The two looked at each other in silence.

Xiao Lu sighed, “Go ahead, my cousin brother probably doesn’t know what it means.”

Su Chengyang nodded and hesitantly answered the phone.

Xiao Lu snorted and said to Su Chengyang, “My cousin brother is looking for you.”

Watching Lin Yu scold Xiao Lu, Su Chengyang felt a little guilty. She slowly put the phone to her ear. Before Lin Yu could speak, she shouted, “Brother Lin, I’m sorry.”

Su Chengyang sniffed around like a puppy, following the scent outside the driver’s window where there was a stinky tofu food truck parked on the side of the road.

Xiao Lu shrugged, “Then are you going to eat or not?”
