Tyler's POV
"No way." Melany exclaimed. I had just got done telling her about me and Carson, how we got together then how we found Jace. It wasn't really romantic but its the best story ever in my eyes. Beats any book out there.
"How did you guys get married."
I smiled and shrugged. "A week or two after the fight was over and really started getting into our normal lives and after the kids were born I walked into our room and found a ring sitting on my bedside table with a letter. It said to go downstairs and out to the garden with the ring. I already knew what was coming so I grabbed the ring, put it on, and ran downstairs. When I got there Jace and Carson were both sitting at a table they had already had their rings on. We had a normal date my sitting there wondering if they were ever going to ask or not and they actually never did. I had asked them about it when we were going to bed that night and Jace said me wearing the ring was enough."
"Awww." She smiled really big. "Gosh why can't I have have two gorgeous men."
I giggled and smiled, looking down at my ring. "I wasn't actually all for it at first."
She looked, confused. "What do you mean."
I sighed. "When we found out that will had another mate I didn't really want another one. I was confused enough already with everything that was going on and didn't want to add more confusion. While we were at the mall I almost turned around and went home. Carson was enough for me I didn't want to make it a three way relationship but I'm glad I did." I smiled. "I talked myself into it by telling myself that this could be a good thing and that if I hadn't done it they may have gotten to him, or her, before we could and we could have risked a life we could have saved."
She nodded. "Well he's very sweet. Both of them and you are very lucky."
I blushed slightly and nodded. "Ya, I am." I whispered to myself then started rubbing my belly when the baby kicked.
"You okay."
I smiled and nodded. "She's kicking."
"She?"
I shrugged. "We don't know yet I just have a feeling its a girl."
She smiled. "Can I feel."
I nodded. "Of course."
She placed her hands on my belly and smiled as the baby kicked her hand. "Going to be a strong little one."
I groaned. "Don't I know."
She giggled. "So how long have you been getting these letters."
"I started getting them about a month after the fight was over. I never read them and still refused to. How did you guys know where I lived."
"Well I still kept in touch with your dad just not as much. I hadn't even known he was having a baby until I heard about the war breaking out between you and this guy. My family heard about it actually and tried to get in touch with you because they wanted to help but no one knew where you were or where your parents were. I heard about another war from your dad. I got the address from him as well and sent you the letter letting you know we were on our way."
"So, my family is coming."
She smiled and nodded. "They love you. They may have had hard feelings back then but they don't know. This isn't even our battle this was our ancestors battle. We need to start acting like a family."
I nodded and smiled. "I had actually told my parents when I found out my family was fighting against me that I wanted them here and that if they had still decided they would fight against me that I would decapitate their heads myself. They wouldn't have the chance to fight."
She giggled. "Don't worry you won't have to worry about killing them."
I smiled. "Good."
'Alpha.'
I looked behind me to see Benjamin, Jace's Beta standing behind me in wolf form.
"Whats wrong?" I asked, standing up real fast.
"Rouges." He said then belted outside.
I ran upstairs and into our room and shook both Jace and Carson up.
They jumped up after hearing a huge roar outside
"Whats going on."
"Rouges."
He jumped and ran outside with me and Carson behind him.
We stripped real fast then shifted and ran into the trees.
Dave was already there helping fight.
There was at least 100 rogues standing around and another 50 fighting. I looked through them to see if this was the fight we were waiting for but I didn't see Darren in any of the wolves. I broke my way through the other wolves and stood there staring at them and growling.
One of the wolves rolled his eyes at my size then stepped forward. He looked like he had a smug smirk on his face, probably think this was going to be an easy fight.
It was my turn to roll my eyes. I stared at him for a while and when he went to take his move he realized he couldn't move. My turn to smirk.
With a flick of my head all the wolves behind him went flying across the field before running away. The one in front of me looked at me scared right before I flicked my head to the right and snapped his neck. Just as I went to turn around one jumped on my back and ran his claws down my side, effectively ripping it open. I yelped, falling to the ground in pain.
"Tyler." I heard Carson scream to Jace in my head.
"I'm fine." I said, standing up and looking at the rogue who was now smirking at me. Wrong move. I lunged forward tackling him to the ground. We tumbled for a while before I finally got ahold of his neck and bit down. He yelped and tried to push me off but I had a strong grip. I turned my head and the last thing I heard before he went limp was a loud pop.
I sighed and rolled off of him. Using my power takes a lot of energy but we hadn't had enough members fighting with us to be able to take on the 150 wolves. I had no choice. Then that other wolf jumping on my back didn't help my case either. Before I knew it I was passed out with Carson and Jace checking me over.
