Chapter 20: 💗17💗

Hi everyone, sorry for the late update .

Well my surprise to everyone is Femi's POV.

Femi's POV

We finally reached the airport, I wanted to ask Idara on a date , I actually told her I liked her and from her expression maybe she liked me too.

I looked at her and she was running to meet someone, I followed her gaze and it fell on a middle aged woman who looked so beautiful and like Idara.

They hugged each other and her mum led her out of the airport , I sighed .

m sure my dad doesn't even know I left the house for 3 days .

Ayo and Daniel stood beside me , their hands in their pockets "let's go to school back jare . " Ayo said .

Well their parents were too busy , but they were better than mine .

"Let's go " I said as the three of us followed the teacher and entered the bus with some other people.

Ayo opened his range rover and we all entered  "where are we going sef?" I asked Ayo as I sat down.

"We are going to my house , only the maids are around so no one to bother us ." He said as he turned the car to leave the school.

"That's nice , if you don't want anyone to bother you at all na my house be the best." I said remembering the last time I actually talked to my dad in that house.

Maybe last month or so I don't even know but it was that day I shouted on Idara.

I still abuse myself for that.

"Okay ooo and Daniel why have you been grinning like a fool ?" I asked Daniel and immediately Ayo laughed "no mind dat small boy oooo ."

Daniel groaned and after some seconds was back to grinning . This guy must talk now.

"Daniel wetin do you na ??". , Ayo talked again being the talkative and trouble maker out of the three of us .

"I said you should leave the lover boy alone na." I laughed already getting the idea .

"Is it because of Liz ?" I said in a teasing voice turning back to face him with a huge smile on my face .

"Guy shut up jare, wetin na happen if it is because of Liz ?" Daniel said angrily.

Well you guys must think we don't know how to speak pidgin but all that one na lie .

"Oya just explain what happened . " I said to Daniel  , I caught him smile again . My trick worked , spending most of my years with them well since when I was 7 always payed off.

"I asked her out and she said yes , we are official . Guys I can't believe ooo . That girl is actually mine. And to top it all we are both going to the same university........ "

He continued ranting until we reached Ayo's house .

"Guy it don do oo ." Ayo said annoyingly , well the guy has been talking non-stop.

I just laughed as I stepped out of the range and walked to the mansion.

"Na you know , is it not the two of you that told me to talk and now that am talking you are saying it's too much ." He said back at Ayo.

I just laughed as we entered his own floor of the house .

And then the three of us just started laughing together.

"This Ayo that is talking sef , Angel that he like is still giving him trouble ooo , mumu ."

Daniel said between laughs , not noticing Ayo has stopped laughing.

Next thing we know , Ayo is throwing pillows at Daniel .

I just kept laughing until I heard Ayo say "na only me you see , you did not see Femi that made his own crush get lost in the forest "

With that I joined the pillow fight , well I can't ask for another friends than these two .

I entered my house expecting it to be filled with only maids as usual until I heard my dad's voice.

"Femi come here ."  I heard him say . Hope nothing like this oo .

"Yes sir ."  I said , well if you are asking why I can't just say dad , well ask him on my behalf too. I was only allowed to call him sir.

"Sit down . " He said again , his eyes not leaving his laptop. I sat down on one of the seat farthest to him.

"Your brother and mum will be coming back next week . "  What the hell , I thought he said he was going to finish his highschool abroad.

"Why is he coming ?" I said and immediately regretted asking that question when he answered me.

" Young boy , you don't want the rightful son to come to his own house .

At what age you are already claiming ownership that you don't deserve. "

I've learnt how to look strong in front of him whenever he said those mean words to me .

"I did not mean it like that and am not claiming any ownership."

The next thing I knew was that a his huge hands came in contact with my face .

And to say it didn't hurt was an understatement.

"How dare you answer me back . I don't blame you is your mother who couldn't train you I blame , leave my sight . "

He said.

I stood up and left his sight just as he said . I entered my room which was at the end of the passage because they didn't want to see my face if they step out of their rooms.

Immediately I closed the door , I sat down on the floor , tears threatening to fall from my face . Why did he have to mention my mum.

It wasn't my fault that he impregnated her , but he can't see that . My life was going to be more miserable now that all those ones are coming back home.

Insult upon insult will begin and  that one will start all his am better than you stuff.

I just hope when he comes he doesn't notice Idara , because if he does I won't let him go easily this time .

I picked my phone, the wallpaper I used was the picture Idara and I snapped during the trip.

The picture was beautiful with the Snapchat filter and all. I decided to chat with her.

I remembered when I was  chatting with her  , I asked her  out on a date.

I checked my phone to see her reply

Idara💕;    I have to think about it .

Well that wasn't the response I was expecting but am glad she even wants to think about it.

Me; okay , think about it . You can tell me when you are done thinking.

Idara 💕  ; Lolzz okay I will tell you na.

So are you at home.

Me; sadly , yes . I don't even want to be here.

Idara💕;  why did anything happen.

Me;  nothing you need to worry yourself about .

We kept on chatting until she didn't reply again , I guess she was asleep or so.

She made me forget all  my family issues , as I slept with a smile on my face .

I really do like her.
