shall be the victor. But I have no time for such a barbaric battle.
Knowing this fight would go nowhere and that Gear level back up would arrive for him before her, Luna ran away but Yn didn't give up and gave chase.
Luna:(mind) Is it a coincidence that we are so evenly matched or is there a connection to this and why we can pilot Lunas and Solas?
Luna:(mind) I might not know if he can pilot Lunas but I can't risk testing that...
Yn: Get back here!
Luna:(mind) After this, I must learn the secrets of the Solar and Lunar gear if I'm to rid myself of this problem.
Reaching to his communicator, Yn spoke into it and broadcasted out to his crew.
Yn: If you didn't already know, I'm going to need Solas!
On his pursuit of Luna, Yn and her arrived on a balcony floor of the main discussion hall of where the leaders would.
In the middle, Lunas stood tall, awaiting its pilot.
Yn: Oh, is that why you ran here, huh?
Luna continued running to a closer point to safely leap towards her Gear, but Yn had different plans.
Yn: HIYA!
Luna:!?
Despite the distance, Yn leaped off the balcony towards Lunas's cockpit, shocking Luna who couldn't believe such an act.
Yn:(mind) Let's go Lunas! Time to switch sides!
The two of them both realized that he was about to land inside the open cockpit of Lunas.
Luna didn't know what to do. For a moment she thought it was all over until she heard a slamming noise, followed by a grunt.
(Slam)
Yn:(grunts)
Lunas's cockpit closed before Yn could land inside, leaving him to slam into the Gear and fall roughly a floor down.
Yn: Ugh...what the stardust was that...?
Gradually getting back to his feet, Yn stumbled away from Lunas to see Luna leap towards her Gear and the cockpit opening for her.
Standing on the edge she looks down on him.
Luna: You had me worried for a moment. But it seems Lunas has made his choice.
Yn: Did he have to be a dick about it? Like seriously, closing the cockpit just as I was about to land?
Yn: That was such a good jump to...
Luna:(sarcastically) It was Olympic level...
Luna: But now, our time has come to an end.
Yn: Grr...
Knowing what was going to happen next, Yn rushed out of the building as Luna entered her lunar Gear and activated it.
His eyes glowed with an Emerald hew, as Lunas awoke.
Exiting the building the same way they first entered, from the roof, Lunas was immediately shot from behind by Ryuka in her Freyja.
Luna:(mind) So soon?
Yn was currently harmless to her, so Luna instead went after Freyja.
Ryuka: Yeah, that's right, come after me.
Running across the plateau, Ryuka fired at Luna's, landing each shot, but sadly her attacks were only strong enough to knock the Lunar Gear back.
Getting out her gun, Luna began blasting at the Freyja Gear.
Ryuka responded to the attack by activating her stealth mode and vanishing from sight.
Luna:...
Knowing where this was going, Luna lifted Lunas's arm and fired a ray of frost at the area near where Ryuka vanished.
Spraying her frost beam all over, she eventually hears the sound of Freyja leaping in the air to avoid getting frozen.
The moment Freyja landed, Lunas fired upon the area where Luna heard the landing.
Ryuka: Ugh!
Getting hit by one of the shots, Freyja regressed back to being visible.
Ryuka: Great... Ah, whatever. I just need to keep her at a distance till Solas gets dropped off.
Ryuka: How hard can that be-
(Crash)
Lunas flies into Freyja, punching her to the ground, where the Gear slid back.
Ryuka: Challenging! That's how hard this is going to be!
Freyja brought up its gun as Lunas approved and opened fire on the Lunar Gear.
Taking out their beam katana, Luna began deflecting the shot all the way until she got close and swung down the bean weapon.
Ryuka activated her Gears thrusters to make Freyja slide away from the attack turning the killer blow into minor damage.
Luna: Slippery little-
(Beep, beep, beep)
Luna: Huh?!
Lunas's alarms went off as another Gear dropped from above, landing in front of her and attacking them with their sword.
Luna: Agh!
Cynthia:(speaker) I hope you haven't forgotten about me.
The first mate said inside her Gear, Valkyrie.
Luna:(speaker) Amazing, it's raining inconveniences.
The two women swung their large swords at each other, clashing in the middle.
Lunas tries to freeze Valkyrie but is unable when Cynthia lifts her shield, which can withstand the base level cold produced from the lunar Gear.
Luna:(speaker) It seems you have a decent level Gear. Sadly that won't be enough in the end.
Cynthia:(speaker) Are you sure about that?
(Bang)
Ryuka shoots Lunas and lands a clean hit on the head, making them stumble back. Cynthia then smashed the butt of Valkyrie's shield into Lunas, furthering her stumble.
The first mate then continued by repeatedly swinging her sword at the masked madam.
Luna: Ugh!
Fixing her footing, Luna attempted to go on the attack, but yet again was shot from the side, knocking her off balance for Cynthia to continue a barrage of slashes.
Luna:...(sigh)
Lunas flew into the air, with Cynthia about to fly up after her, only for Luna to kick her back down and rush towards Freyja.
Tanking all her shots, Lunas who was emitting blizzarding gust of frost, she began landing devastating punches on Freyja as Valkyrie rushed towards them.
Using her Forst bomb move on Freyja to freeze the gear, Luna then dodged a punch from behind, Lunas grabs Valkyrie and throws them into Freyja.
Luna:(speaker) If I had an army of pilots like you I would have already won.
Luna:(speaker) Sadly for you, your skill isn't good enough to handle the pure power of Lunas.
Luna:(speaker) Perhaps if you get a company like Nexstar to build you a Gear like Lunas or Solas you might stand a chance.
Luna:(speaker) But I highly doubt you can make them get over their own greed.
(CRASH)
Luna: What is it now?!
Turning away from the two, Luna saw the S.S Dawn through the biodome of Pluto after dropping Solas through it.
A large hole was made in the dome which automatically got sealed by the emergency hard light wall generators.
Solas then landed standing near the Pluto hall. With her Gear's zoom-in feature, Luna was able to see Yn on the roof about to leap into his Gear.
Luna: Oh no you don't!
Lunas rushes towards Yn who leaps towards Solas.
Cynthia: Yn!
She screams out seeing how fast Lunas was moving, realizing she might make it before Yn does.
