Idara's POV
The bell sound got me , "hey mercy can you be a good girl and open the door !" I shouted from my room.
I heard a grunt and then the door opened , a little scream was heard followed by laughter.
I packed my hair and walked out of my room to the sitting room.
Mercy was with Femi , they were talking about what I don't know.
"Hey babe . You came quite early." I said as I hugged him.
He chuckled,"I couldn't wait to see you. It's been three weeks." He said as he pecked me on my lips.
"Christ, you guys should get a room." Mercy said with a pout .
I chuckled and said "babes go call your Keem. "
She huffed , "I'm gonna see him soon.
I really wish I could go to her wedding but I need to resume back. "She said with a frown.
"Don't worry I'll send all the pictures to you. Let me get my bags." I said and walked back to my room.
I grabbed my suitcase and the leather bag where my clothes were. I put the leather bag on the suitcase and pulled it .
I walked to the sitting room and the both of them were talking and laughing.
I checked my wristwatch , it was already thirty minutes to 4 and our flight was by 4:15.
"Babe , we're going to be late ." I said as I still struggled with my bag.
Femi stood up and collected the bag with ease. My Superman I thought.
"Okay let's go . Mercy I'll call you later or maybe chat you up." He said .
He opened his wallet taking some few dollar notes and giving it to her
"I didn't know what to get you so get whatever you want. Reunion gift huh?" He said with a smile.
Mercy was on a full grin ,
"Thanks a lot. I appreciate ."she said as she collected the notes.
"Haha you didn't get me a reunion gift." I said .
Femi chuckled while Mercy said "jealousy oo."
I glared at her and literally pushed Femi out of the house with my bags in his hand of course.
He asked me to be his girlfriend when he came here three weeks ago.
Well I guess you guys know but I feel like talking about it.
Remembering it always made sure to put a large grin on my face.
I entered his black Bugatti , and he entered too after arranging the bags.
"Excited?" He asked as he put on his seat belt.
"More than excited . I haven't seen them since the last Christmas that they came for." I said.
"I haven't seen them at all. " He said with a hint of regret.
"I'm sure they will understand. "I said back making him look at me slightly with a smile before turning to the front again.
"I hope so. But I made sure to chat with them and call sha." He said .
He placed his hands on my thigh rubbing it slowly.
I chuckled as I turned away from my phone where I was scrolling through my ig page and to him.
He was driving the car with just one hand , and he looked so hot .
How did I end up with him? He's just so good.
"Hey stop smiling like that." He said with a grin.
"Like what?" I asked sitting properly to face him
"Look you are distracting me." He said with a chuckle.
"Really?" I asked faking confusion.
"Yeah. We don't need to get involved in accident."he said making me drop my hand from his chest where I was teasing him .
"You started it ." I said again.
"I just wanted to rest my hand on something." He said.
"Just admit it , you can't get your hands off me." I said.
"Okay you're right. You look so hot every time." He said making me blush I didn't expect him to reply.
"Your flirting skills are way over the top." I said with a chuckle.
i opened my phone and decided to text mum.
Liz and angel didn't know that I would be coming today.
They were thinking next week so I decided to surprise them.
I only told Daniel and Ayo since Femi wanted to surprise them too.
Well let the party begin.

"Babe , babe , Idara we've landed . We got to go." Femi said.
His voice was slowly bringing me back to reality.
I looked around, everyone was getting down. I rubbed my eyes and smiled.
We're here , we're in Nigeria. I'll finally meet mum and dad and angel , Liz , Daniel , Ayo. I wondered where Femi and I would have been if that crazy Ire didn't cause all the misunderstanding.
But fate worked and we're back together.
After the checking out , and all the processing. We walked out. I searched around the surroundings for someone, with Femi curious about who would picking us?
And then I noticed his tensed state , i followed his gaze and it landed on a tall and more mature Daniel and Ayo beside him.
I didn't know when I started running up to them.
I hugged them and and stayed in the middle pulling them both to my height.
"I've missed you guys." I said.
I heard their laughs as I pulled out.
"Doctor Idara ,one and only." Ayo said making everyone chuckle.
I remembered when he used to say that back in highschool.
"Yeah that's me." I said flinging my hair .
"You already have their accents, look we're in Nigeria drop it ." Ayo said.
"Is it your accent?" Daniel said in reply.
God that guy ehn , he's too sarcastic.
"Well someone came with me." I said and pointed at Femi who was still walking slowly .
They rubbed their eyes ,
"Is that Femi?" Ayo asked
"No it's his twin." Daniel said back.
Femi walked up to us with the two surprised duo rushing to hug him.
"Bro , you didn't tell us you were coming." Daniel said.
"Dis guy no serious. " Ayo said while chuckling.
I guess they weren't bothered by the fact that they were acting like girls.
It's been seven years .
"Guys stop acting like girls jo. " Femi said with a chuckle recieving a knock from Ayo.
"That's what you say after seven years huh?" Ayo said.
"Am sorry , am really sorry for leaving and just stepping away from you guys. I broke the bro code." He said with a frown.
"At least you called and texted us on daily basis." Daniel said making him nod.
"It's even good as you quickly apologized." Ayo said
"Thanks guys. I've missed you two." Femi added with a grin.
Making me smile too.

Daniel drove inside a compound where a very simple but magnificent bungalow laid.
Throughout the drive , they were catching up on the lives, am sure they were leaving pieces since I was there. Yeye boys.
It was just like the picture Liz sent to him , their new house.
Apparently, angel was at home with her.
We all walked in making Liz say,
"Welcome back honey." As she walked up to the door.
The next thing that followed was a scream.
"Idara , Femi!!" She shouted and quickly hugged both of us.
"Femi bawo?" I heard angel asked as she quickly walked to where we were.
"Femi!!! Idara!! You two are crazy." Angel said as she joined the hug.
I chuckled as I hugged them back.
They pulled back moments later , Liz moved back to look at both of us.
"You guys have an announcement to make right?" She asked with a grin
I laughed , as she quickly added
"You guys are like the hottest couple ever."
"Okay okay , we're dating. Thanks for the compliment." I said.
Angel looked at the back and I guess her eyes caught Ayo. She turned uncomfortable immediately.
They had a shitty breakup the last time. I think Angel caused it this time.
The ladies decided to go to the room for a moment.
"Idara , how could you not tell me this." Liz said as she fell on her bed.
The room was hers not their marital own she explained.
"I wanted to surprise the both of you." I said lying beside her.
"You really surprised us and you are also back with Femi . You only told us you went on a date." Angel said.
I sighed , "wanted to surprise you ." I added again.
Liz and Angel kept on feeding me news about the wedding and things that I've missed.
After using a whole five hours together, it was already late.
Mum has been calling since.
All of us walked out and since Femi hasn't gotten his car Daniel and Liz decided to drop us.
Angel and Ayo were also leaving.
I sat at the back seat with Liz ,
And we were all chatting about the good old days.
Thirty minutes later Daniel parked in front of my house.
"Am bringing you all your gifts tomorrow when I settle down,
Babe goodnight." I said to Femi as he stood beside me with my suitcase and bag.
He walked closer kissing me on the forehead making me close my eyes lightly.
"I'm already missing you already. Goodnight babe." He said as he pulled back.
"Your flirting skills ehn." I said with a chuckle as I walked inside with the gateman helping with the bags.
Immediately I walked in my mother looking healthy as ever walked up to me and hugged me , my dad followed.
I've missed them so much.

"Wow am going to be a married woman this time tomorrow." Liz said as she poured a whiskey into her shot cup.
"How do you feel about it?" I asked taking a full shot at once.
We were having..... Whatever they call it. Where this is her last party as a single lady.
She , angel , Thier mutual friends and I were together in one bar.
"I feel good, I feel happy you know? Can't believe all those winking and blushing will lead to this." Liz said as she chuckled.
She made me remember the time I caught her blushing cause Daniel winked at her.
"Yeah that time we were always whining you about it." Angel said with a chuckle.
The other ladies too were talking, my phone vibrated in my jeans pocket.
I removed it and it was a text .
Babe; hey be careful. Don't drink too much. Love you
Me; you too honey , don't drink to much . love you.
I texted back and kept the phone in my pocket.
"Liz we don't need you having a great hangover by tomorrow." I said
"Yeah ." Angel added.
"Okay then let's go to a spa instead."
Liz said as she stood up. We didn't drink much just two shots of whiskey.
After the whole outing we got back home.
We were at Daniel's general family home or so he called it.
There's different building in the whole estate and different people stayed in them cause of the party tomorrow.
The bride and bridesmaids has one , also with the groom's side.
The wedding was taking place in the tent hall set up right beside a man made lake. It was so clean and beautiful.
" I need my beauty sleep. Goodnight guys." Liz said walking to her room.
She said she wanted to really sleep so the need to sleep alone.
"I bet she's nervous" I whispered to Angel.
"She sure is." She said back.
"Angel what really happened between you and Ayo. You promised to tell me when next we meet face to face." I said as she locked the door to our room.
She sighed and rubbed her face . She walked to the bed and lied down.
"I knew you would ask me. I was at this party waiting for him to show up
I was already tipsy and then a cute guy walked up to me. We talked and he kissed me in my drunken state at the exact time Ayo walked in.
"That's..." She cut me off,
"I tried to explain but he wasn't having it. Said the image was stuck in his head.
I miss him Idara , but it's been a year. He has a girlfriend now too, one wouldn't cheat on him. " She said now full on sobs.
Angel has never cried in front of me , but today she was letting it all out all the bottled emotions.
"Hey hey it's going to be fine , maybe fate will work your way or maybe you weren't meant to be together, okay?" I said as I hugged her.
"Yeah thanks." She said still hugging me.
"I'm sorry I haven't been here." I said
"But you're here now aren't you. Let's sleep tomorrow is another day."
Next chapter is likely to be the last chapter of the wish.
Poor Ayo and angel weren't meant to be , or should they come back?
