Chapter 49: Extra 6: Brother Chen(iv)

Chen Shan didn’t remember how long he hadn’t climbed over the wall to go out. In fact, he felt as though he had entered a time warp that night and became sixteen again.

However, now he was not as agile as he was at the age of 16. When he jumped off the wall, he twisted his ankle and was caught by the patrolling security guard.

The security guard couldn’t understand why a man in his thirties would climb over the wall of his own family.

Chen Shan coughed awkwardly and left under the security guard’s gaze.

President Li Che was kicking his heels, waiting for Chen Shan at the airport, and he started connecting to the WIFI to watch Peppa Pig. In fact, there was one thing Chen Shan was wrong. what Li Che and Chen Shan’s sister watched wasn’t completely the same. President Li Che watched the English version but Chen Shan’s sister could only watch the Chinese version.

After watching fifteen episodes, the light in front of him was suddenly blocked. Li Che frowned and avoided the person.

Chen Shan smiled, bent down and kissed him on the side of his face.

Li Che’s patience finally snapped. He raised his head to look at him, ignoring the gazes of the people around him, and suddenly kissed his lips.

Chen Shan held Xiao Li into his arms and exerted a lot of force, as if he wanted to make him melt into his bones.

After the kiss, the two of them walked outside. Li Che also noticed Chen Shan was limping and frowned, “What’s wrong?”

Chen Shan said with the slovenly attitude, “I fought for you, you little mischievous darling!”

Li Che twisted her head sideways and looked at Chen Shan and kissed him again.

Chen Shan suddenly felt that it was not a big deal to climb over the wall even ten times.

That night, the two of them naturally went to Chen Shan’s apartment near the company. After entering the house, they went to the bed and slept together. The two red-blooded men had sex and Li Che seemed to go crazy that he bit Chen Shan all over with love bites.

Chen Shan winced in pain, “It hurts!”

Li Che raised his eyebrows, “Then let me do it?”

Chen Shan hesitated because he had to work tomorrow.

Li Che snorted, and Chen Shan’s heart was a little melted. He clenched his teeth and said, “Alright!”

Li Che was overjoyed. He smiled at Chen Shan, kissed him on the lips, and licked him like a kitten, “Forget it, I’ll owe it to you.”

Chen Shan held the man in his arms and said, “When will you go back?”

Li Che said, “Tomorrow morning.”

Chen Shan frowned.

Li Che turned over and put his head against Chen Shan’s body with his quiet, regular breathing.

He fell asleep.

Chen Shan thought to himself.

In the past few years, Li Che’s father’s health had become worse and worse and the vastly disproportionate burden fell on Li Che for Coolrunning management. Last year, when the company was floated on the New York Stock Exchange, Li Che had been sleeping by eating sleeping pills for a whole month. The next day, he still needed someone to wake him up.

Even though the Chen Family was rich, Chen Shan had a father. With Chen Papa’s help, he still had time to accompany his sister to a park or do something else.

Chen Shan sighed and locked Li Che’s phone with his fingerprints. He looked at the flight tomorrow morning and he was indeed leaving on the six o’clock plane tomorrow.

He closed his eyes slightly.

The next day, when Li Che woke up, there was no one beside him and there was a pillow below his head. President Xiao frowned almost immediately, but then he heard the sound from the kitchen.

Li Che was stunned and went out naked to have a look. He found that Chen Shan was doing something clumsily in the kitchen. There was a shattered plate lay in fragments on the floor.

Chen Shan raised his head and looked at Li Che who was naked with a strange expression on his face.

“Well…” Chen Shan opened his mouth, “Hurry up and get dressed. I will send you to the airport later.”

Li Che took out his clothes from the wardrobe and went to wash up. When he came out, he saw a steamed bum on the table. Inside the bum was a fried egg which was singed a little, and a lot of chili paste was spread on it.

Chen Shan seemed to be a little annoyed and said, “The bread is out-of-date… Suppose we go out and buy food? There must be food at the airport.”

Li Che picked up the bum slowly and took a bite as though he was eating some kind of expensive western dessert.

The half-cooked yolk flowed out from the bum… and dyed Li Che’s hand.

Li Che slowly licked his hand clean.

Chen Shan was speechless.

And he felt a little hungry!

They didn’t know if it was because he ate the bum too slowly that Li Che caught the plane at the last second. Chen Shan accompanied him to run most of the way, and he was still panting after seeing him going through security.

Then the phone rang twice and Li Che said obediently, “Your physical strength is a bit poor.”

Chen Shan didn’t know what to say. He didn’t sleep at all last night, okay?!

Maybe it was because he got older, he couldn’t help but have a headache after staying up all night while he could still rush towards another place in good fettle the next morning after staying in the bar all night a few years ago. Chen Shan stayed in the office for half a morning, almost knocked over a glass of coffee to soak the important documents, and therefore he was asked to leave by his father.

Before he went back, his father still asked him in confusion, “Didn’t you stay at home last night?”

Chen Shan, who was wearing a suit jacket, paused and said, “I left there early today.”

Chen Papa snorted and ignored his son.

Chen Shan didn’t go home but went to the apartment. The two-meter wide bed still remained the scent of someone. He put his head against the pillow and sank into a deep sleep until he was woken up by the ringing phone in the afternoon.

Chen Shan’s sister said in a childish tone, “Brother! Ann is getting married! ”

Chen Shan closed his eyes and yawned, “Mm… get married…”

Chen Shan’s sister seemed to be a little angry, and she yelled his name like Chen Mama, “Chen Shan!”

Chen Shan was speechless.

Who taught her to show no respect for her elders? That was really… cute!

“What’s wrong? Chen Shan sat up blearily and asked, “Who made our sister angry?”

“Fynn and Ann are getting married!” Chen Shan’s sister shouted at the other end of the line.

Chen Shan was stunned for two seconds before he realized, “Who said that? Where’s Mommy?”

Chen Shan’s sister snorted and said complacently, “It was An Cheng told me!”

After hanging up, Chen Shan looked at his phone and there was indeed a missed call from Qi Le’an.

When he called back and asked, Qi Le’an indeed was about to get married.

“Wei Sama has rented an island in Maldives!” Qi Le’an yelled gleefully, “We’ve set the date for our wedding. Brother Chen, come to be my groomsman!”

Chen Shan’s mind was a little blank.

He knew that in order to adopt the child, Wei Changfeng had changed his nationality, and he even knew that the two of them had got the marriage license in New York. But he didn’t expect them to hold the wedding so soon.

Chen Shan felt panicky. He didn’t know what he was afraid of.

After a while, her phone rang again. Chen Mama sent him a message asking if he was going home for dinner tonight.

Chen Shan replied with ‘yes’.

At night, he went home and told Chen Mama at table about the matter that Qi Le’an was getting married. Chen Mama was particularly happy as she mumbled for a long time. Chen Shan’s sister was also happy for no reason, keeping chirping.

But Chen Papa glanced at him thoughtfully.

Chen Shan pretended not to notice it.

Qi Le’an did not have any family members. Chen Mama was especially afraid that he would be bullied, so she ordered Chen Shan to help him as much as he could. Chen Shan nodded and promised that there was no problem. He contacted Wei Changfeng to confirm the details of the wedding. After confirming it, Wei Changfeng asked, “I don’t have a groomsman here. Would you like to ask Mr. Xiao if he could come for me?”

Wei Changfeng said, his eyes full of laughter as gentle as before. Chen Shan was silent for a moment and nodded, “Thank you.”

Wei Changfeng smiled, “I should thank you.”

The youngest son of the Wei Family, King of China Entertainment, who could single-handedly shake the whole showbiz, said that he had no groomsman. How could it be possible?

Chen Shan went back to drink and sent Li Che a message.

“The Huge Bad Man of the Universe”: “Do you want to be a groomsman?”

President Li Che was well informed and naturally knew that Qi Le’an was going to get married. After 37 minutes, he just replied to him.

“The Mini Good Boy of the Universe”: “Yes.”

Strange to say, the two of them rarely sent voice messages to or phoned each other. Most of the time they sent text messages to each other. Their words weren’t sappy that they would just reply with ‘okay’, ‘yes’ or something very simple.

Were they having a romance? It was a bit different from that.

Wei Changfeng’s wedding was a little hasty. Thankfully, everyone had money and nothing was a big deal as long as the money would be forthcoming.

Chen Shan met Li Che the night before he set off to the island. President Li Che was dressed in a suit and obediently knocked on Chen Shan’s door.

The chartered plane of Qi Le’an left Beijing for Haicheng to pick up the Chen Family.

When Chen Shan opened the door, his family were laughing and talking in the house. Chen Mama pulled Qi Le’an’s hand, dabbing her eyes as if he was his daughter getting married that she was loath to let him leave.

It was the first time everyone saw Li Che as a president when he entered the house. Qi Le’an stood up and smiled, “Brother Li! Try the jacket on!”

Only now did Chen Mama knew that Li Che was a groomsman. She originally thought that he was Wei Changfeng’s friend. She couldn’t help but whisper in her godson’s ear, “This guy is really handsome!”

When Chen Shan heard this, he felt a little awkward but complacent.

After Li Che tried on the clothes, Chen Mama naturally asked him to stay for dinner. Li Che changed his weird temper and sat down at table obediently. Chen Mama was curious and started to ask him about all sorts of questions. Li Che was not angry and answered all her questions obediently. In the end, it was Chen Shan who felt embarrassed and stopped his mother.

Before Li Che left, he took out the key chain in the shape of a small Peppa Pig from his pocket and gave it to Chen Shan’s sister. She cheered and gave Li Che a big hug, saying ‘thank you’.

Li Che rarely blushed with embarrassment.

After Li Che went out for two seconds, Chen Shan said that he would see him off, and left after wearing his clothes. Chen Mama asked curiously, “Is he familiar with that guy that he wants to see him off? Wait, why did he chase after him since he has left? Does the brat want to go out again?”

Qi Le’an smiled and said, “They are all people in business. They should know each other…”

Chen Mama nodded and thought it made sense. Then she sighed with jealousy, “Look at that guy. He’s two years younger than Chen Shan! He could single-handedly run such a big company. Then look at Chen Shan…”

She shook her head in disappointment.

Chen Papa muttered, “Isn’t because of you who spoils him?”

Chen Mama got angry instantly, just like Chen Shan, “I spoil him?” Did I spoil him?! I only dote on our sister! Isn’t it true, Sis?”

Chen Shan’s sister took a new gift and was about to hang her little key on it. She nodded when she heard it and said seriously, “That’s right!”

Qi Le’an could not help but smile.

Outside the door, Chen Shan took two steps to catch Li Che, holding his hand into his pocket.

Li Che didn’t look at him but smiled.

The two of them walked quietly to the garage. Chen Shan sent Li Che onto the car. Li Che fastened his seat belt and Chen Shan said, “See you tomorrow.”

Li Che turned around and smiled at him, who was really beautiful.

“See you tomorrow.”
