Neveah was having a good nights rest when she heard her phone ringing.

She lightly smacked her teeth and answered the phone without looking.

"Hello?" Her small, sleepy voice said into the phone.

"You wanna come stay with me for a lil bit?" She heard Boogie's voice ask.

"Boogie, it is 2 in the morning." She said back to him.

"I know. I wann' go on a late night car ride withchu." He said into the phone.

"Alright." She sighed. "How many nights I'm staying?" She said getting up and going to her closet.

"Foe.. At least." He said scratching the back of his neck."

"Alright, I'm coming." She hung up the phone.

She got her four outfits and changed into some black joggers and a grey half shirt.

She put her outfits and shoes in her black duffel bag and slid on her grey slides, not forgetting to pack her hygiene stuff too.

She put her chargers and laptop in her bag and grabbed her keys, and headed out of her room door.

She made it down the stairs and out of the door and seen Boogie sitting on the hood of his car.

He walked over and gave her a hug then put her stuff in the car.

She locked the house door then made her way to the car.

Boogie opened her door for her as she got in.

He jogged over to his side and got in.

"Hey phat." He grabbed her chin and kissed her cheek making her blush.

"Hey tincc." She said making him look at her and smirk.

"I like my new nickname." He started the car and drove down the road.

"For real? I thought it was ugly." Neveah shrugged.

"Naw, it's coo." He said glancing at her.

"We going downtown?" She asked him.

(A/N- Every downtown, in every city is beautiful to me.. ESPECIALLY at night.)

"If you wanna ." He shrugged.

"Put on some music." He said giving her his phone unlocked.

He had muted him and Kaylee's messages so Neveah wouldn't see them pop up. She could only see them if she went on the messages app.

Neveah went to Apple Music then connected the phone to the Bluetooth.

She put the song on then turned the volume up to 79.

"I hear Brenda's got a baby, But, Brenda's barely got a brain. A damn shame, the girl can hardly spell her name." Neveah smirked starting it off for him.

She knew for a fact that he didn't know this song.

"That's not our problem, that's up to Brenda's family" Boogie mocked in an annoying voice then started going in.

"Well let me show ya how it affects the whole community. Now Brenda really never knew her moms and her dad was a junky, went in death to his arms, it's sad 'cause I bet Brenda doesn't even know." He stated shaking his head while Neveah looked at him with wide eyes.

"Just 'cause your in the ghetto, doesn't mean you can't grow. But oh, that's a thought, my own revelation do whatever it takes to resist the temptation." He rapped turning downtown seeing the lights.

He's not finna out rap me... especially not of my husband. She thought.

"Brenda got herself a boyfriend. Her boyfriend was her cousin, now let's watch the joy end

She tried to hide her pregnancy, from her family. Who didn't really care to see, or give a damn if she went out and had a church of kid-"

"As long as when the check came they got first dibs. Now Brenda's belly is gettin' bigger

But no one seems to notice any change in her figure. She's 12 years old and she's having a baby. In love with the molester, who's sexing her crazy. And yet she thinks that he'll be with her forever." Boogie rapped catching on to what Neveah was doing.

Neveah rolled her eyes and just looked outside of her window.

"The lights are beautiful." She mumbled.

"I know righ?" He said just driving around now.

"Phat." Boogie said shaking Neveah.

She had fell asleep while they was looking at the downtown lights.

"Phat wake up." He shook her harder.

"She don't even sleep hard." He mumbled then got out of the car.

He went to her side and picked her up making her wrap her legs around his waist and put her face in the crook of his neck.

He got her things out of the car and locked his car.

He unlocked the door to his house and closed and locked the door back once he got back in.

He walked upstairs to his bedroom and put her stuff down, in his closet, once he got in.

He pulled the cover back and laid her on the bed then put the cover back over her.

"Tincc." Her sleepy voice said.

"Yes phat?" He asked.

"Can you cuddle with me?" She asked.

"Yes phat, after I get out the shower." He said getting his clothes then going into the bathroom.

Boogie got out of the shower and did his night hygiene.

He walked into his room seeing Neveah cuddled up with his pillow.

He chuckled then turned off the light and got into the bed with her.

He removed the pillow and replaced it with his body.

Neveah snuggled against Boogie and dozed off while Boogie did the same.
