She glared at Chen Mingsi, and then leapt down the table to run to Luo Ke’s office.

“Meow meow meow meow!” Lin Sifei circled around Luo Ke’s legs.

Luo Ke was still talking to President Chen, so she hesitated when she saw her, “What happened to you?”

Lin Sifei twisted to reveal her messed up fur on her back, which Luo Ke immediately understood. She picked her up and helped her smooth down all of the fur.

Lin Sifei finally shook herself comfortably and squatted down to watch President Chen.

The original novel didn’t write anything regarding if President Chen took part, which meant that there was some danger. If President Chen was a threat down the road, that meant that there wasn’t only one hidden danger.

Lin Sifei’s gaze remained on Luo Ke for a long time, so much so that Luo Ke was getting goosebumps. She patted Lin Sifei’s butt a few times, saying, “Didn’t you go out to play? Why did you run back?”

Lin Sifei shivered and her eyes grew big as she looked back at Luo Ke, her ears immediately heating up. So shameless!!!

Luo Ke only realized where she had patted after she had done it. Awkwardly, she peered at President Chen before picking Lin Sifei up and ushering her out.

Lin Sifei, hidden in Luo Ke’s arms from President Chen, flashed out her paws, hammering Luo Ke’s chest, ears still continuously getting red.

She… didn’t have another way to fight her other than this.

Lin Sifei continued to paw on Luo Ke’s chest.

Luo Ke could only bite on her lip as she took her to the secretary office and threw her into Zhao Min’s arms, “Take good care of her.”

Zhao Min hurriedly tok the cat, confusedly watching her boss walk out with red ear tips.

“Did I not open the air conditioning in her office? Was it that hot?” Zhao Min wondered out loud.

She followed Luo Ke’s orders well this time and left Lin Sifei on the table while she riled through some files. She got to the correct one and pulled out a magazine, putting it in front of Lin Sifei.

“Here, good kitty, look at who this is. It’s you, doesn’t it look good.”

Lin Sifei looked down to see a blown up photo of herself in style. It seemed as if she were a royal of cats, and with the extravagant jewelry, with the filters the editors addedone it did seem like her eyes reflected the sheen of the jewelry, seeming very beautiful.

Lin Sifei nodded, satisfied at her own magazine photos, but then she remembered that it had been some time since she updated her social media with pictures. Well, it was perfect timing, since she could do some advertising for her magazine.

She thought about how she wanted to take some pictures when she got home. After all, Luo Ke knew now, so she didn’t have to hide operations like this and could make the pictures more prnounsed.

As she thought about it, Chen Mingsi’s voice echoed down the hall. She scurried over, saying, “Kitty, why did you come here? Are you angry? Sorry, next time I won’t ruffle your fur.”

Lin Sifei looked back and was taken aback at Chen Mingsi’s image. The girl was still in her messy hair, and seemed to have looked through the entire floor for her.

Hmm. Why did she suddenly feel guilty?

Zhao Min ws also surprised when she saw the girl and hurriedly directed her over, “Child, why don’t I redo your hair for you? Do you maybe want a princess updo?”

“Sure!” Chen Mingsi plopped herself down and let Zhao Min do her hair.

As she sat down, she still reached out for Lin Sifei. Seeing the magazine under Lin Sifei’s paw, she curiously brought it over, asking, “What is this?”

Lin Sifei confidently lifted her paw to let her see.

Chen Mingsi immediately saw the cover photo of the magazine, gasping in surprise, and then moved her gaze to Lin Sifei and back to the magazine. After a few times of looking back and forth between the two, she realized, “Kitty, is this a picture of you? How pretty!”

Lin Sifei proudly lifted her head.

Chen Mingsi, so excited that she clasped a hand over her mouth, nodded at her, “You look so similar like this to the photo!”

Zhao Min, seeing that the girl also likes cats so much, smiled and explained, “There’s also a special topic in the magazine.”

Chen Mingsi immediately flipped to it, seeing a bunch of pictures along with explanations of the jewelry.

As her mom was knowledgeable with jewelry, Chen Mingsi also recognized some and commented on how cool they were.

“Luo Ke must like you so much if she is letting you wear all of these expensive accessories. Previously I used some of my mom’s jewelry to dress up my cat, which my mom berated me for,” she said with a frown.

Lin Sifei thought of that scene, concluding that if she was Chen Mingsi’s mom, she’d also want to hit someone.

Chen Mingsi went back to admiring her beauty, whispering, “So beautiful, kitty, your pictures are all so nice.”

After leafing through all of the photos in the magazine, Chen Mingsi felt that she had to continue and clapped her hands together with an idea. “Hey, kitty, why don’t you take some pictures with me so that I can post them.”

When she finished, she yearned her head toward’s Luo Ke’s office.

Zhao Min was still working on her hair, so she hurriedly caught her and forced her to sit back.

Chen Mingsi sat back down, patting her chest, “Thank goodness Luo Ke didn’t come out. I feel like she is very strict and wouldn’t let us take pictures.”

Afraid that Luo Ke would come out soon, she hurriedly flipped out her phone again and carried the cat to her lip. It was only after opening the camera that she realized her hair wasn’t done, so she asked, “Sister, is it still not done?”

“Very close,” Zhao Min hurriedly clipped the last clip down into place, “And we’re done!”

Chen Mingsi cuddled with Lin Sifiei for the photos, but Lin Sifei, thinking that she looked to ugly like this, climbed up to her shoulders to fully show her great body shape.

“Magazine, magazine,” Chen Mingsi took the copy of the magazine and took pictures of the magazine with the cat, as well as the cat with herself.

Chen Mingsi, was a good photographer, and quickly finished taking pictures and applying filters for a nine photo post.

Lin Sifei reached her head over to see that the pictures were of good quality. Relieved, she just waited for Chen Mingsi to post them on social media.

Chen Mingsi had a decent following online, not because she was incredible, but because of the simple reason that she was from a rich family. Since she was into anime and stuff, she had a lot of merch like the top tier action figures.

Because she was a fan of a lot of characters and had a lot of action figures, she sometimes would host raffles and share some of her daily life, which some people liked.

After the pictures were uploaded on social media, there were a lot of comments pretty quickly, with a lot of comments complimenting the cat.

Chen Mingsi replied to some comments under her post, and seeing that someone linked a different account, clicked into it to see a lot of pictures of the cat next to her.

“Is this you?”

Lin Sifei tilted her head cutely and meowed.

Afraid of being mistaken, the girl also went to ask Zhao Min. When Zhao Min saw the photos, she immediately saw the picture that Luo Ke took of Lin Sifei in her car, and the accessories in the car were the same as Luo Ke’s car.

“Yes, this is our Chair Luo’s car.”

“Wow, and she told me back then that she wouldn’t be posting pictures of her cat. How rude,” Chen Mingsi complained as she still clicked “follow” on the account.

She hugged Lin Sifei tight as she looked through the photos, occasionally commenting on them.

“Your pictures are so pretty,” she said, as she opened the online shopping website and hurriedly bought a large order of the magazine, 1000 copies.

Zhao Min glanced at her screen, and upon seeing the order, her eyes flew wide, “Why did you get so many copies of the magazine?”

“This kitty is so cute, I want to make a scrapbook spread of her and so I want these copies to cut up and paste,” she smiled as she petted Lin Sifei, “The rest I can raffle and send to others. She is so cute, I want more people to learn about her.”

Lin Sifei couldn’t help but smile, it seemed like Chen Mingsi had become her fan. She narrowed her eyes, thinking about her allies.

“Right, recently, I found a very cute influencer with a pretty name,” Chen Mingsi said as she clicked into her following list and found Yan Yafei’s home page. “See, isn’t she really pretty? She also did a magazine, and I’ll get some copies later. It’s not common that I find a name that I really like.”
