Loving Freely1,582 words~8 min read

Changing dorm rooms during the stilled night on her college campus was never part of her plans. She planned to sleep. Lisa loves her sleep, especially during college.

Having little time to do so was hard enough, and now, as she tiredly dragged her bags to her new dorm room, she was debating in just laying on the hard ground and letting the floor consumer her whole being.

She didn't want to move this late at night but she had no choice. Lisa works in the morning and has afternoon classes. This was the only time she could really escape her sex addict roommate. No hate towards Sana, but hearing moans on a nightly basis.... there's just only so much a single person could handle.

So, there she was, heavily breathing and eyes drooping tiredly in an empty hallway. She puffed out air upwards, blowing her bangs out of her eyes as she read the dorm room number under her breath. Checking the map one last time, Lisa nodded to herself before sliding her key into the door. And, at that same exact moment, a door behind her opened, followed with an annoying high pitched giggle.

Okay, everything was annoying. Lisa was tired.

"You'll call me right?" Then there was chuckle, a low chuckle that sounded less annoying and maybe somewhat attractive.

"Sure." Even the voice sounded nice, but Lisa was too tired to even indulge into their conversation, let alone the charming, soft voice. Although, being slightly curious as she was, Lisa couldn't help but turn around and face the owner of the pretty voice. But, when she turned around, her eyes widened. She did not expect to see her.

And, the her she was referring to was leaning against the door frame. Tight tank top with one strap hanging loosely off her pale shoulder. The Thai wondered how collar bones could look so sharp. Then her sight turned its focus downwards to a tight, sinfully tight spandex and Lisa found her self blushing a deep red color of embarrassment.

Not because of the girls stunning features or womanly figure however, it was because of the way Lisa had just witnessed a make out session just seconds before the annoying perky girl pulled back and strutted away from her dorm neighbor, Jennie Kim.

The Jennie Kim. The most popular girl on campus. Could get any guy she wanted but stirred towards females. Something Lisa was not very accustomed to, especially coming from a religious family. She wasn't against it, she just wasn't use to it.

Yes, Jennie Kim, her dorm neighbor, standing there in all her glory. Not only was she standing there, post sexual activities, she was staring straight at Lisa, hair messy, eyes hazy and lips swollen.

Those dazed, feline shaped brown eyes stared at Lisa in curiosity and raked down her body and Lisa blushed a deeper shade of red, especially when a peculiar smile graced Jennie's puffy lips.

And, when Jennie took notice of the caress of pink on Lisa's cheek, the corner of her lips lifted into a smirk, a dangerous smirk as she crossed her arms in front of her, "Hey there gorgeous."

Her tone came out in a husk and Lisa refused to believe that she lost her breath for a mere second and maybe even ignore the buckle of her knees, or whatever it was that made her feel light headed. In no way was it because of Jennie Kim.

Lisa raised her own brows, adjusting her bag on her shoulder while twisting the key in her door and observing Jennie incredulously,

"Uh, hi?"

Jennie's smirk seemed to widen, "You new?" Lisa huffed under her breath. It was one in the morning and she did not feel like humoring anybody, especially Jennie Kim . But yet, she was.

"New to this dorm room? Yes. New to campus? No," She humored dryly. And, maybe Jennie found her clear annoyance amusing because that same low, attractive chuckle slipped from her taunting smirk. God, it was so annoying. She was annoying.

"Interesting." Jennie mused, her eyes sliding over Lisa's figure once again, and this time it wasn't due to curiosity. And those dangerous eyes seemed to darkened just a bit as they landed onto Lisa's bare legs and Lisa was quite uncomfortable from those hungry eyes. So, with a clearing of a throat, Lisa twisted her door knob and sent curt nod,

"Well then, bye," She said, slowly pushing her door open and backing up into her new dorm. Jennie watched her, brown eyes staring straight into doe eyes silently with the same damn smirk that made Lisa want to scowl at how annoying it looked. Again, she was just tired.

"See you around blondie."

Lisa didn't hide her scowl, nor did she stop her eyes from rolling in annoyance as she closed the door, trying not to growl from the way Jennie's laugh was clearly heard from behind the door. And, when she turned around, she jumped and squealed in surprise. Seated on one of the beds to the right was two familiar girls, eating chips while staring at her stilled figure.

The pink haired one, wiped the corner of her lips and sent a smile that was quite warm.

"Hi, I'm Chaeyoung. You must be my new roommate. Lisa, right?" Her voice was soft, a higher pitch than Jennie's, maybe even sweeter and kinder, less dangerous. Lisa smiled while walking towards her bed that was across from her new roommate.

"Yeah, we also share the same English class, sorry for moving in this late. I'm actually kind of surprised you're awake right now." Lisa said, dropping her bags to the floor and seating herself down onto the bed.

"I would have been, but this girl right here needed a place to wait at while her cousin gets it on across from us," Chaeyoung sent a playful eye roll and pointed towards the raven haired girl beside her who was smiling brightly towards Lisa's direction, eyes squinted cutely. She sent a small wave and Lisa didn't hesitate to send one right back with widened eyes,

"You're Jennie Kim's cousin?" The friend laughed lightly with a nod.

"Don't tell me you're one of her admirers," She teased, tone filled with humor. Her voice was lower, huskier even but still ever so charming. Lisa rolled her eyes with a sheepish grin,

"Not even close."

The cousin hummed, amused almond eyes examining her annoyed expression "Well, you'd be the first. I'm Jisoo." Lisa smiled,

"It's nice to meet you. And, you'd be happy to know you are free to go back into your dorm. Jennie Kim is officially done fulfilling her, well... needs?" Jisoo laughed and slid off of Chaeyoung's bed,

"Noted. I like you already. And, since you you share the same English class with Chae, then that means you share it with me. Guess we can get well acquainted now." Jisoo said and Lisa smiled, finding her kind, just like her new roommate. The two definitely made up her hectic night.

"Looking forward to it."

And with that, they all said goodnight. Jisoo went back into her dorm and Lisa and Chaeyoung fell asleep instantly. The next day, Chaeyoung and Lisa walked together to their English class, getting to know each other better. From what Lisa could tell, Chaeyoung was cheerful and clingy.

It shocked Lisa at first when the pink haired girl locked her arms with her own as they made their way to class, but she knew there was no hidden intentions with it.

That was just who she was because when they saw Jisoo standing in front of the door of the classroom, Chaeyoung skipped right towards her, dragging Lisa along and locked her other arm with Jisoo as well. Lisa laughed as Jisoo squealed in surprised.

Lisa laughed along with them as they made their way inside, but her laughter died down in her throat as she noticed a pair of curious brown eyes staring at her from the end of the classroom. Same smirk from last night painted on her glossy lips as she brushed her fingers thorugh her loose brown curls and Lisa found herself cursing.

How could someone so annoying look that.... nope, she refused to say it.

Unfortunately for her, the girls made their way to where Jennie was at. Jisoo sat beside her cousin while Chaeyoung and Lisa sat in front of them. Jisoo was ready to introduce Lisa but the blonde shook her head with a tight lip smile,

"No need for introductions, I'm well aware of who she is," she didn't mean to say it with a bite, but with Jennie staring at her the way she was, she couldn't help but feel that burning annoyance in her chest. And, the flame only grew as Jennie's smirk widened. The brunette placed her elbow on the desk and rested her chin on her palm,

"It wouldn't be fair if I'm not aware of your name gorgeous. Or, do you prefer to be called blondie?"

Lisa scowled, "I prefer for you to not talk to me at all actually." Jisoo and Chaeyoung stifled a laugh while Jennie smiled in amusement with her free hand resting on the desk, tapping her well manicured nails against the wooden object as she gnawed on her bottom lip and God damn it, the sight was annoying. Again, she was annoying.

"Oh, feisty, just my type."

Yeah, Lisa absolutely hated Jennie Kim.
