Tenn POV
That time i close my eyes and wish that i can change everything back.
"Happy Birthday to my dear Tenn and Riku may god always bless you too and i guess you two must have your own dream right? please close your eyes and praying."
I heard mom's voice wishing on us.When i open my eyes,i look at the cake and it written 'Happy Birthday Tenn And Riku'.I look around too and it was home.Our house...
This may our 4th birthday for the first time after Riku can't go home before because of his condition at age 3.I look who stand next to me,it's Riku who still close his eyes and praying in front of our cake.I still remember about the future too but i won't focus on that too.I will make sure i will protect Riku this time.I still have time before Kujou-san approach us.That time happen when we reach 13 years old.
Maybe i could do something with Riku to avoid him being hospitalized because that was the cause why our theater got down.Mom and dad have to use the money from it and end up with Kujou-san's money.
"Tennii-san!!??",i guess i thinking to much until i didn't realize Riku call me.I look at him and give him a smile.
"Yes wiku-"
wait??? wiku?? i can't say it properly????
"Tenn-nii okay?"
aaaaaaaaaa i forgot,i and Riku still kid..maybe my tounge are the problem at this age so maybe it's fine~~~
"eyess~~~~ Tenn-nii fine!! why Wiku?"aaaaa i need to practice my vocab after this.
"heere~~ my present for you!!"said Riku.
Oh my god,Riku always be this cute right?No he already this cute,he's cute than everyone.I can't let anyone take my Riku this time.
"My dear Tenn? are you okay? Riku using his pocket money to buy this things for you"said mom.I was talking with my mind again.Focus Tenn,Riku might find out about my weird things.I smile at him and ruffling his hair.
"Arigato Wiku...i really apwecite this vewy much.."i really need to practice my tounge because i could die in embarrassment if i were adult..
to think back,i hide my present for Riku in my room...no i mean our room,i still remember about this,Riku's gift are bracelets that has name of mine as Tenn-nii.Then my present is a rare rock that has Riku's name too.I should go get it like the past.
"Waiit,i forgot your present at our room! i will go get it!"i said.As i remember,after i go get my present for Riku,Riku got his attack because of the air-condition that my parent forgot to turn off and on that day too,our party didn't go on because Riku's condition got worse too and i never give him my present on that day.So..
"Mom,can you switch off the~~~"wait??? i should know that name why would i forgot??
"switch off the??"Mom look at me.
"aaaarmm....the air-condition!"i said but it feel like i was in weird mood.
"oh thanks my dear,that not good for our Riku right? you are really good brother."
no mom,you are wrong,i am the worst brother for Riku.

Tenn go to his room after got compliment by his mother about Riku's health aware.
"Tenn sure so mature to take care of Riku soon.."said Miyou as she proud of Tenn who notice about that things.Even it just small problem,but the small problem could make Riku placed at the end of his rope.
Tenn found that give and go back to the living room.He saw Riku still waiting for him at in front of cake.

yup my plan is worked.That day,Riku have to end his party and everyone watching Riku the whole night because mom and dad afraid if Riku getting worst.Tomorrow they will bring us to the picnic together after that got to the big park which it Riku got~~~..
"Waaaaaaa Tenn-nii!! this is sooo...cool!! mom dad this rock has my name!!".Riku seems so happy to get my present from the start.Maybe if i give him that present on that day,he will react this way right...
Riku immediately hug me which it i can feel how big his love to me.He never give up on me even i'm the one who leaving him.
This time,i won't leave you anymore.
"Tenn,where did you get that rock? it's really rare to found kind of rock like that plus it has Riku's name."said dad.
Actually it our grampa do that and leave at dad's hometown.
"It's Rei-ojisan~~"i said...maybe i have to get used this vocab.
"Ojisan?? Riku remember now!! when dad bring us to Rei-ojisann's house,Riku saw Tenn-nii and Ojisan finding something in the river !"said Riku with cute.
"So Riku remember it",i give a smile and pat Riku's soft hair.
"but Tenn-nii..Riku's pwesent is not cool like Tenn-nii's pwesent..."said Riku while pouts.I give a chuckle and hug him again.
"Riku,no matter what Riku give me,Tenn-nii will appreciate it with whole of my heart.That only the prove Tenn-nii can show Riku as i love Riku so much~~"

This is should i do from the start,so Riku won't suffer his whole life because of his poor healthy.

Tenn and Riku having fun with their birthday party together with their parent.They parent invite Ritsu too and their neighboor.
"Riri-chan!!"shout Riku when he saw Ritsu just enter the house.
"Riku-chan!!"Ritsu let go of his hand from his parent and hug Riku.
"Happy birthday Riku-chan,Tenn-chan!"said Ritsu while give a warm smile to them.Ritsu give them a gift to Riku and Tenn.
"Thank you Riri-chann!!"said Riku and hug Ritsu again.

Riku never got celebrate like this in the past because of his attack.Ritsu are back as human right now.On this time,Riku staying at his room with mom watching his condition while i and dad didn't have any conversation with the neighboor and Ritsu.
It's seems like started to change every pain Riku been with turn be a beautiful life for him.

Tenn were smiling at Riku and Ritsu the whole time because he never got this scene when he in the past.Tenn really glad that he can change Riku's future and everyone's future.
After a few people coming for Nanase's birthday party,Nishi told Riku to go his room and sleep early to avoid night attack for him.Tenn can leave that to his dad since he's incharge to taking Riku to the room because Tenn want to help his mother clean the living room after the party.
"mom,let me help you clean that"said Tenn.
"there's no need my dear,your hand still small and frail,you should join Riku to the room"said Miyou.
"No!! i will help you do the dishes then join Riku after that!"said Tenn.Miyou really can't resist Tenn's cuteness.So she let Tenn help her clean the living room and the table.Miyou feel so happy seeing Tenn growing so well.He just turn to 4 years old and already being this mature.
"Tenn,do you need something? if you need something as return for helping me,you should tell me."said Miyou as she just teasing on Tenn.
"No need mom.."said Tenn with mature."i don't want anything else,i just want to be with Riku and stay with him.I wanna be happy together with Riku and mom dad too! i am glad to be born first so i can protect Riku in the future.."said Tenn making Miyou touching with Tenn's word.She hug Tenn and crying.
"Honey,you don't have to take responsibility for this time,you are not ready for it"said Miyou.
"I already have that responsibility..and i failed as brother for Riku..."Tenn's minded and look away from his mother.
"Dear Tenn, don't use that face,you should be smiling for yourself too.Riku already love you more than anything else.Just focus on having with your life and Riku okay?You should go to be right now,leave the other,i wil handle it."said Miyou.Tenn nodded and hug his mother again.
Tenn run to the up stairs went to join Riku at their room.His father still with Riku inside so Tenn knock the door.
"Oh Tenn-nii here!! why Tenn-nii so late!"said Riku with adorable.Tenn can't help it but see Riku so cute.He always forgot that he also a kid too.
"Tenn,you should get up on the bed and let me tell the story"said Nishi.
"Wait,dad..can i-...read the story book for Riku?"said Tenn.Nishi were smile and give a small chuckle toward Tenn.
"Tenn,you still learning about the words right,it will make Riku confuse if you read it one by one"said Nishi.
Again,Tenn forgot he is kid too that why his father didn't let him read the book for Riku yet because they still learning.
"it okay dad,let Tenn-nii read it for Riku! i don't mind if he ready it slowly because i believe Tenn-nii is the best!"said Riku while smiling happily.Nishi ruffling Riku's hair and give him a forehead kiss.
Nishi nodded and give Tenn a story book.When Tenn open the book,honestly he actually can read it but this not the same world that he knew.Tenn read it with smoothly not to fast not to slow making Riku were amazed by Tenn's skill.Riku eye's already that shining hearing Tenn read the story for them.Nishi actually were shock with Tenn when Tenn can read that with good pronounce and feeling.
"waaaaa dad!! Tenn-nii is good!! Tenn-nii are the best!!"said Riku as he was really happy and proud of Tenn.
"that really good Tenn,then i should turn off the light now,you two should sleep especially you Riku,we don't want you get night attack right?"said Nishi.
"Don't worry dad! Tenn-nii always with Riku!!"said Riku with happy.
Nishi give them a warm smile and wish them good night.After their father turn off the light,Riku wake up and go to Tenn's bed.
"Tenn-nii !! can Riku sleep with you!"said Riku.
"Ofcourse,come here!"said Tenn while offer the space for Riku.Riku climb Tenn's bed and hug Tenn.
"don't forget Riku always love Tenn-niii"said Riku.
It's make Tenn remember about that word.On the past,Riku say that when Riku stayed at the hospital but Tenn can't stay with Riku on that day.Tenn were looking at Riku and hold his hand.
"i know Riku,i always love you too.You should get sleep..so we can having fun tomorrow!"said Tenn.
Riku nodded and snuck to Tenn's stomach.

On the next day,Riku try to waking Tenn but Tenn today not feeling well.
"Tenn-nii..."Riku found out that Tenn are burning.Riku immediately rushing to his parent's room.
"mom!! dad!!"shout Riku while knocking the door with panic.
Miyou quickly open the door and saw Riku was panting so hard and can tell that Riku are panic.
"my dear,Riku calm down....Honey!! can you help me get Riku's inhaler now!"said Miyou.Nishi get the inhaler and give it to Miyou.Miyou helping Riku using it.
"Riku,breathe slow down and follow me to breathe first.."said Miyou.
Riku nodded and follow Miyou's breathe.He still can't calm down.
"Riku!mom here...just calm down yourself first.."said Nishi.
"Tenn-nii..is hot.."said Riku while crying.Nishi immediately go to their room and touch Tenn's forehead.
"he's burning,i will take Tenn to the clinic first and you stay with Riku"said Nishi.Miyou nodded and hug Riku who was crying.
"Riku,my dear...Tenn are fine..."said Miyou as she trying to comforting Riku who still crying.
"Sweetie look at me,we don't want let your asthma attacking you right?..mom is here,so just calm down okay?" Said Miyou as she give a hug to Riku.

I never fell sick like this.I already feel so hot and my head are spinning.I look at my father who was staying with me since we came here.I just worry about Riku a lot because he's the one who got panic after found out about me sick.
But at that time,Riku the one who got sick.
"Tenn? How are you feeling now??"my father already there waiting for me.
"Don't worry,Tenn is strong, he's fever will go away, just need rest and sleep.You can go home."said that nurse.
Maybe i can say, it's was a relief.
"Dad...i am fine now,should we back home now? Riku msut be worry at me.."i said.But dad giving me a pat at my head.
"Ofcourse we will back home plus, I don't like this place"said dad.
I never heard he said something like this before...Maybe because in that past,i didn't get along with dad.Because i keep against them and stay with Riku a lot..maybe i could fix my relationship with my parent too.

Tenn hugging Nishi with tight.Nishi can't help it and lifting Tenn."let's go home.."said Nishi.
They heading back to their house.Riku are still crying ang being comforted by Miyou.
"Riku,honey,you should stop crying..of your face will be not cute as Riku i know"said Miyou while hugging Riku at his parent's room.
After a few minute,Riku fell asleep after tired of crying.Miyou pull the blanket and let Riku sleep in their room for awhile.In the same time,when Miyou went to the kitchen,Tenn and Nishi just back.
"we home"said Nishi.
"welcome home,how's Tenn?"Miyou first question.
"don't worry mom,i am strong,i will be fine after sleep.."said Tenn with smile.Miyou smiling and hug Tenn.
"make sure to get sleep today,we will go to the park on next time."said Miyou while caress Tenn's hair.
"Mom..where's Riku?"Tenn ask as he didn't see Riku around.
"don't worry,he just fell asleep..maybe this night he will stay with us until you are feeling better."said Miyou.
"It's okay,i don't want Riku get my cold.."said Tenn while smile.
"Then let me stay with Tenn tonight at his room.You just can focus on Riku."said Nishi.
"if you say so,i will ask Ms Sasha for help us the dinner since we have to keep watching them.."said Miyou.
"It's okay mom,dad..you guys should go on with Riku..i'll be fine by myself."said Tenn with a smile.Nishi give a light knock at his head.
"Tenn,don't act that you are strong,you and Riku are the thing so important to use.Just let your mom and dad keep loving you two."said Nishi making Tenn almost cry.Before this,his father never say something like that.His parent always focus on Riku and only worry for Riku.Tenn were left behind at that time because he always say he's fine and go take care of Riku because he need the most.
Nishi bring Tenn heading to Tenn Riku's room and put him on the bed.
"I will be here staying with you.So you will never feel alone."said Nishi.Tenn were smiling but his inside actually holding his tears.He never feel this attention from his parent.

Maybe Ritsu were right before...i always being so selfish and didn't care about what my heart want to.My heart need that love and attention.All this time,i always force myself to push those thing from my parent and give it to Riku more but honestly i want that attention like Riku.I should learn to lean on them too.
"Just close your eyes and don't need to think anything else."said dad.He give me his hand.I take it and hold on it and close my eyes.

"I really proud of Tenn right now,his mind like true older brother to Riku.I just don't want Tenn feel like the taking fully responsibility on Riku as big brother.I don't want that"said Miyou.
"Well,those kid are growing..it normal if Tenn try to be mature since his position as brother."said Nishi.
"i know,but we should always be with Tenn too."said Miyou.
"..,just give them the things like always we do.And sometime we need to have conversation with Tenn."said Nishi.
"that right,since Tenn-chan got feeling that he is the brother of Riku-chan,so it's normal for him to take care of Riku-chan with his condition like that.He still have long journey to get experience in the future.Or it could be Tenn-chan actually feel to left behind because you guys keep watching Riku-chan's health.He can hide it but he won't keep it."said Wanabe Sasha who was working at the theater canteen.Riku and Tenn always eat Sasha's cooks.
"...maybe you were right..we didn't take care of Tenn's feeling.He suddenly become so mature and every word he say is true.."said Miyou.
"Riku-chan and Tenn-chan really close.You guys should glad to have that twin who loving each other.Lately i read in news,so many parent didn't like the twin because of the other one is not perfect like other one.But i believe god actually giving a special test for the parent who having that.I can put an example like you too.Tenn-chan become so mature because he is the first twin and Riku-chan born with perfect but he sacrifice himself to take all the bad things from Tenn-chan before they were born."said Sasha.Nishi and Miyou being silent because they did something that can't be forgiven by Riku on day.
"...Thank you for your good advice Sasha-san,it's really help me open my eye more.I was to greedy for the first time i give birth Tenn..without knowing i almost killing Riku on that day.."said Miyou.Nishi holding Miyou's hand and shake his head as he didn't want to hear it again because he feel the same for not stopping Miyou doing like that.
"It all the past Miyou-chan,at least.Riku-chan and Tenn-chan are here with you guys right?so you guys have to take care of both of them.."said Sasha."Then i will fed Riku-chan first and you guys should take care of Tenn-chan too."said Sasha as she put the meal on the tray.Nishi nodded and go together with Miyou.

I can't fell asleep again after awake again.Now i trying to force my eyes to sleep.I feel so uncomfortable right now.I never had this fever like this before in the past.But at least Riku wasn't here.Because he will easily get cold by me.
Suddenly i heard a door were open.I immediately wake up and saw mom and dad enter the room with a tray?
"Tenn you should be sleep to rest more"said dad.
"No,i just awake..so right now i'm trying to get sleep back."i said.Mom pat my head and give a smile.
"well,before you back to sleep,you should eat first,let me fed you,you just have to sit."said mom.Dad are trying to help me in sit position and put more pillow behind my back.
But i didn't heard Riku voice or saw him around.Did he go to the hospital? or ...
"Tenn? i know you are searching for your little brother right? don't worry,Riku at our room.He's sleeping right now after crying so much"said mom.Riku crying? did i do that? i make Riku crying??
"Why Riku..crying? is it my fault right?I am sorry,i didn't mean to make Riku cry.."i said.I feel so bad and fail as brother.
"Tenn!"mom suddenly grab my cheeck and face her."Listen to me,it's not your fault.Riku just panic after saw got sick.Thanks to Riku for telling us that you are sick.About the plan that we talk about,don't blame your self okay sweetie? we can go after you feel better"said mom.
In the past,we can't go because Riku's condition and right now,i'm the one who cause the trouble.I am very sorry Riku.It's my fault.
"Tenn,don't worry,you still our son.You don't have to be responsible for Riku because as long as you still have us,you don't have to put more weight on your shoulder.Okay?"said Mom.Somehow they got my feeling...
"I know you still use that role as brother,but don't trap your own self,you have to having fun while you can.Don't worry about other things because your way are still long."said dad...
Sometime I forgot about the moment when the last time i got their attention?when the last time i being spoiled by them?
How i can be end up with being so responsible toward Riku?...
"Don't think to much,here eat this then take a rest okay? don't worry about Riku,he will sleep with us until you recover okay?"Said mom.She help me and fed me.It's been so long I haven't got something like this moment.Maybe Riku were right at the future that i am being to selfish...

Next morning,Tenn still sleeping at his room.Riku,who already awake goes to their room and saw Tenn still sleeping.Miyou enter the room and take the temperature of Tenn's forehead.
"Mom,is Tenn-nii fine??.."Riku ask.
"Tenn-nii is fine,his fever already go away.He will be fine after another sleep."Said Miyou.Riku pouting and only look at Tenn.Miyou caress Riku's hear and smile."Mom need Riku's help for making breakfast.Do you want to help me?"Miyou ask as she want to take Riku's worries.
"I wanttt, Riku want to help!!"said Riku with a big smile.Miyou smiling and heading to the kitchen.

I guess my fever already gone,i should have breakfast now.Wait what time now?When i open my eyes,i got feeling that my hand were hold by someone.I try to fix my vision and saw Riku fell sleep while holding my hand.
Riku always wait-... I mean..when Riku got sick at that time,i am the one who in this position.Waiting for Riku to wake up.But, it's happened by opposite..Is this gonna happen if i keep changing what will happen?
"Ahh Tenn-nii !! You already awake!"said Riku with his cheeks a so red after sleeping like that.
"Did i bother your sleep Riku?"
"Nope!! Here Tenn-nii! You should eat first,i made this for you with mom's help!!"said Riku with excited.
When he open that bowl, it's was omurice with love on it.Without knowing,i already give my big smile to Riku making Riku blushing.
"You really did a good job Riku, thanks for the food."i said.So.i take a spoon and dig the omurice.Riku's face already seems so excited.It's more than anything.
It's taste to good.In the past,mom did this for you but i didn't give any help to do it.
"Tenn-nii?..why are you crying??..",i didn't realize that my tears already fell.I wipe the tears and hug Riku.
"Nothing much Riku, there's nothing you need to worry."i said while hug him tightly.
"Tenn-nii,i wanna say something.."said Riku.It's like so serious.i guess Riku gonna confess that he wanna.."Tenn-nii,you don't have to try so hard to be my brother because you already my only brother Tenn-nii,today and forever! Don't act like you are strong enough when you are in the weakness..Riku here for Tenn-nii too,i can help you too!!!"Said Riku making my heart touched.
"Riku...why you are so cute!"i said and can't control myself to hug him again.

"See? Our son really so cute!!"said Miyou.
Nishi and Miyou were smiling after seeing Riku and Tenn are being together.
After that their parent just let them be.Tenn and Riku are spend their time together again and laughing together.Tenn were hoping this time will be forever and wish not to get adult again like the past.

After a few days,Tenn finally can join their breakfast morning at the living room together with their parent and Riku.
"Good morning Tenn,Riku how your sleep?"Miyou ask while put the pancakes on the table.
"Good morning mom!! It's good !! I dream of Tenn-nii and i singing on the stage together!!"said Riku making Tenn's face gone pale.
"That's really good dream honey,here have your breakfast."said Miyou and pour the milk into the glass that written Riku.Riku nodded and start to having his food.
Tenn just smile and start digging his food to but his mind were mess when Riku mention about the stage.When Tenn saw a calendar were on the table,he remembers today his parents will be late and no one will take care of them since their aunty will be busy too.On the past, Riku almost die because Tenn leaving him alone after a little fight with Riku.

"Tenn-nii, let's go see mom and dad working!"said Riku.
"We can't go out without a big adult Riku,mom already told us to stay home "said Tenn.
"But you don't want to play with me!"said Riku.
"I'm not in mood Riku,"
"Then I'm bored right now!"said Riku
"No is no Riku! "Shout Tenn.
"If you don't want then just stay here and let me go there!"said Riku and he's running away.Tenn immediately grab Riku's hand and slap Riku.
"I told you just STAY!! MOM WILL BLAME ME IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOU!"shout Tenn.

On that day Riku were crying.Tenn were blaming Riku for everything and leave the house.In the same time Riku are having worst attack makinh Tenn regret until these day.
"Tenn-nii? Are you okay?"Riku ask.
"Oh well,..mo-mom.. today is Saturday right? mom and dad will go back to the theater right?"Said Tenn.
"Oh that's right,mom and your dad will be late today,i already call your aunty but she said she will be busy..so no one will look after you.."said Miyou.
"Then,let me and Riku join you!..i promise i will take care of Riku"said Tenn.
"That's good idea but Riku still can't leave the house since he's still weak."said Miyou.
"We will just take a seat at the vip seat and sleeping at dad's office.I will clean the place first before we sleep there if you guys working until late night"said Tenn.
"Sometime,you are so genius Tenn,then make sure to take care of Riku."said Miyou.
"I will be good boy!!"said Riku while smiling a lot.Tenn and Miyou still fell in love with Riku's smile.
