he was soft

he sent her poems

he sent her love notes

and sent her affirmations

she did the same

being a support beam

helping him in his goal

of becoming the number one hero

they stayed helplessly in love

just looking you could tell

but this was the honeymoon stage

of course it was beautiful

she loved him

he loved her

loose feelings

and what hurt most
