*Asher's pov*
*beep*
*beep*

Ugh, I knew that sound.
"Fucking shit!" I cursed as I slammed my hand on my alarm. I forgot to turn it off for a Saturday. I had a major hangover and migraine.
Let's see. What could I recall from last night? The boys and I were at Liam's early. We were talking about the stupid crush that Connor was starting to have on that girl, Honey.
Hmm. People started arriving and we went to the kitchen for a quick drink when the girls showed up. They greeted us and then Liam and Hazel had their little "fit". I guess I didn't have to worry about them too much considering Liam had a bit of a thing for the girl named after that one color. Ahh, Violet.
Yet, knowing me, I got upset, anyways. I didn't even know why I got upset or why I was worrying about them in the first place.
Anyways, I told myself I would get drunk and have a hookup. Let's see, what hookups happened last night?
Well, I knew that Ian hooked up with this dude named, Jason. Eli didn't feel like hooking up. Connor and Liam were starting to become whipped so I doubted they did.
Me? I didn't remember if I actually did or not. I didn't remember much of anything that happened last night after I got drunk.
Anyways, it was eleven a.m. so Jaxon was at work. He was a mechanical engineer. I know what you're saying: Fancy. Well fancy my fucking ass.
I was home alone and really curious to find out what happened, so I decided to call each of the guys individually.
"Uh, sorry I'm not really sure..." Connor sounded genuinely sorry that he couldn't help me.
"I don't know. I was busy hosting." Liam replies.
"I don't know... Sorry, man." Ian sounded extremely tired from last night. Hehe, that's my boy!
"I don't know, but um, I know someone who might..." Eli said.

I patiently waited outside of Hazel's house and put my hands in my pockets. It took about two minutes before someone swung the door open.
There stood a tired Hazel in a Winnie the Pooh onesie with her hair up in a really messy bun. She actually looked pretty cute in that.
"Hello?" she mumbled as she blinked her eyes to get her vision focused.
"Hey, Princess. I was wond-" She heard it was me and freaked out.
"Asher? What are you doing here?!" She shrieked and closed the door a bit so that only her eyes were poking out.
"Um, I was just wondering-Wait can I come in?" I asked.
She looked uneasy but she opened the door to let me in.
We sat down next each other on the couch. She sat cross-legged facing me and after a few seconds, I turned to reciprocate.
"Princess... Can you give me some tylenol or something for my head-ache?" I asked as I touched my pounding head.
"Oh, right. I forgot you get hangovers after being drunk. Well, I'll help you feel better. Come on." She grabbed my hand and pulled me into the kitchen. As she was grabbing a bunch of things out of cabinets and the fridge, she never let go of my hand. I'll admit, I didn't hate it all too much.
She pulled me upstairs to the bathroom to grab a few things and dragged me back downstairs to put them with the other supplies.
When she had everything, she let go of my hand and cheered,"Ta-da!"
"Wha-what is it?" I asked.
"It's all the supplies that will make you feel better. And I'll even make you breakfast. I know, I'm amazing!" she said with a smile.
"Wow, thanks! Wait, you can cook?" I asked with an arched brow.
"Of course I can! I've had to cook several times for my family before. But first, let me make this hangover remedy." She took everything and threw it into a blender. When she was done, she poured the liquid into a cup.
"Um, what exactly is in that?" I asked.
"I'm glad you asked. It's two cups of coconut water, one-half a cup of plain yogurt, five drops of liquid b12, one cup of frozen raspberries, one juiced lemon, one banana, and two tablespoons of honey. Oh, and you'll wash this down with cheez-its." she said very quickly.
"Wow, thanks," I said in surprise,"but how do you know so much about this?"
"My brothers have gotten drunk before and I had to research remedies for them." She laughed.
I drank the smoothie and ate the cheez-its like she told me. While I did that, she made chocolate chip pancakes for us.
"They're ready!" she exclaimed. She smiled as she handed me mine and drowned hers in syrup.
"You're drowning your pancakes!" I was startled by the amount of syrup she was planning on consuming.
"Like a wise Perseus Jackson once said,'I can't drown and neither can my pancakes.'" She stuck out her tongue as she began cutting the pancake.
As we ate, I felt so much better. We talked about random stuff and surprisingly even shared a few laughs, especially when she got her face all messy with syrup. She looked like a little kid!
"Is it off?" She asked as I graciously helped wipe the syrup from her face.
"Almost..." I wiped the rest off of her lip and smiled when I was done. She thanked me and drank her milk. I swear, she was a real five year old.
When we finished, we sat on the couch again and I asked her,"Wait, where's your family?"
"They went to check out the amusement park, Castle Fun Time. I didn't go 'cause I'm still tired from yesterday." She sighed.
"Oh, yeah. About yesterday... What even happened? I don't remember but Eli told me that you knew." I raised eyebrow at her.
She looked at the ground with a pained expression as soon as I mentioned the night before. "Well..." She explained everything to me.
Holy.
Shit.
Fuck, did I really act that way towards her? I knew I could be a jerk most of the time, but god!
"Princess, ugh, I'm so fucking sorry. Sounds like I was being a dick. Goddammit, how can I make it up to you?" I winced at the thought of what happened.
"It's fine. You were drunk. You didn't really know what happened. Good thing it's over at least." She smiled.
Goddammit...
I was surprised by what I did next. I leaned forward and pulled her into a hug. She was frozen in place at first, but slowly lifted her arms up around my back. I closed my eyes and whispered,"Thank you for taking care of me last night even though I was acting dumb."
I realized I was already hugging her for more than I was comfortable. I quickly pulled away and rubbed the back of my neck.
"It's really okay." she said back softly as she let her arms drop.
I put my hands on her shoulders and stared into her eyes. "I'll make it up to you. I promise you, Princess." It was weird to hear myself being so sincere, but it was the least I could say.
"O-okay. Thank you!" she stuttered. Why did that send a chill down my arms?
I dropped my hands from her shoulders and took in the smile she gave me. Eventually, I went back home. Before I left, I thanked her for taking care of me yesterday and today.
What the hell did I do before I met her?... I just met her and I was already thinking this. Fuck, what was up with this girl?!
Well, I definitely didn't need to feel whatever this was.
OOF!!! Wasn't this chapter just so adorable! Well it's a bit shorter than usual but it was just Asher getting filled in and then this HazelxAsher moment at the end. What could their ship name be? Maybe Hasher, or Ashzel. I don't know. I had to research hangover remedies cause I've never drank before hehe. The last part of the chapter though, like the hug, was so freaking adorable! I hope you liked this chapter! Please keep reading and vote! Bye Lovelies!!!â¤â¤â¤
