“There will also be a jeweler in the next issue. It has been a long time since I made that appointment, and now, since it is the time for fashion weeks to start, jewelry is a hot topic for advertisement. Chair Luo probably did not want to be in the same issue with others.”

Yuan Mo took a deep breath, “I see.”

Hanging up the phone, Yuan Mo smiled and looked at Yan Yafei, “Luo Ke wants to make her cat famous, so she wanted to be in the next recent issue urgently. It shouldn’t be a deliberate move to bump you.”

Yan Yafei’s hand under the table clenched suddenly as she started internally questioning Yuan Mo’s abilities. Why are you afraid of the Luo Family Corp?

She pinched her hand, reminded herself to calm down with pain, and smiled: “Although I worked in their company before, how strong is the Luo family now? Super strong?”

“Of course, super strong.” Yuan Mo chuckled. “Luo Ke is like a computer. For every contract, she can accurately determine whether or not she can benefit from it, so she usually keeps her face cold in contract negotiations. Speaking of which, I really didn’t expect that she would raise a cat. “She has always let business be business. Since you have left, she won’t mind you anymore.” Yuan Mo smiled and touched his chin. “This time, since the photos you modeled for didn’t materialize, I think we should try to change a little. You should go to the showbiz entertainment circle, it is much more stable than modeling for magazine photos.”

Yan Yafei’s eyes lit up, but she still looked worried, “I’m an average person and haven’t studied acting, so it will be difficult for me to get in.”

Yuan Mo smiled, but did not say anything else.

Yan Yafei, seeing this expression, knew that she was basically set to try and conquer the showbiz, so she happily picked up a piece of beef for him.

She rolled her eyes and lamented, “I hope Chair Luo will not let the cat enter the entertainment circle again this time.”

“Chair Luo also came here to dine?”

Luo Ke nodded and held Lin Sifei’s paw up as a greeting. However, Yuan Mo, out of a reflex, leaned back, since his last experience with this particular cat did leave him with some bad impressions.

He smiled awkwardly, glanced at Yan Yafei, with a flash of inspiration, and changed the subject, “Just now Chair Luo said that you can’t necessarily promise that the cat won’t go into showbiz? Could this cat still go to showbiz?”

“There are also many movies featuring animals.”

Yuan Mo smiled and nodded, “This is true, but the number is small, and there is no conflict with the human actors.”

Luo Ke glanced at Yan Yafei, and suddenly said to Yuan Mo, “How is your cat?”

“He’s pretty good. I recently got him another beautiful ragdoll cat on a blind date. Today he is going to the other party’s house to play.”

Yan Yafei finally found the place to intervene and widened her eyes in surprise, “Yuan Mo has a cat. What does it look like? Is it cute?”

Lin Sifei looked at this cat servant. She then looked at Luo Ke, growing more satisfied in her heart. She did not lose anything with Luo Ke being her poop shoveling officer, as she has the look of the powerful, unlike the meek characters in front of her.

Yan Yafei looked at the photo, holding her face, “So cute.”

“Right.” Yuan Mo smiled and took his phone back, “Next time, I’ll bring him out to play too.”

“Don’t.” Luo Ke interrupted, “After all, Miss Yan has a history of cat abuse.”

Yan Yafei’s face changed, putting out a crying, sad expression, “Ch- Chair Luo, I said it before, I didn’t mean it, I didn’t know that cats can’t eat chocolate.”

Yuan Mo’s face also changed slighlty, but he smiled and rescued her, “That was not Yafei’s intention, since she doesn’t raise cats, so it’s normal for her to not know.”

Luo Ke gave him a cool look, “Well, it’s always good for you to pay attention, President Yuan, we shall go to dinner first.”

“Together?” Yuan Mo pointed to the table.

“No, I booked a private room.”

Yuan Mo splayed out his palms in a resigned state, “Well then, when we meet next time, I will treat you.”

Luo Ke nodded, glanced at Yan Yafei, and left, cat in her arms.

Yan Yafei was so irked that she pulled on the tablecloth slightly, eyes gradually revealing her dissatisfaction when she looked at Yuan Mo.

Originally, she thought that Yuan Mo was very rich and had the chance to compete with the Luo family, but she didn’t expect that Luo Ke would be eating in a private room, but she could only eat in the lobby with him as a guest!

She, Yan Yafei, will never be inferior.

Taking into account the distance between men and women, Yuan Mo was afraid that Yan Yafei would be uncomfortable, so he specially asked the best place in the main hall… and he stupidly continued to pick up food for her.

Yan Yafei smiled and lowered her eyes. She should really enter the entertainment circle sooner. That’s where the really wealthy people are.

Luo Ke carried her cat into the private room and took out the cat bowl as usual. Although she now knew that Lin Sifei did not mind changing the bowls, the restaurant may not like cats using human bowls.

“Knock on the door before you come in.”

“I understand, miss.” The waiter brought the first batch of dishes to the table and turned to go out.

Luo Ke laughed and put her on the table, “See what you like? Pick it yourself.”

Lin Sifei patted a plate of fruits, her mouth already growing wide.

Luo Ke laughed, and put the fruit into her bowl.

Lin Sifei nibbled on the fruit, typing on the screen with her paws, “It tastes good, you can taste it too.”

Luo Ke laughed. Human and cat, just like this, happily ate a celebratory meal together.

As a cat, Lin Sifei’s appetite was much smaller, so she couldn’t eat a lot, and collapsed on the table.

She continued typing, [I was so happy to see Yan Yafei’s discouraged face! ]

“You really don’t like her.”

Lin Sifei raised his chin, [Of course, after all, she not only fed me chocolate, but also grabbed my tail.]

Luo Ke’s face changed slightly, “She abused you more than once?”

[It’s okay, the first time, she just quickly did it and then later I would just avoid her.] Lin Sifei was afraid that Luo Ke would be worried, so she typed quickly, reassuring Luo Ke that she had not been abused.

She told Luo Ke about this possibility, but unfortunately, Luo Ke didn’t mind this very much, “Yuan Mo is not that stupid and won’t harm the interests of Yuan family personally.”

Lin Sifei patted her forehead with a paw. It was obvious that Luo Ke had the logic of a normal person, but in this book, those male characters all unconditionally support the heroine.

[Maybe something is wrong with his brain, you leave it to me, I will find their weakness.]

Luo Ke took her into his arms and pinched her ears, “Rely on you? What can you do as a little cat?”

She deliberately lowered her head, trying to nudge Lin Sifei’s forehead.

Lin Sifei, dissatisfied that she had underestimated herself, raised her head to refuse.

Unfortunately, one person and one cat’s mouth met together.

Lin Sifei’s eyes widened instantly, her cat ears quickly warming up.

With a “bang”, Luo Ke felt a weight on her thigh, and then a naked woman was sitting on her lap.

Lin Sifei hooked an arm around her neck and looked at her in shock.

Luo Ke was shocked for a moment, calmed down quickly, and pinched her earlobe, “This time there were no cat ears and tails.”

“Is that the point?!” Lin Sifei blushed.

Luo Ke’s gaze started to move down, em, indeed…

Lin Sifei raised her hand to cover Luo Ke’s eyes, her voice trembling slightly, obviously very ashamed, “Please save some face for me, Chair Luo.”

When Luo Ke heard that name, her ears also became reddish. With a dry throat, she started:  “I…”

But then, a series of three knocks sounded on the door,  and the phone next to it was automatically connected, “Hello, Ms. Luo. Your coke and pet coke have arrived.”

Lin Sifei raised her hand and hugged Luo Ke’s arm, staring in the direction of the door in horror.

Luo Ke turned her head and coughed dryly, with a smile on the corners of her lips, “You can’t seem to hide like this.”

Lin Sifei gritted her teeth and said, “If you gloat again, I’ll rip off your clothes and put them on!”
