I was revising my bio chapters in my dream but my mom rust in my room like rajdhani express
And started to shake me the way she make sharbat
"Aaditya! Wake up! Your brother's in-law family is here, and they want to meet you!"
Groaning, I dragged myself out of bed, still half-asleep.
I don't like to meet anyone especially when I am in half sleep and more of that my bio chapters are not yet revised completely.
Oh god why this donkey (Rishabh) is getting married.
As I descended the stairs, I could already hear the murmurs of conversion.
My family was in full swing, talking about "how 'sanskari' you are"
"How cute you are"
I don't know whom they were talking about maybe Aarohi bhabhi.
But when I reached near them I noticed that they were not talking about Bhabhi
It was someone else, who was sit back facing me.
I greet everyone but my attention was at that girl, I want to see her face
Even without seeing her face I can confidently say that, she was beautiful, no doubt-long, dark hair over her shoulders, wearing a traditional dress that made her look like she had stepped out of heaven
as I approached the group, the girl's face turned toward me.
I also turn towards her.
My steps stopped, and my heart skipped a beat.
It was her!!, The bossy girl from the railway station!! Who broke my trophy
As soon as our eyes met everyone else complete disbelief.
For a moment, time seemed to stand still. The room faded away, leaving only the two of us locked in a stare.
Then, in classic dramatic fashion, the glass of juice she was holding slipped from her fingers and crashed to the floor, shattering into pieces.
The sound snapped us back to reality.
Everyone attention come towards us
My mom asked "you both, alright?"
She said "yess aunty actually it slipped. Wait! I will clean this"
My reply "no need, daughter. you both sit here, maid will clean it up and it's alright Don't worry"
Then we both sit beside eachother
I was still in shock but then my mind flash the sacrifice of my trophy
I said to my dad "Dad, I told you about the girl I met in railway station, who broke my trophy-" before I could complete my sentence I feel vibration in my body I turned toward her
She was giving me deadt stare but soon her eyes started to plead me.
And as I am very nice guy, I decided not to say anything to my dad or her 'sanskari avatar' will be come in front of everyone
My dad said "yes what happens to her"
I replied "nothing, I just don't know where she live"
"It's okay my son, forgot her" my dad said
Then all of them started to chatting
And we both sit silently
Sometime she looks down, sometime she looks hear and then there, sometime she glare at me and sometimes we got caught eye contact.
She have brown, Her eyes were so beautiful that I could felt that I lose himself entirely in their depth
My mom says to mrs Shergill "you're daughter is so calm"
I laugh and said "calm!!"
She again look at me and then make her head low.
I literally like her childish and cute actions.
Then suddenly my dad asked her "what you do nowadays, daughter"
"Broke trophies" I said under my breath
"I am doing MBA, uncle" she said glaring at me once
Maybe she heard me
Soon my mother show everyone their respective room so that everyone can change their clothes and came to dinner
She was also going with them but I think of doing some mischief as she have to pay for my trophy
I hold her wrist, her eyes widened in shock, she immediately turn towards me
She said "leave me"
"Obviously, but what's so rust. First, get a glass of water for me"
She replied "Sure, Let me see if I care..... nope, still I don't."
I said "got it, Let me see if I care about your so-called 'sanskari' image... nope, still I don't."
She got irritated and said "oh god!, I am guest in your house so you should be the one who will do hospitality not me"
I said "but you're sanskari na"
She bumped her leg against the ground and went towards the kitchen.
I just stared at her with a smile on my face.
She came after a while with a glass of water give it to me
I thought to annoy her more so I throw all the water at nearby homeplant
She widened her eyes
She shout in anger "if you don't want to drink water then why did you tell me to"
"You look so beautiful while you're angry"
"People who live outside India with their rich, entitled attitudes are just brats like you." She said
I replied "Well, if being a brat means having style and class, then I guess I'll happily wear the label, which suits me rather than having a so called 'Sanskari' image."
She said "unbelievable, ahh why I am wasting my time with you"
As She turned away from me, clearly frustrated, I grabbing her wrist again.
She stumbled, her eyes wide with surprise, and before she could regain her balance, she fell right into my chest.
Her warmth and softness against me were unexpected, and for a moment, everything else faded away.
"Whoa, careful there!" I said, trying to mask my excitement cause I have REPUTATION, you know
But before we could separate eachother
I heard a click sound, maybe someone took our photo
But wait...... who the hell take our photo
We both turn towards that sound
And I saw my 2 idiot cousin, Ishaan and Ridith standing there with their luggage
Ishaan was the one who clicked the photo
Ishaan tease us "I thought I am here for Rishabh bhai weeding but here someone else rash-leela is going on"
First of all these idiots rust in our moment then also teasing us.
That sanskari girl also run away from here, leaving me in this situation.
Like doesn't she cares alot about her image.
she didn't even think to covence my cousin that it was just an accident.
Ohh I can't understand this girl.
I literally want to stop her but these idiots.
I replied to them "it is not what your thinking"
~ Author pov ~
Somehow Aaditya convens his cousin and all of them left to their respective room
Later on everyone came to have dinner
Ahaan was teasing Saanvi with her eyes and she tries her best to ignore him
Time skip
It's now late at night
Miss Shergill and Malhotra are planning their children's weeding
But then only the main door open
Enter a tired yet stunning girl.
She's wearing a white velvet mini dress that hugs her figure, paired with shiny white heels.
She carries a purse in one hand and a suitcase in the other.
Her loose hair flows around her face, making her look even more attractive.
Everything was so perfect in her
Miss Shergill said "oh Ruhi you came, I was waiting for you"
"Yes, Ruhi hope you don't get any problem while coming" miss Malhotra said
Ruhi reply"no aunty, it was nice just you know Indian train, it was late"
Miss Malhotra smiles and said "It's okay beta, now get fresh up I will serve your food"
"No aunty, actually train got late na so I eat outside, I am full now"
Miss Malhotra said "what are you saying beta, Does eating outside food make your stomach full? Even a little, come and eat."
No aunty, please, I am full
Miss Malhotra was going to say something but miss Shergill interfere "it's okay, if she don't want to eat then don't force her, actually she don't eat much"
Miss Malhotra agree and takes Ruhi to show her room
Standing outside of a room miss Malhotra open the door and give the keys to Ruhi but she deny and said "Aunty, where is Saanvi and Aarna"
Miss Malhotra answer "They said that they both will stay in one room"
"I will also stay in that room" Ruhi asked
Miss Malhotra cried "Oh you have to said earlier na, that's in the other side of villa and I am very tired"
"It's okay you just said where it is and I will go by myself" Ruhi suggest
Then she try show the direction to ruhi
She agreed that she understood it but the reality was everything have gone up from her brain
~ Ruhi pov ~
I am roaming all around The Villa and I don't know where to do go.
Maybe this is a black hole not a villa because it is not ending.
First of all I am very tired like if I don't get room I will sleep on corridor and here, I am not even getting my room.
Like literally I am roaming here and there from more than half an hour.
Now I am standing outside a room
With my common sense and some words that I understood from aunty
I am sure that this is that room
I am very talented,
I have all this talent from my childhood, in case you don't know I am telling you
~ Ishaan pov ~
With this long journey I am really very tired
Also I am surprised seeing my brother Ahaan, the one who don't know anything except study
Yes, he was doing romance
I mean yes he can but what about his first love, the one he love from his childhood the one who make him happy, the one whose he always think about : His lovly-dovly Science
Although he said it was an accident and that girl fall on her and I believe on him
But still I will tease her for rest on his life
I decided to take a hot shower to relief my tiredness
But when I came out from washroom I saw a DEAD BODY on my bed
Wth!!! a dead body is doing one my bed
Like it's my bed not of this dead body
This dead body didn't even ask for my permission before sleeping on my bed
I have to call Ahaan for postmortem
But this dead body is actually so hot
Ehhh what I am thinking
I hold a lamp kept nearby my bed and shake that dead body
Oh god she is moving
she is a zombie?
Oh gosh!! I can't fight with a zombie now I am not even had my dinner
"Ahhhhhh" I shouted and lamp leave my hand because that dead body wakes up straight
Her Hair was all messy
Her kajal was also slightly messed
And she was manjulika's sister
She then turn her face towards me
And wtf why does she is getting scared of me
"Ugh, leave me alone. This is my room. Stop being so loud!" That girl shout on me
I replied in disbelief "YOUR room? Are you serious? I think you've got the wrong address, lady!"
She answer slightly irritated "Look, dude, I'm not in the mood for games. Get out before I call security. I'm so tired."
What does this girl is thinking?
I am theft who is stealing things from his own room
"Excuse me, miss- miss whatever, You're going to call security?! You break into my room, steal my bed, and then you have the nerve to call security on me?" I replied in anger
She didn't reply back and look here and there.
I think he finally realised her mista-
"It's your mistake, I don't even know this house that's why I came into this room, I didn't know where is my room" she said
Does she can read my brain??
I said in frustration "You came inside my room, sleeping on my bed and saying that it's my mistake, you're a sleepy girl with no sense of direction."
"What!! What did you say to me?? It's your fault, you know. You should have to locked the door."
Oh wow now it's my fault that I did not expecting random strangers to sleep in my bed
I was about to argue back but that girl started to pick up all her luggage and leaving my room
Like she didn't even bother to say sorry
What a girl!!
She last time turn towards me and said "you better don't forget to lock your room next time"
I replied mockingly "Oh, of course miss whatever, how silly of me to forget. Next time, I'll post a 'No Random Sleepovers' sign on the door."
I watched as she swung the door open and stormed outside, clearly annoyed.
I followed her out to lock my door, shaking my head in disbelief.
But before I could turn the key, I noticed her, standing awkwardly in the hallway.
She looked around, obviously lost
But this crazy girl rather than looking for her room she again turn around and said "you know what, your bed was not even that much comfortable"
What a girl!!
"Ji madam!, Next time, I'll be sure to throw in some rocks for that extra comfort." I said
sarcastically and shut the door in her face
I came inside the room and couldn't carry myself any longer.
The bed was calling my name like an old friend, and without a second thought, I jump on my bed for my sleep, peacefu-
Ouch!!
What the-
a sharp pinch shot through my back.
A hair clip? No, wait, a clocher? I turned it over in my hands, the small accessory glinting under the light
Great!! This is what I get-
Wait this is surely of that miss whatever
Oh gosh! She is getting on my nerves
I kept her hair clip aside and lay down on my bed again ready to sleep
Sleeping is so easy just lay down, close your eyes and that's it.....
I open my eyes again
Wth!!
Why didn't I am sleeping till now
Something felt off.... The bed didn't feel like it usually did.
The scent.
A fragrance. Something floral, maybe jasmine, but sweet too, like honey. It was all around me-on the pillow, in the sheets.
It wasn't mine. It was hers.
Miss Whatever.
her scent had taken over the bed.
I groaned, burying my face into the pillow, trying to smother the thoughts crowding my head. But it only made it worse. The smell got stronger, teasing me, reminding me of the softness of her presence.
What hell is this girl have to take over my brain like this?
I am very tired want to sleep but I can't
My eyes goes at the little clip again.
I squeezed the clip in my hand, annoyed at myself. I wasn't this guy-the guy who gets distracted by a girl he barely knows. But my subconscious?
it was like my brain was playing tricks on me, replaying moments that shouldn't matter but somehow did.
Before I knew it, my eyes started to feel heavy, my grip loosening on the clip.
Sleep finally found me, the clip still in my hand, her image teasing the edges of my dreams.
Next Morning ~ In Girls room
~ Aarna pov ~
Sleep, That's all what I wanted
But no, of course not. The universe had other plans, which involves Saanvi and Ruhi, blasting music like it was a full-blown nightclub
I turned over for the hundredth time, covering a pillow over my ears, hoping, praying, begging for silence. Just a few minutes of peace. Was that too much to ask?
With a sigh, I come off my blanket. My hair was a mess.
Half-asleep, I stumbled towards the door, my eyes barely open.
I was waking through the corridor in every possible derection
my brain still in sleep mode. Eyes barely open, I moved forward-only to suddenly collide with someone
"What the hell" I heard said by someone
I blinked, struggling to get my brain to function properly.
The sleepiness which that had been fogging my mind, moments ago vanished in an instant as I looked up.
My eyes went wide, and my breath caught. What rubbish!
How he is here? My heart started doing that stupid fluttery thing.
I can feel my cheeks heat up .
Why my body is reacting like this despite the situation.
"What else do you expect from your body, after freaking 12 years you are seeing him" my subconscious mind debunk
