Raphael POV âYou have a big day tomorrow â - I say and Olivia smiles nodding her head.
We both drift off to sleep not long after. We were both tired and everything that happened with Alex was messing with my head.
When I wake up I blink my eyes a couple of times to adjust to the light coming from the window.
I look at the time and itâs only 7:30 Am. Olivia is already sitting in her vanity chair getting her to make up done.
âGood morningâ - I say rolling to my side to look at her âGood morningâ - she replies looking at me through the mirror.
âExcited for today?â - I ask her.
Stupid question of course she is. This is a dream come true.
âI amâ - she replies while she puts on mascara.
âWhat time are they coming around?â - I ask her âAround ten, but I still need to take Mel, Gabe and Mike to Mariaâs houseâ - she says âIâll take themâ - I say while I get out of bed and walk into the bathroom.
âThank youâ - she says and I turn the shower on.
This is exactly what I need a hot shower. When the water touches my skin I can feel my body relaxing. I take a deep breath.
Once I finish I wrap a towel on my waist and brush my teeth. I walk to the dressing room and Olivia smiles waking to me.
âThis towel is dangerously lowâ - she says touching it.
A smirk forms on my face.
âAnd what are you going to do about it?â - I ask her wrapping my arms around her waist bringing her closer to me.
âMaybe make it drop?â - she says wrapping her arms around my neck.
âDaddy, daddyâ - I hear Gane calling as he walks into the bedroom and Oliviaâs arms fall from my shoulders and she takes one step back.
âHey buddyâ - I say when he walks in âHello Gabeâ - Olivia says and he gives her a right cuddle when she kneels in front of him âGo play in your room and Iâll go pick you up for breakfast in a minuteâ - I tell him and he smiles walking to his bedroom.
âSo much for privacyâ - Olivia says and I smile.
I get myself dressed in a pair of dark blue jeans and a grey T-shirt with my leather jacket.
âWhere are you going? Itâs Saturday â - Olivia says âI have some business to attend to with Josephâ - I tell her and she nods her head not asking anything else. But first I will go deal with Alex.
âWhat are you going to do about Alex?â - Olivia asks and I look at her in disbelief. Is she fucking reading my mind now?
âDonât look so surprised, I know you are going to see herâ - she says and I pass my hands through my hair.
âFirst I need to know why no security alerted the fact she left Gabe alone, then I need to know where she went and who with to decide what I will do nextâ
âAre you getting Gabeâs custody?â
âI will talk to my lawyer today. Yes. Heâs not going anywhereâ
âGoodâ - Olivia says while she brushes her hair into a ponytail.
I walk to Olivia and kiss her softly on the lips before I leave the bedroom.
As I walk to Gabeâs room I can hear him playing with his toys and I smile.
He looks so much like me. Itâs amazing.
I open the door and he is sitting on the floor with his car toys.
âHungry?â - I ask and he nods his head getting up and walking to me.
I pick him up and walk to the kitchen sitting him on his high chair.
I grab the cereals and pour it in a bowl and put the milk on giving it to him.
He makes a mess while he is eating but itâs okay. I donât mind it.
Mike is still asleep. The camera in his room has several monitors around the house the same as Melâs.
They both sleep so peacefully.
When Gabe finishes his breakfast I take him to his room to give him a quick shower and change his clothes while Olivia is feeding Mel. Mike is still asleep. He loves his sleep.
After getting Gabe ready I have to wake up Mike. I know we should never wake up a sleeping baby but I need to get him ready.
Olivia is now playing with Gabe and Mel while I feed Mike his breakfast and change his clothes.
Once the three kids are ready I take them to Mariaâs house and she is so happy to have them all. She is a life saviour.
I walk back home to tell Olivia I am leaving and I find her sitting in the living room talking to some people.
âHelloâ - I say as I walk in âMr Lockwoodâ - a tall blonde woman says offering me her hand to shake.
I shake all of their hands and make my way out to see Alex.
The walk to her flat feels longer than it is.
Once I reach the door the two guards nod their heads at me.
âWhere were you last night?â - I ask and they both look at each other.
âBossâ - one of them starts and then the other continues - âmy wife had an accident and I had to leaveâ
âAnd where weâre you?â - I ask âI went to get some coffeeâ
âYou idiotsâ - I say walking past them. Joseph will handle them.
I message Joseph their names and the replacements.
Alex is sitting in the living room with a glass in her hand.
âCome to laugh?â - she says looking at me âAre you drunk?â - I ask her while I get closer and I can smell the alcohol âWhat if I am?â - she says âWhere were you last night?â - I ask straight to the point âWhy do you care?â - she asks standing up and failing at it falling on her ass I walk to her and lift her âWhere the fuck were you last night?â - I ask again now holding her arm tightening my grip.
âI was out on a dateâ - she says and I shake my head âAnd you leave our son alone so you can go get fucked?â - I ask her in anger âI didnât fuck him, but I shouldâveâ - she says and I shake her âWhat the fuck were you thinking of leaving Gabe alone?â - I shout at her âI wasnâtâ - she says and I let go of her when she starts crying.
âWhen will I see him?â - she asks and I shake my head âGo have a shower and sober up and then we will talkâ - I say and Alex walks to me and slaps my face.
Big mistake. Really big mistake.
