Anabia's POV
I was paying the least attention to the teacher as my mind was stuck in Daniyal.
"Are you okay " Kate shook my shoulders and I was startled... I gasped as I realized that our class was over.
"Umm...uhh... just a little headache " I sighed and faked a smile.
"Bro...you know last night Daniel fought with Alexxx" Jessie screamed in our ears.
"Really..? They are best of friends.. why would they fight?" Natalie wiggled her eyebrows.
"Well..idk. Kyle told me they went to a party and after some time they started a fight and ruined the party " Jessie said twirling her locks.
My heart skipped a beat. He fought for me... to his best friend cuz he was talking something about me...?
Really...? But why...?

"C'mon girls let's go to the cafeteria.. my belly is crying from hunger " Kate interrupted them and we headed towards the cafeteria.
We were waiting for our orders then Kyle came to our seat. He gave Jessie a small kiss then smiled at me. I gave him a weird look. Why was he smiling at me?
"Anabia " he called my name... I furrowed my brows.
"Is there something between you and Daniel? " I almost choked on my food. Jessie rubbed my back and eyed him suspiciously.
"N..no..." I wiped my mouth.
"What made you think about this?" Jessie wiggled her eyebrows.
"Umm nothing.. just asking " he smiled at us but I knew he didn't want to answer this. What did Daniyal say to them??
My thoughts got interrupted by the ringtone of his phone. He received the call but the next second the phone slipped from his hand.
"What's wrong," Jessie asked.
"A car crashed Daniel.. he's in hospital. " he finished his sentence and ran outside.
"Ohh, God..." Jessie almost screamed. Soon there was hustle and noise in the whole cafeteria as Daniyal was the most popular guy in the school.
But I became deaf ... it felt like the world had stopped around me. I could feel the weird feelings in my stomach, in my heart, in my body. I wanted to scream... I wanted to run to him but I was silent...
"Ana" I tilted my head when I heard Sarah's voice. I stared at her with blank eyes.
"Ana are you okay..." Sarah realized that I wasn't normal. She came closer to me and pulled me in to hug.
"Ana..." she was crying... sobbing in my arms but I was silent.
"Ana.. what happen to you... the doctor said that he needs to do his operation" she said sobbing and looked at me.
"Sarah... I want to see him.." I said in a weak voice. My friends were shocked to see my behavior.
As I reached the hospital...I found so many people were there... Alex... Kyle... Jace... Emily... Lily..and God knows how many people.
"You're his cousin.. right?" Emily eyed me. I ignored her and sat on the bench.
Uncle Afzal and Maria were out of the country... as Uncle heard about Daniyal he became mad. I realized that he loves Daniyal so much...So does he but Maria never let them be close.
"Anyone... from his family..?" Doctor asked before the operations... he had to sign some papers.
"I'm his sister...and... she..." Sarah said and stopped when she turned to me.
"I'm his cousin.." I replied curtly... Maybe Daniyal won't like that I told everyone our reality in his absence.
"Okay...then sign the papers," he said to Sarah and she signed.
The operation took two hours and his friends were pacing in the hospital. I started reciting Surah Fatah.
Emily and Lily were crying...
Why duh...why..? Like they are dating him or something...
I frowned and I was continuously looking at the door.
The door opened revealing the doctor and his staff.
"Doctor.." Kyle and others ran to the doctor.
"The operation was successful.. congratulation " Doctor smiled at them and I sighed thankfully. I thanked Allah. I glanced at him from the window and left for my apartment.
I fell in sujood and thanked again Allah. What would I do if something had happened to him...?
This accident made me realize that I was nothing without him. I couldn't even think about losing him. I couldn't live without him... why...?
Cuz I love him...
Love??
Yes... I love him... there was something in nikah verses that I unexpectedly fell in love with the unexpected guy. That boy lives in my heartbeats... his love run in my veins...I couldn't imagine my life without him.
Daniel's POV
I opened my eyes and I found myself on a hospital bed. My body was aching and I was wrapped with a lot of bandages. There was everyone besides me. My all friends including Alex. Even Emily and Lily were there. Sarah touched me and her eyes were full of tears. But the face I wanted to see was nowhere.
She doesn't give a fuck about you...
Why were you expecting her..huh?
I sighed and closed my eyes again. Why I wanted to see her but she wasn't there... Maybe she was taking her important class. You're not worthy of her attention. You always hurt her... you even tried to abuse her.. then now why were you thinking so much about her.
"I'm sorry Man" Alex tapped my shoulders gently... I gave him my weak smile.

I got discharged from the hospital after five days and I never saw Anabia there. Sarah insisted me to come along with her but I didn't want to step into that home. I asked Sarah to dropped me at my apartment. She carried me to the apartment... the door opened revealing Anabia. She was wrapping a scarf around her head like she does while praying. I saw her after six days. Her presence gave me some weird feelings in my heart.... but it was only me who was feeling for her in that way... she was happier in her life without me.
There was something with that beautiful girl...something with the relationship we had.
Sarah helped me to settle down. She handed Anabia my meds and reports.
"I gotta go ... Anabia take care of my brother... I'll come later" she smiled at us.
"You won't stay?" I asked her.
"No Daniel.... dad and mom are in LA. with Hadi... I can't leave the house on maids and cook.. I'll visit tomorrow" she glanced at me and waved at us.
"Daniyal... let's go to your bedroom" she came near me and held my hand.
"Please...don't touch me... I can do it myself " I snarled. Why she was pretending that she cared about me when she didn't.?
I tried to walk but started toddling. She sighed and held me firmly. I gave her a cold look but she seemed unaffected. She carried me to the room and helped me to lie on the bed.
