When the morning came and sun rays fell on our entwined bodies, I pulled Noah closer. He had to leave and I wasn't ready to let him go.
"You certainly make it hard to leave," he said, dropping kisses over my disheveled hair.
I groaned, before willing myself and pushing him away. "Just go," I said and sat up, "just leave before I change my mind." I actually would. It physically hurt leaving the warmth and comfort of his arms.
His iron band grip pulled me down again. He propped himself up on his elbow and looked down at me with puffy eyes. He looked really cute with those sleepy eyes. "Give me my goodbye kiss first."
"What goodbye? You're coming back here in couple of hours to pick me and my brother," I said. Noah had taken the duty of our chauffeur, no matter how much I told him to not to trouble himself. He called it one of his boyfriend duties.
"You love to deny me, don't you?"Â He trapped me under his body. Under the sunlight streaming through window, shirtless-him looked ethereal. "Didn't I tell you I'll snatch away what's mine?"
"Well, you already did. And no way I'm kissing you with a morning breath," I told him and pressed my lips tightly when his face inched closer.
He chuckled. "If that's what stopping you then you should know you always smell amazing to me baby."
I shook my head.
When his green eyes glinted at the prospect of challenge, I knew I was in trouble. I had a feeling this goblin boy was going to get his kiss one way or another.
I shook my head again. I brought my right hand to cover my lips from his smoldering gaze, but before I could both of my hands were nailed above my head by his single one. "Hmm," Noah hummed teasingly, pushing away the strands of hair on my forehead and making my shiver with just his feathery touch.
His lips covered mine. It took quite an effort from my side to keep my mouth shut when his lips moved against mine, gently urging me to give in. He bit my lower lip but I didn't relent. I felt his free hand roaming over the curves of my body until it settled on my butt. He gave my bottom a tight squeeze, making me let out a wrangled whimper, before dropping a loud smack on it. And then another... and another.
I cried out, and apparently that was enough for the sadistic goblin to raid my mouth with his tongue. He spanked me once more just for the heck of it, before stopping the assault on my poor bottom and gently caressing it.
I was afraid now that I had given him the free pass to spank me, my butt was going to suffer a lot more abuse... Not that I minded. It stung, but sweetly.
We kissed until we ran out of breath. After he was done devouring my mouth, a smug grin graced his face. I just looked at him in daze.
"You just made it more hard to leave," Noah groaned, making me frown.
"You're the one who-" I shook my head. There was no point in arguing. "You got your stupid kiss. Now go." I bit back a smile at his reluctance in leaving me.
He finally got off me and put on his sweater. "Prude," he called me, chuckling, when I turned my face away as he dropped my pajamas and changed into his underwear and jeans. I mean, I do wanted to ogle at him, but a fragile me could only handle so much. Also what a shame, he looked better in my fluffy pink pajamas than I did.
"See you in couple of hours." After changing Noah came to me and gave a light kiss on my forehead. What I didn't see coming was another spank landing on my already red butt-cheek, though this time it was more playful.
"Hey!"
Stupid brute was out of the window before I could whine.

I felt a little anxious when I came downstairs for breakfast. Only about an hour ago I had a boy upstairs without my mother's knowledge. I didn't feel guilty per say, it was more of a feeling that I did something bad and was afraid if she found out, or worse, she already knew.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Mom grunted, putting the toast on my plate. She eyed me suspiciously.
"Nothing," I drawled, brushing my fingers against the turtle neck to make sure it covered the havoc Noah had wrecked on my neck and shoulders last night.
She shook her head, sighing. "Giselle, I'm not mad that you went to the party last night. In fact, I'm relieved that you didn't show up badly drunk like you did last time." She handed me the glass of milk. "I like Noah. He took care of you, followed the curfew and brought you back on time. Good thing I don't have to deal with a 'bad boy' rebel as your boyfriend."
Oh Mother, he's the baddest of them all.
"Mom, I'm not some cargo he has to ship to you on time," I pointed out, "besides I can take care of myself."
"Honey, sober you can, but drunk... not so much. I have already seen it." She patted my shoulder before taking a seat next to Gabriel and starting on her breakfast.
I scowled but didn't say anything. She wasn't wrong.
Later Noah, as promised, came to pick me up. Something warm fluttered inside my chest as I saw Gabriel lunging at him excitedly. My brother had started seeing him as sort of a parental figure after me and our mom. I didn't mind, even though sometimes I fear Noah was spoiling him. But in Noah's defense, he hadn't started rolling out expensive gifts for Gabriel, which I knew he would if I gave him free rein.
"Slept well?" Noah asked me, a teasing smile curling at his lips, as I sat in the car beside him.
"Like a baby," I replied, pecking him.
Through out the ride I didn't say much, hearing Gab ramble about his stuff and asking Noah about the Magic Realm. My little brother still hadn't given up on the idea of going back there. He had realized he couldn't get through me, so he decided to subtly nag Noah about it.
We dropped the brat at his school's front gate and waved him goodbye. As soon as Noah pulled the car at his usual spot at our school's parking lot, I found my face grabbed by his large hands and mushed against his. We kissed long and hard. I knew the neediness he felt because I was in the same boat. The more we touched the more we craved each other. And it was only getting better.
Rest of the day dragged by slowly with classes and labs until lunch came around. Guys were talking and joking around at the table as though the last night talk didn't happen. Though Noah was little curt with Elijah. I felt it wasn't because of their fall out at the party, more so with Noah's general disagreement with Elijah at indicating he and Silas should take over the throne without him.
"I see Abigail giving us stinky eyes," Silas said suddenly, looking at the other side of lunchroom. "I won't be surprised if she had two of you figured out," he told Noah and me.
I followed his gaze and sure enough I found Abigail eyeing me curiously before she looked away. Jason was at her table too and he was also staring at us, or more specifically at me and Noah. I threw him a weak smile just to be friendly and he reciprocated the gesture. I wasn't used to boys being interested in me, but it was clear he was. It was kind of awkward knowing someone liked you but you didn't like them back.
"Don't smile at him," Noah growled from beside me, his hand coming around my shoulders and pulling me into him.
"Are you really going to be like that?" I frowned at my boyfriend. "I'm just being nice to him."
"That stupid jock is clearly into you. I don't want to deal with pesky human boys to keep them off you," Noah grumbled.
I shook my head. As if there was a long line of guys coming after me. In fact I should be the one looking out for Noah.
"If you're done playing the role of possessive boyfriend, can we discuss what we should do about Abigail," voiced Silas.
"I'll talk to her," Gordon said, "she's my slayer." She's his slayer?! Was she from Wru' via too? Everyday I learned something new about these guys.
"We don't have to do anything. She found out Giselle is my companion, before Giselle did herself. I already talked to her. She'd be keeping her mouth shut if she knows what's best for her," Noah told them.
Gordon glared at him. "Stop threatening my slayer Jackass! I might not want it, but she's here to guard me."
"It's not my fault your father didn't care and appointed just any unskilled slayer he found at Easthallow to babysit you. Let's be honest she isn't powerful enough to actually protect you. All she has on her is a big mouth and bitchy attitude." Noah casually unwrapped the sandwich on his tray. "And it's not like I enjoy intimidating others. I just didn't want her spewing to your father about me having a human companion."
"All of you fucking slayers and rulers are same! Bullying is all you fuckers know!" Gordon hissed at Noah, who dropped his sandwich on the plate with a scowl. When Elijah tried to hold Gordon's hand, he batted it away. "I'm including you in too!" He lashed out at his companion too, before turning back to Noah. "Powerful or not, she's my fucking slayer. You don't get to order her around before going through me... Also, I didn't see you complaining about her bitchy attitude and big mouth when you were fucking her."
"Well, I made a mistake." Noah glared back at Gordon. "And I'm talking about fucking her." I suspected Noah disliked Abigail because she insulted me at Gordon's party. But that didn't stop me feeling jealous that he had sex with her. Ugh, I wasn't much better than this possessive ass. "As for threatening her, I did what I had to to protect Giselle."
Gordon's fiery gaze turned to me. "Giselle," he said, his dark eyes softening, "I'm telling you this because I believe you haven't figured it out, or maybe the bond has blinded you from seeing it: Your companion is a jerk. So is mine. It comes with their class. It's impossible for so much power to not get into their heads." I blinked, his words oddly ringing true.
"They're not jerk to us because we matter to them," he continued, "I get it you're taught a person is not responsible for other's action, rightly so. But now you're bonded with a goblin, one of the powerful, obnoxious and arrogant goblins, and he actually deeply cares for you... So leverage this shit and rein in your man. Because damn it I'd love to have one less of a jerk to deal with!"
