Idara's POV
"Yeah you shouldn't have."
He said back.
I sighed as I grabbed my clutch purse from my laps ,
"I better get going." I said.
I stood up and looked at him
"Thanks for the meal , I appreciate and I hope we'll see next week at the hospital."
I turned and walked out of the restaurant.
I looked around , still surprised at the beauty of this place when I felt a tug on my hand.
I turned back surprised,
"I want you to see something before you leave." Femi said smiling.
Why is he smiling?, after all the heated conversations. I sighed and nodded. I made sure to keep my face void of any expression.
He held my hand and led me to the elevator.
My eyes lingered on our intertwined fingers.
My heart was beating so fast , just because he was holding my hand. Why can't my heart stop reacting like this to him.
We entered the elevator and he pressed the 55th button.
It was the pent house I guess.
"Am sorry about how I reacted to what you said , and am also sorry for leaving like that. I thought no one was holding me down again and I needed the fresh air , the new life."he said looking at me straight in the eyes.
I felt a smile grace my lips ,
"It's okay. " I said .
"Did I tell you that you look so beautiful before." He said making me chuckle.
"I think you did." I said back .
"Okay , let me add that you look so hot."he said .
Thank God I wasn't white because if I was I would have looked like a ripe tomato.
"Femi stop ." I said giggling , okay am sure I sound like a love struck person.
He laughed tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
We looked at each other and his eyes fell to my lips , it looked like those scene in a movie where the main characters just stare at each other.
Slowly he was getting closer to me , my heart beating faster as the second passed . He was so close now that our nose was touching.
He should just kiss me already and then suddenly the door opened and I heard a shriek making me move away.
I looked at the culprit , it was an old cleaner.
I tried so hard , so hard not to glare at her.
I knew Femi too was angry as he said "I thought no one was allowed here ."
The woman shakes am sure she was scared of losing her job.
"Femi it's okay let's go." I said as I grabbed his hands and walked out of the elevator .
He sighed and led me to a room , it was so big.
"Wow, this is a very rare sitting room. This is a pent house right?" I said in surprise.
If Mercy was here she would have taken lots and lots of pictures.
"Yeah it's my pent house." He said chuckling.
OKay I didn't know he was that rich.
I looked around the sitting room , it was all a touch of black , white , Grey and other shades of men colours.
The flat tv Took up most of the wall or more like all of the wall. The couch looked so soft and the kitchen was right behind it. The kitchen was also very big . The carpet was so soft as I felt it with my feet.
"This is too good , did you rent it or buy it?" I couldn't help but ask.
"I bought it , I stayed there last two years ago and decided I should just buy it." He said.
"How much did you buy this piece of art , how many rooms?" I throwed all the questions at him.
"Four rooms and I bought it 2.5 million dollars." He simply said .
Okay I was talking to a multi billionaire.
"Idara don't look at me like that." He said with a chuckle as he sat on the sofa patting the other side for me to seat.
I walked there and sat down, my gown rose up a few inches showing all of my laps . I tried to draw it down discretely but it didn't make a difference.
"Like how?" I asked with a chuckle.
"I don't know , so surprised? " He said
"Well I am , you are a multi billionaire. Am so proud of you." I said patting his head childishly.
He held my hand and laughed.
"Thanks. " He had that look again . The same one he had when we were in the elevator.
"Stop looking at me like that Jo." I said chuckling.
"How?" He said with a grin.
"Come on you know ,with all those stares and look . I'm beginning to think you are falling for me again." I said.
He laughed tilting his head backwards .
I watched with a grin.
"Okay you caught me , am falling for you all over again."
Okay so I was sure being a player for seven years have given him a sweet mouth. Too sweet mouth.
"Be serious jo." I said as I watched him walk to the TV. He grabbed the remote and switched it on.
I guess he was subscribing on Netflix as he connected it to it.
After playing it he walked back to the chair.
"Am serious na. "He said . I pretended not to hear and just faced the movie.
I didn't know what to say , so don't blame me.
This time he sat a little far from me than before.
I looked at my wrist watch and it was late, it was already 10 in the night.
I yawned. "I better get going."
I said.
He looked away from the TV, "why it's too soon." He said.
"Wel it's already ten." I said back
"But today is a Saturday." He said making me almost change my mind.
"I can't drive in the late night and I won't let you drive me cause of the accident. Let me go now." I said .
"Okay...okay sleep here. There's a guest room ." He said back with a pout.
He looked cute but nah.
"No man ." I said again.
"Okay let me show you what I wanted to show you."he said making me sigh.
I really felt like sleeping, my Saturdays were always spent sleeping. It was my day off and I used it to refresh my energy.
We walked to a sliding door , he pushed it to the right opening it and it led to a balcony.
the view of the city was spectacular from here.
"Wow , this is beautiful." I said as I watched how the lights from various buildings were shining. The shining moon too also adding to the beauty.
I couldn't look down , I'm sure if someone falls from here it's straight death.
"Very beautiful." I heard femi say .
I turned to him only to see him looking at me with a smile.
Slowly he walked up to me , maybe it was fast I didn't know but it happened in slow motion.
And before I knew it his lips were on mine.
The tingling and warm feelings erupted in me as he moved his lips against mine. I responded quickly and kissed him back placing my hands around my neck for support.
I pushed him closer to me , I wanted him ,all of him , the dragons not butterflies in me were dancing.
It was like the old feelings came back in ten folds.
He pulled back resting his forehead on mine. His hands around my waist.
"That was the best kiss ever." He said with shaky breath.
I broke into a grin , but then wait , what did this kiss mean.
Does he like me , it's just been a week that we've met and am already kissing him.
"Hey what's wrong?" He asked immediately he saw the change in my expression.
"Nothing..... I just.....it was ......what are you doing to me Femi? Do you have any plan for us? Stop leading me on of this will lead to nothing." I said not meeting his eyes.
He slowly lifted my chin up.
"I'm not leading you on Idara, it's just that since the time I met you at the hospital all the feelings I tried to destroy all came back. I like you Idara a lot and I don't want it to lead to nothing." He said.
That was the best reply ever , I thought as I hugged him. With my heels off IÂ reached his chest.
I wasn't that short he was just too tall.
I inhaled his scent , hey not my fault he smelt so nice.
"So do you still wanna leave or watch conjuring with me?"he said with a smirk.
"Okay , I'll stay the night here but I need something more comfortable." I said pointing at my clothe.
"I like you so much in it. " He said staring at me , his eyes gliding from up to down. I felt so hot under his stares.
"Let me get something for you." He added , taking my hand and walking to the bed room.
Just as expected the room was more than beautiful. It was so unique.
Femi dropped my hand and walked into the walk in closet. I was just staring at everything, the bed which was so big . Even bigger than mine
"Is this good?" He asked as he walked in back and passing the cloth to him.
It was a v-neck grey top with a boxer.
"The boxer is new oo." He quickly added .
I chuckled , he walked closer to me and pecked my forehead , "I'll be in the sitting room." He said then walked out .
I took a shower in the bathroom which was as big as the room.
When I was done , I wore the v-neck which went too low , and looked more like a gown.
The boxer looked fitted, all in all I looked cute.
I walked to the bed and lied on it , and slowly I fell asleep.

I pressed the button , signifying that another person should enter.
It was another stressful Monday.
I smiled when I remembered my weekend.
It was so sweet , when I woke up on Sunday Femi surprised me with a breakfast in bed.
I don't think I've felt happy like that in a very long time.
I hope this all leads to a good thing.
The door opened and the next person entered.
I looked up and it was Femi ,
"Hey doctor rose." He said with his usual husky voice.
Immediately I saw him my fave broke into a grin.
"Hi , I was expecting you." I said and watched as he sat down in front of me.

After I was done with the treatments , he pulled his shirt back on.
"Well it has healed up pretty great.
Just keep on using the meds for the next one week." I said as I walked to throw the gloves away.
I could feel his eyes on me as I walked.
I walked back to him and stood in front of him
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Uhm .... I'm leaving today , I really need to go you know for my company."he said his eyes filled with remorse
I pulled him into a hug.
"Well it's not like you are dieing or something." I pulled back.
"Call me when you reach there . And we can just text." I said with a grin.
He gently rubbed his hands on my cheeks
"Am glad I found you back."
