After the last encounter with Neil, Ahana avoided going into the bedroom for few hours. She would send the kids or the servant to give neccessary thing to Neil. Neil was also getting irritated by this but he knew that it was Ahana's plan to help her avoid him. He was frustrated as he couldn't get up and walk up towards her to talk.
Meanwhile the Shruti and Preeti also noticed this thing. They notice Ahana trying to avoid going into the room. After hours of this happenings Shruti decided that it was enough and she should talk with Ahana.
Ahana:"What happened Bhabhi. Why did you call me to the terrace "
Shruti:"I want to talk to you. What's going on Ahana"
Ahana:"Wh..what are you talking about bhabhi?"
Shruti:"Ahana you know what I am talking about. Neil..why are you ignoring him. Did you 2 fight?"
Ahana:(She sighs as she sits on the swing in the terrace )"I...no Bhabhi we didn't fight"
Shruti:"Then?(She sits next to her)"You don't have to share with me of you don't want, but if you had a fight with Neil, then Ahana I suggest instead of ignoring each other, Talk about it and work it through "
Ahana:"No no Bhabhi we didn't fight...I...I realized something.."
Shruti:"What?"
Ahana:"I .. I love him"(she whispers covering her face with her hands as Shruti looks surprised)
Shruti:(As her surprised face turns to An excited one)"Really! Tha...That's amazing. Finally you realize it"(Ahana looked at Shruti confused )"We knew Ahana. We can see that you feel something for him from a long time"
Ahana:"Well it doesn't matter now"
Shruti:"Why?"
Ahana:"Because I know that Neil would never love me. He only sees me as our kids mother. Plus I can't ruin what I have right now. I won't let my feeling ruin things. So yeah I have to ignore Neil."
Shruti:"Ahana ignoring isn't the right way. You might just be ruining your relationship with him. And About Neil loving you, I feel that day isn't far when he confesses his love to you"
Ahana:"Don't give me false hope Bhabhi."(They stayed quite for few mins before Ahana spoke again)"Bhabhi do you think I am betraying Rajeev"
Shruti:"What?"
Ahana:"Rajeev. I loved him..Heck I still love him he was my bestfriend. But..I...I mean I love Neil now. Did I cheat Rajeev. This isn't right na? I ...how can love someone when I love rajeev. I.. "
Shruti:"Ahana. You love Ansh as your child right, but when you and Neil got married you became the mother of Naira and Aryan. You loved them as your kid as well, but that doesn't mean you don't love Ansh anymore or that you cheated him.(Ahana nods no) Ahana you will always have Rajeev in your heart and Neil will always have Aarti in his heart, but that doesn't mean you both don't deserve a second chance. You both have the right to move on and love onces again."
Ahana:"Bu.."(She was cut of by Ansh)
Ansh:(came in running)"Maa!"(He said triedly )
Ahana:"What happened baby"
Ansh:"I searched the whole house..Do you even know how big this house is. I am so tried"(He said cutely )
Ahana:(chuckled)"oh my poor baby. But why did you need me"
Ansh:"Papa is calling you"
Ahana:"ah.. Baby I am busy ask your dadi to help him"
Ansh:"No maa he said I have to bring you only or he...he won't eat"
Ahana:"What ?"
Ansh:"Haan and dadi said it's time for his me.med..uhh medi"(He struggled saying medicine )
Ahana:"Medicine ?"
Ansh:"Yes.."
Shruti:(Teasingly )"Go now Ahana. Your Hubby can't even eat medicine without you and you say he won't love you"
Ahana:"Bhabhi!"(She said eyeing Ansh who was busy looking outside as the moon that glowed in the sky. Yes it was Night time. Around 8 to be exact.)
Ansh:"Maa lets go"
Ahana:"Yeah..come"(Ahana and Shruti along with Ansh head down to see everyone in Ahana and Neil's room. They could hear Angali and Neil's voice)
Angali:"Neil you have to take medicine on time. Ansh is bringing Ahana, Until then you at least eat dinner."
Neil:"Nope maa. I may sound stubborn, but I will only eat after Ahana comes"
Shruti:"Don't worry Neil, we brought your lovely wife back. Now eat "(Neil nodded as he looked at Ahana while gesturing Angali to feed him)
Sid:"Seriously bhai you were acting as a kid."
Angali:"Ahana we will leave can you finish feeding him and give him the medicine "
The thought of her being Alone with him scared her as she knew why he acted so childish. This was the only way to get her into the room with him. Ahana nodded as everyone left leaving them alone. Ahana quietly sat next to him and fed him while he started at her. After feeding him, she made him eat his medicine before getting up to go when Neil held her hand.
Neil:"I didn't do all this drama and make a fool of myself so that I can let you go"(Cupping her face)"What's wrong Ahana. Please let me. I know something is bothering you but if you don't tell me I can't help you with it"
Ahana:"even after knowing you can't help me Neil "
Neil:"Then atleast I can try and comfort you. Ahana it hurt seeing you like this. Please tell me what's wrong "
Ahana looks at his eyes as tears form in her eyes. Neil's eyes showed care. Seeing tears in her eyes, he pulled her into his arms as she cried. Why, Why is life so hard. A simple thing as falling in love had brought so many problems in her life. Was she doing wrong ignoring him. Ahana didn't know what to do. She just wanted things to stay normal but all her efforts were going into waste.
Aryan:(knocking on the door)"Maa..Papa"(Ahana and Neil broke the hug as Ahana wiped her tears and opened the door.)
Ahana:"Hi Baby. What happened ?"
Aryan:"Ca...can..I..sleep here"(He said nervously)
Ahana:"Of course sweetheart common in. Did you have dinner?"(She asked as she lead him to the bed)
Aryan:"Yeah everyone already had dinner. "
Neil:"Ahana you go have dinner I'll make him sleep "(Ahana nodded and headed out)
After eating her dinner, Ahana helped Preeti and Shruti tidy things up before heading to check on Ansh and Naira. Ansh and Naira were fast asleep. She kissed both their foreheads before heading to her room. She entered the room to see Neil sleeping with with Aryan in his arms. She smiled at them and took a quick picture on her phone before heading to change. She came out after changing into comfortable clothes before laying on the bed. As she lays down and turns of the light, Aryan moves slightly in his sleep.
Aryan:(Still asleep)"m...mumma"
Ahana:"I am here baby."(she said kissing his forehead before laying down and falling asleep)
Around 4 in the morning, Ahana and Neil woke up due to Aryan who have having a nightmare. Aryan was sweating as she moved his head right and left.
Aryan:"No...no..ma..paa..I...leave...us...pl...plz"
Neil:"Champ...hey champ it's okay I am here baby"
Ahana:"Baby?"
Aryan:"No..papa..plz.."
Ahana:(Tears in her eyes)"Neil, he is having a nightmare.."
Neil:"I ..Ahana can you open the 1st drawer"
Ahana:"Huh?"
Neil:"Please just do it"(Ahana rushes and opens the drawer to see a painting which was painted by Aryan of him and his mother.)
She gave the painting to Neil who was hugging Aryan trying to calm him. Neil took the painting and kept it near him.
Neil:"Champ..champ see your painting of your mom..Champ"(Neil tries failed)
Ahana:"Neil..one one min..(She took Aryan in her embrace and started singing a lullaby while rocking him back and forth. After few mins his struggles stopped and his breathing became in sync. Seeing that he is a sleep, Ahana was about to lay him down when she saw wetness.)
Neil:(Seeing the wetness on the bed as well )"He did it again"
Ahana:"Hmm. Neil hold him I'll change the bedsheets and his clothes "(Neil nodded as he stood up slowly and held Aryan in his hands. Neil slowly layed Aryan on the sofa and tried to help Ahana with one hand as his other hand was paining due to the bullet )
Neil:"Here let me help"
Ahana:"It's okay Neil. You rest and don't move ur hands so much"
Neil:"I am fine."(He said with a soft smile as they both changed the bedsheets. As Ahana was changing the pillow covers her eyes went on the painting )
Ahana:"Umm Neil this painting..."
Neil:"Oh...umm. When Aarti...d..died, Aryan used to have nightmares as he missed her. This used to calm him down but today...anyways How did you know how to calm him."
Ahana:"umm well when rajeev...d..you know...i used to..get nightmare.... I ...the first few months were very difficult. Prabha maa used to do this to me it helped me calm down. So I thought it might work for Aryan"
Ahana said as she changed Aryan into new pj and layed him on the bed. They both layed down beside Aryan looking at him sleeping peacefully.
Ahana:"We need to find a solution for this Neil"
Neil:"Yeah. sh..should I consult a doctor "
Ahana:"Not now..let try for a 1 week or so to help him ourselves. Or even to open up about his fear because if we consult the doctor right now we don't know how it will effect him. These things can embarrass him or even make him not open up to us."
Neil:"Your right."(He sighs looking at Aryan while keeping on hand on Aryan hand that layed on his stomach )
Ahana:(Keeping her hand on Neil's )"We will cure this problem Neil. Aryan will be back to Normal soon"(Neil looked up and nodded. Ahana saw her hand on his and realized what she did. She tried to move her hand but Aryan moved in his sleep and held both Neil and Ahana's hand together.)
