CH 18

Lin Sifei felt her face heat up again as she realized Luo Ke’s different display of beauty fit her tastes perfectly. Now, Lin Sifei internally felt that coming to swim this time was well worth it.

She stretched her legs and paddled around in the water.

Luo Ke had dived to the bottom just now as the tag on Lin Sifei’s collar had fallen to the pool floor. She put it on Lin Sifei’s collar again, scratching her chin.

When they got home, Luo Ke parked her car at the door to move a bunch of things she bought into the house first.

Lin Sifei sat in the passenger seat, watching Luo Ke enter the house with the cardboard box in her arms, and shook her head. Luo Ke was so gullible, she bought all of the products the staff member recommended.

She shook her head deftly, as if she had forgotten that she could not walk.

Lin Sifei looked at the trunk. Luo Ke bought a lot of things, so Lin Sifei estimated that it would take a while. Not wanting to be uncomfortable in the still car, she looked at Luo Ke, finding a time she was not paying attention to open the door and jump down .

The car was not high, so Lin Sifei jumped to the ground steadily, the tip of her nose full of the smell of grass not far away.

A dragonfly hovered in front of her eyes, so she raised her paws to pounce, but missed. The feline instinct to hunt came up, and she couldn’t help chasing the dragonfly.

As she rolled twice in the grass, she shook a little dirt off her body and looked around, trying to find the correct direction in the grass half a head higher than herself.

Luo Ke hurriedly let go, “Can you breathe? Are you okay?”

Her hand helped Lin Sifei tidy up the fur on her head, and Lin Sifei still faintly and softly meowed, leaving Luo Ke even more distressed.

Lin Sifei took a breath and lay motionless on her shoulder. Oh my god, she actually asked her if I could breathe.

Luo Ke patted her back to comfort her cat.
