"Nanase-san, let's talk inside first"said doctor.Miyou and Nishi feel so nervous.Tenn just sit next to unconscious red hair who was laying on the hospital bed.
Why?..i made sure to take care of Riku so well!..He rarely got attack.He didn't use his inhaler too..but why his fate still same.In the past, the last time you fell into coma after a few weeks i start go to kindergarten.But now, it's to early..why the fate still choosing you with pain?...

"Your son in coma right now..."said doctor with short word making the couple confuse and lost the word.
"W..w-what do you mean??"Miyou ask as mother who worry at her son.
"You still remember right,Riku-kun having operation because of you want to save Tenn-kun,the effect just come and the result saying that Riku-kun's brain were injured."said doctor.
"Please.. explain..moree! How could an innocent boy like Riku got that??..i know it's my fault for being selfish..but god have to choose me instead of Riku.Riku still kid! He has long way to.. live.."said Miyou while crying.
"As well you know about your son's illness,status asthmaticus can lead to respiratory failure, prolonged hospitalization, and even death. It signifies a medical emergency that requires immediate and aggressive treatment.On Riku-kun case was sudden-onset attack means the person experiencing this type of status asthmaticus has not experienced any worsening symptoms in the preceding weeks but is struck with sudden and severe bronchospasm, breathlessness, wheezing, and cough. This type of asthma attack is often brought on by a large exposure to trigger substances, such as pollen, dust, or food allergens.But we found out that Riku-kun's brain was lack of oxygen because he didn't use inhaler or taking medication.I can say it's dangerous for Riku-kun if he didn't start to take the medicine."said doctor.
"But,i thought it's was good thing if Riku don't have to use inhaler or taking any medicine because he rarely got attack and we giving him full of attention of his health.Why would he need to take that???"said Nishi.
"Let me go on the point,Riku-kun is dying because his body got worst with sudden.Right now,the reason why he in coma because of his body are to weak to handle and every system inside his body stop working.If his heart suddenly stop,it can be death..but good things that Riku-kun still has strong will to keep living..this state are depending on how strong he try to keep alive"said Doctor.
Miyou and Nishi speechless because of this suddenly happen to Riku.They were glad that Riku still has strong soul inside.Only his heart beating with oxygen helper.
After hearing everything from doctor,Miyou could faint in anytime because of her worries and anxiety so high.They afraid if anything unexpected happen.So they thank to doctor and go back to Riku's room.

Nishi are explain everything to Tenn.Tenn still don't believe about everything were told.He was taking care of Riku very well.He didn't make Riku in pressure.He never leave Riku's side.
"It's should be good!! It's should be good because Riku didn't have to take any medication or inhaler.."said Tenn as he can't accept it.
"I understand how your feeling Tenn,but that what doctor say..just keep support Riku and believe he can have a chance like other kid too.."said Nishi.Tenn nodded and stare at Riku.
"Why god didn't choose me instead.."said Tenn.Miyou and Nishi looking at Tenn.
"...Tenn..."said Miyou and hug Tenn tightly.

Next morning,Miyou already call Dianne to tell her that Tenn and Riku can't go to school because of Riku's condition.Nishi ask Noah help to take care of Tenn at the hospital because Nishi and Miyou have to work harder for Riku's hospital.
"Tenn,do you want to eat something?i can get it for you"Noah ask.
".. anything is fine for me.."said Tenn while wiping Riku's hand.
"Sure you love your younger brother"said Noah.
"Who said I'm not...."said Tenn coldly.
Noah can tell Tenn's reaction now.
"Did you actually ever experience something terrible happen to Riku before?"Noah's question making Tenn freeze for while.
"It's worst things than this.I can saw,i saw Riku die in my own hand because of me.."said Tenn with emotionless."it's just part of my nightmare."Tenn continue.
"You know,you are lucky to have Riku"said Noah.
"Why so sudden?"Tenn ask.
"Riku is good boy,he take everything from you and sacrifice himself for you.You should say thank you to Riku since he is the one who save you from the start right?"said Noah.Tenn got that word again.Tenn already know he is using Riku's originality.
"I know..Riku the one who deserves more than anything else.That's why, I don't want to leave him again.."said Tenn.
"You sound like you already did"said Noah while looking at Tenn.
"You were right,i-.. nevermind.."said Tenn.
Noah smile and pat Tenn's head.
"I won't ask anymore,but if it true,you should hide it properly."said Noah and about to leaving.Tenn were shock with what Noah said and look at him."i just will go get some food for us"said Noah.
Why he sound like he knew everything.He so weird..

"Tenn always refuse to join us and even other teacher didn't talk with him about his club."
"Nanase-kun didn't apply any club right?"
"Yes he haven't join anything but i saw him doing all sport are so perfect"

"Stop calling me that,"said Tenn as he embarrassed being called like that.
"Hahahah okay i won't anymore.Anyway,can i ask you something?"Ritsu asking as his face were curious.

"There's a person looking for you but I'm not sure..he said,do you know a person name Kujou Tenn?"
Tenn's eyes widen and look at Ritsu.
"Did you really sure he said Kujou?"Tenn ask.
"Yeah..that was the first thing he mention but then after that they change the Nanase Tenn.Do you know Kujou Tenn? Is he just sharing a name like you?"Ritsu ask.
"Maybe he just mistaken with someone else unfortunately?"said Tenn.
"Maybe you were right...okay let's buy something to eat first!"
It's been 3 years has passed and Riku haven't awake from his coma.Doctor always say to me,keep believing and talk with Riku.Even he in coma, talking something with him can have a chance that he might listen but for along 3 years, there's no reaction or respond from Riku.My mind always saying is Riku actually sleeping or..but move to the new topic,how can someone mentioning my past name?....but in this year, Kujou-san will be appear in anytime to show me the world of entertainment and give criticism to our family business.
Both them stop at the cafe nearby and buy something to eat.When they about to pay at the counter,Tenn were accidentally bumped by someone.
"Sorry little one,"said a man.Ritsu help Tenn stand up.
"Do-.. don't worry, it's fi-",when Tenn's eyes were looking at that man,he was shock and trembling.it's Kujou-san.
"Tenn,are you okay?"Ritsu ask as he worry at Tenn because Tenn fell so hard.
"Tenn? You are Nanase Tenn,Miyou-san's son right?"said Kujou.
"Yes.. i am..how did you know?"Tenn ask as he just fake it as he doesn't know about him.
But he didn't mention about Riku right? Let see..back then,he was so close with Riku,now what he gonna do?
"Well,i am your parent friend.I always come to your theater.It giving me a lot of good vibe.Sure your parent are good at handling the theater."said Kujou with creepy smile.
"You are planing to destroy our business right? If you dare,you will get the worst"said Tenn with cold.Ritsu were shock with Tenn's cold and selfish.His attitude was like not Tenn as he ever see each other.
Kujou were laughing so hard and about to pat Tenn's head but Tenn flinch away to avoid the touch or him.
"You look so interesting,Nanase Tenn.You act like not at your age."said Kujou.
"It's not your problem."said Tenn with cold.
"Hahahah well,see you next time"said Kujou and leaving.
Tenn and Ritsu let out a big sigh and glad he finally gone.
"It's scared me looking at his creepy face."said Ritsu.Ritsu were notice that Tenn was trembling scare of after that."Tenn,are you okay?"Ritsu ask as he touch Tenn's shoulder.
"Ye-yes...i mean..yes I'm fine..it just shock scene.. let's go hurry up,i need to clean Riku.."said Tenn as he hurriedly pay the food.

At the hospital,Tenn and Ritsu about to the Riku's room.When they arrive near the Riku's room,they saw so many doctor and nurse were inside.Tenn was rushing there but got stopped by Riku's doctor.
"Sorry Tenn-kun,you are not allowed to see him yet"said doctor and were rushing to the room.
The nurse just running passed Tenn and Ritsu.
"Don't worry Nanase-kun,we already inform your parent,they will be here"said nurse and join the other doctor too.
Ritsu were lay his hand on Tenn's shoulder.
"I believe Riku are fighting for his life..."said Ritsu.Tenn nodded and close his eyes to pray for god.
After a few minutes,Miyou and Nishi just arrive and hug Tenn.
"Miyou-san,Nishi-san....", Ritsu bow at them with politely.
"Oh Ritsu-chan,you here too.."said Miyou.
All of them waiting in front of Riku's room.They can't stay calm yet because they been waiting for 3 years to wait Riku awake.
"Miyou-san, Nishi-san,i brought a bun bun,i know you guys were rushing to come here without eating right?"said Ritsu.
"We fine dear...thanks for worry at us.."said Miyou.
"Mom,dad..you should eat..if you don't,how Riku can be calm?"said Tenn.Miyou and Nishi were shock with it and smile at Tenn.
".. don't worry Tenn,we fine."said Nishi.
After 1 hour later,the doctor and the rest just out from Riku's room.Miyou and Nishi immediately get to doctor.
"How..my son.."Miyou ask.
"He just awake,"said doctor.All of them were shock."but he still need oxygen supporter for awhile until his condition stable.For.right now,he still don't give any reaction so,if he give any response,please let us know.You guys can see him right now.."said doctor.They bow at doctor and thank to him.
"Thankyou for never give up on our son..i really really..."said Miyou while crying.
"Nope,your son already strong.Please tell us if he give any response.His brain and system still in progress.. it's need time to get back his reality."said Doctor and tapped Nishi's shoulder.
Tenn enter the room first and saw Riku staring the sunflower that gift from Ritsu's mother.Ritsu just watching at Tenn's reaction and didn't want to get involved.He already happy that Riku finally awake after 3 years has passed.
"Hi Riku,welcome back"said Tenn but Riku didn't even see him or give any response.Tenn just smile and bear with it.Tenn holding Riku's hand.Miyou hold her feeling not to cry infront of Riku and Tenn anymore.She have to be strong for her both son.
"My dear,..thanks for open your eyes.."said Miyou while giving a big smile toward Riku even Riku didn't have any response or look at her.

After a few days later,
Tenn just arrive at the hospital.He got permission to stay night at Riku's ward for one night.He will go to school but on third period.He want to take care of Riku for while.Miyou and Nishi have to settle things at their business.
When Tenn arrive,Riku still open his eyes and spacing out since morning.Tenn made sure everything around Riku is clean and don't have any single dust.
"Riku, don't you feel tired already? You been like that since morning"said Tenn.Still don't get any answers from Riku.Tenn just stay cool and help Riku to lay down.
After everything done,Tenn about to wash the cloth that he use as wipe the dirty things."Riku,i will be going for minute.I promise I won't be long okay? I'll be back"said Tenn.When he turn around and about to leave, Tenn's shirts were griped by Riku's weak hand.Tenn immediately look at Riku and ask him."Riku??".Riku didn't give any response but just stay like that, grabbing Tenn's shirt.Tenn sigh and let go of Riku's hand with gentle.
Riku still grab Tenn's shirt tightly and won't let it go.Tenn finally give up and put back that things aside and choose to stay with Riku.
"Okay,i will stay like you want okay?"said Tenn while give a smile to Riku.Riku just stare at him.
Tenn just push the button for made doctor come to the room to see Riku's reaction right now.

"Riku-kun,you can hear me right?"the doctor ask.
Riku just nodded with emotionless.
"Then,can i ask you just 3 question.You are fine with it right?"the doctor ask again and Riku give a nod.
Tenn were there beside him to see how his twin doing.
"Can you introduce your name?..if it difficult to speak,just take your time okay?"said doctor.
"N-na..se..r-ri..ku"said Riku with stutter.
"That's good,can you move every of your hand,body and leg?"said doctor.
Riku trying to move his hand and leg, it's seems fine.Then the doctor give a light book to Riku.Riku take it and fell from his hand.Riku just staring at his hand.
"Don't worry about that Riku-kun,then last question,did you remember how old are you?"doctor ask.Tenn were nervous and look at Riku.
"F-...five.."
Tenn look at Riku and feel a little pity toward him.
Riku thinks he still 3 years past.That the moment was he suddenly got into the coma... It's shouldn't be happen again.I already take care of him very well.It's actually someone stole Riku's luck?..it can be happen too since i came from the future...maybe this is part of warning to me.

"Riku-kun have vocab trouble and his system still week.Even he can move his hand and leg, doesn't mean he will gonna stand it.He need to go the rehabilitation.Then if the rehab are working to him,he can go to school and we will prepare the special case for him."said doctor to Miyou and Nishi.
"But how's his condition?"
"Well,we already aware that Riku-kun has illness right,for awhile,he might get attack without a warning.So as we want to avoiding that things from happen, don't force him to do anything.He still have shock attack since he just awake after 3 years.Just follow his lead okay,thanks to god for still giving Riku-kun chance to live again."said doctor.Miyou and Nishi nodded and thank to the doctor who being Riku's doctor for 8 years since they haven't born yet.

Miyou just enter the room which it Tenn staying with Riku there.
"Tenn,you should go to school on 3rd period right? Why you don't get ready first? You dad will send you today."said Miyou.
"...to be honest, I don't want go to school after seeing Riku finally awake.I want to stay here until Riku can get out from here.I promise i will do my best in exam."said Tenn as he begging to his mother.
Nishi were smile and let Tenn do what he want.
"Well,you can,i will help you tell your school."said Nishi.Tenn were happy to hear that.
"My dear Riku,you already sleep to long and you want to sleep again?"said Miyou while caress Riku's hand.
"I-.m...ti...red.."said Riku.Miyou give a forehead kiss and smile at him.
"Okay,i got it.Here let me help you"said Miyou while helping Riku fix his bed.
"You feel sleepy when you already sleep that long Riku?"said Tenn while smiling and pull the blanket on Riku's body.
"T-..Ten-..Tenn-nii.."said Riku as he grab Tenn's shirt again.Tenn look at Riku again.
"Yes Riku? Do you need anything?"Tenn ask.
"S-sty.."
"Stay? ofcourse i stay with you.Don't worry,i won't leave you okay?" said Tenn while holding Riku's hand.
"Seems like Riku really want to be with you Tenn."said Nishi.
"Riku just a spoiled child.He will be fine after a few month."said Tenn.
Riku already feel asleep.Tenn honestly afraid if it not just a sleep.Tenn only stares at sleeping Riku.
"Riku just sleeping, don't worry"said Miyou.
Tenn nodded.

After a few months later,Riku just finish with his medical checkup.He just improvement not to much but at least he can use pencil and talking.Riku sometime he can being emotionless, sometime he can be happy.Tenn try hard to get Riku back.
"Everything is fine,he just need to take some medicine.Well,he can start his lesson at school but he need to use wheelchair for awhile.His rehabilitation schedule will be start next week every Sunday and Thursday.Here's the medical certificate"said doctor.Miyou and Nishi thanking at the doctor and bow politely.
"Here he's inhaler."said Doctor as he give them the new inhaler.
"Thank you doctor... for always staying with our son.."said Miyou.
"It's greatful to get good kid like Riku-kun.We will be meet start next week again"said doctor toward Riku who sit on the wheelchair.
"Thankyou for taking care of me.."said Riku as he lowing his head.
Tenn push Riku's wheels chair leaving the room first.
"Well Riku,today you gonna discharge!"said Tenn with smile.
"Really??"as Riku's reaction changed.
"Ofcourse yes, let's packing your things first.I will help you okay"said Tenn.
Riku's reaction was happy and smiling a lot.That's moment Tenn just realized that Riku being down because he staying at the hospital.Plus he still can't accept the fact that he already 8 years old.He still thought he was 5 years old.
"Tenn-nii,we won't be here again right?"said Riku with sudden making Tenn stopped.
Riku..you.. actually...hurt inside right?.. you actually don't want to get here.You try your best to avoid everything but in the end,you end up staying here.But i won't let it happen again.
"We won't okay? As long as you didn't push yourself."said Tenn.
"Okay!!"said Riku."anyway Tenn-nii..when we got home,can you teach me in study before i start to attend the school?"said Riku.Tenn smiled and pat Riku's head.
"Ofcourse i will."said Tenn."but,you have to do your rehab too."
"I will do my best too!! So i won't leave behind Tenn-nii right!!"said Riku.
Tenn smile and hug Riku.
"Yes.."said Tenn.
I am glad that Riku still same.Wearing the same smile and face like before.I miss that smile.I haven't seen that smile for 3 years already Riku.But for me,it's been so long after i leave you and threat you coldly.I still miss it..
"Riku,please don't use that down face again...i already miss your smile..and when you awake after 3 years...i was afraid that you'll never smile again...it's really hurt my heart inside..."said Tenn who suddenly get into tears.
"Tenn-nii...honestly i don't remember what happen..but my last memory was saw Harusa's mom and his brother..."said Riku.Tenn look at Riku and finally want to know why Riku suddenly can be into the long coma."When i open my eyes back,it's look so similar with dream plus my vision isn't good.It's hard to me to say anything so i keep silent and wait until i get my sight."said Riku.
"You..feel down because of you didn't see anything?"Tenn ask.
"I couldn't hear anything too.I just staring the light...until i finally can see Tenn-nii..when doctor telling me about my age suddenly 8..my mind was blank.."said Riku.Tenn immediately hug Riku tightly.
"I thought i lose your smile again..."said Tenn while crying.Riku were shock about the word means 'again'.
After that,Tenn helping Riku packing his things and get ready for discharge soon.Riku were happy about it and feel so excited.

At night,Riku just have to stay at his room since it will be difficult to help him go to the living room to have dinner.Riku was disappointed at first but Nishi came up with an idea.He bring the small table and set it at Riku Tenn's room.Miyou were proud at Nishi's brain and bring the meal to the twin room.
Again Riku was so happy for that.Tenn also feel the same as long as Riku keep smiling and laughing like he always do.He will be with him whenever he is.The family finally back as to be like before.Always filled with laughter and happy moment.Even Riku lost that 3 years,the parent never give up on their own son.He already suffer enough.
After a few hour later,they clean up the room meanwhile Riku already fell asleep.Tenn helping clean the table and put back to the place which were taken.
"Tenn,after this..i wanna have a talk with you"said Miyou.Tenn nodded and in the same time,he was curios.
To think back,maybe it's about Kujou-san about to take Riku away but end up with me taking Riku place.For this,maybe Kujou-san already made a mess at mom and dad business.What i can do?..

After finish cleaning and washed the dish,Miyou have a talk with Tenn at the living room.Tenn hope nothing were late if it about Kujou Takamasa.

"yes mom?..is it something wrong?.."Tenn ask as he nervous.
"Listen,there's some man name Kujou Takamasa-san working with Zero were coming at theater.He said he got interested with the theater."said Miyou.
He interested?why would he got interested?as i know,he hate our business because it's taste not same like he want.It just a simple performance and newbie..It's must be just part of his trick.But how can i explain to mom for not believing in him? because i afraid if he talk with mom and dad to take me or Riku away.
"why would he got interested with the theater with suddden?"Tenn ask.
"Well,a few day ago,your dad friend and Noah-kun has reunion with other performance.So your dad's old best friend name Inazu Yoichi come too.His famous name was Jonh.Your dad and Yoichi-kun go to same school and really close.Yoichi-kun come from rich people so his parent always force him to keep study in order to take care of the company after he graduate.So one day,he give up and almost killing himself but your dad save him and tell him something that change him.So Yoichi-kun and Noah-kun are good in singing and perform.They doing a new stage that making the theater suddenly so crowded and got the top news about it."said Miyou with smile.
"Ohh waw! should we bring Riku to watch it together?"Tenn ask.
"sure,actually your dad want to introduce you and Riku to Yoichi-kun."said Miyou.
"With pleasure.I am fine with it.Dad so amazing!!"said Tenn.
"yeah..your dad really amazing.I will tell your dad and they will arrange the time if not busy since the theater get really busy for a few day and then we can spend time together bring Riku somewhere to get some fresh air right?"said Miyou.
"I agree with it.It's been so long we haven't go out together like before."said Tenn.
"That's right.Maybe tomorrow after arrange the ticket,mom and dad will go to your school to prepare thing for Riku to come to school.But don't worry,i won't rush him.It will take a time for him."said Miyou.
"i will do my best to tutor him well too"said Tenn.

"Yeah!!! let me do the quiz first and Tenn-nii please watch it"said Riku with happy.
Miyou knock the door and open it saw Riku and Tenn were study with happily.
"Boys,it time for lunch."said Miyou and put the tray which it orange juice and sandwich on it.
"mom! don't bother me for awhile i want to answer this first!"said Riku while struggle in that quiz.Tenn just chuckle and happy to see Riku like that.Miyou smile and pat Riku's head.
"how Riku's doing?"Miyou ask Tenn with whisper.
"well,he can use the pencil so well and his writting it easy to read.His understading in subject really good and fast catching..now he got same level as me.Riku really smart boy."said Tenn proudly.
Miyou were smiling and feel so happy too.
"It's because you are best brother to Riku"said Miyou.Tenn look at Miyou with blushing face.
"..as long..as Riku keep smiling and laughing like that..i would be happy for it.. that's enough for lighting my day"said Tenn while smiling a lot.
"You always wear a warm smile for Riku"said Miyou.
"Everyone will do the same for Riku mom.Riku is powerful inside which it no one could've defeat him.."said Tenn.
"Done!!! Here's Tenn-nii!! Check my answer"said Riku with excitedly.
"Let me see."said Tenn.He check Riku's answer.
"How Riku,you so amazing.Everything is right!"said Tenn.
"Is that true?Tenn?"
"Yes mom, Riku answer it correctly."said Tenn.
Miyou chuckle and hug Riku tightly."really proud of you my dear Riku."said Miyou
"Thanks to Tenn-nii for tutor me so well!!"said Riku."anyway, Tenn-nii...mom..it is fine if i start going to school already?"said Riku.Tenn and Miyou look at each other then smiling.
"Ofcourse Riku, anytime for you if you truly ready."said Miyou.
"Really!!??? But I'm still using a wheelchair..pluss it will be bother Tenn-nii.."said Riku.
"Riku, it's fine, you won't be longer to use that things okay?I will support you anywhere.Don't mind about other people.Just focus on me okay? I will be with you only."said Tenn sweetly.
Riku's eyes were sparkling and feel so happy.
"Thanks Tenn-nii,i will working hard in my rehab too!!"said Riku with happy.
