Just when things start going good they get bad again. I decided to go check on the house while Jace and Carson was training the younger wolves. I brought Sara with me for extra protection because her power with nine we we're unstopable. I walked out to the mail box, ignoring the house up front, and grabbed the mail. We hadn't gotten it for a couple of days and our bills we're coming up. I didn't want to skip out on paying just because we were in danger. After grabbing it I started walking back inside while looking at it. The bad part is coming up. I noticed their was three letters in the mail all sent the same day we left. I played it cool until I got inside then started having a minor panic attack. I grabbed Sara after looking the door to the house then drove back to the pack house. Sara started asking me questions for which I ignored. I knew she was worried but I couldn't think of that right now. Walking into the house I went straight to the training field and over to Carson and Jace. I handed them the letters and started walking away. I told them at the beginning that I didn't want to know anything on them. I refused to open them because I knew it would just make me worry more.
As I was walking away I heard them dismiss everyone before catching up to me.
"Go to Dave's office we will be there in a minute." Jace said, walking to our room with Carson behind him.
I sighed and changed my direction with lead straight to his office. I walked in without knocking and laid down on the couch.
Dave looked up at me surprised. "Your lucky Chelsea wasn't into here and we were doing something bad."
I smirked. "Nothing I haven't seen before."
He rolled his eyes. "What do you want?" He asked, leaning back in his chair.
"You will find out in 5, 4 ,3, 2, 1." As soon as I got to one Carson and Tyler walked in and shut the door.
"Tyler you need to read these." Carson said, pulling the other letters out and putting them with the old ones.
"I don't want to they are just going to make me feel worse."
"Well we have bigger problems then just Darren." Jace said, handing me the letters.
"Just tell me." I said, throwing the letters on the table.
They both gave each other a look then sighed.
Jace started scratching the back of his head. "We need to get your parents here. This goes far past Darren. Your entire family both sides are on his side. There is a letter that is from your cousins and a few aunt and uncles saying they were siding with him and to get ready for the biggest fight of your life. There is actually a few good letters in there which are the ones we just got saying that there are a few on our side and that they were on their way here now and would be here soon."
My heart started pounding. Why couldn't my family just accept that I'm alive and deal with it. Instead they had to get in the middle of something that was far beyond what they even knew.
I was tired of all of this. My family had no right and I was about to let them know this. I grabbed my cell phone from my back pocket and called my parents and aunt and uncle to let them know what was going on. And on cue they both arrived here within the hour. Jace and Carson let them know the details then I kicked them and Dave out to talk to my parents privately.
"I want to talk to them. All of them. I want to tell them they are making a huge mistake and that if they don't back down they will dye I don't care if I have to drag my children into it. I will not hesitate to decapitate every single person who decides to join." I said, my heart beating at an alarming pace. My hands were clammy and I wanted nothing more then to just go to my room and lay down for a very long time but I wasn't about to back down. This was seriously pissing me off and I wasn't going to let my family who I haven't even met yet to join something this serious and dye because of me. I would regret it for the rest of my life.
"I don't care if you don't think it won't work it will help me sleep at night know that I at least tried to stop them." I said before turning around and walking out of the room slamming the door behind me. Jace, Carson, and Dave were all sitting by the door. I knew they heard everything as if they were sitting in the room next to us but I didn't care. I was hungry and my next designation was the kitchen to stuff my face of the weirdest food you could imagine.
I walked by them and straight down the stairs ignoring Carson and Jace's seductive stares. I wasn't in the mood and probably wouldn't be for a while.
I sighed as a shoved a mouthing of speghetti in my mouth and had a silent orgasm at the taste. I leaned my head back in the chair and sighed before opening my eyes and seeing Carson and Jace standing there looking at me. I smiled. "Can I help you?" I asked, sarcastically.
"What has gotten up with you? Ever since we told you about your family you have been a lot different." Jace said, watching me closely.
I shrugged. "Change in heart. I'm tired of looking like I can be pushed around." I shrugged. "It has nothing to do with you guys or the kids."
Carson smiled and nodded. "We know we just wanted to make sure you were okay. We love you." He kissed the top of my head then grabbed some speghetti.
"You probably don't want to eat that. I put pickles and mustard in it." I said right as he was putting some in his mouth.
He let it fall out with a nasty look on his face before throwing it away. "Wish you would have told me that soon."
Jace was busting out laughing, holding his stomach, and about to fall on the floor.
I had a cheeky grin on my face. "Should have asked, giving the last time I was pregnant." I finished eating and put my bowl in the sink. "I'm going to bed but I want the kids in school tomorrow. Some of my family will be showing up tomorrow and I'm really not sure its going to be fun."
Carson nodded. "Or they could go to the pack tutor. It would be safer and easier."
I shrugged. "As long as they don't care." I said, before giving them each a kiss and walking upstairs. I stopped by the kids room to see them already asleep. I smiled and kissed each other their heads before walking to my room. I took off my clothes and grabbed a towel for a much need bath. Today was to exhausting for me to deal with and this baby had already grown enough to start kicking me in the ribs. The doctor told me when I had found out that I was almost half way. I barely even noticed the bump I had growing at an alarming rate. He confirmed that it was only one child but with how early it is it was very hard to tell. Plus with my body and me being a male we weren't able to find out about the sex of our kids until it was time for them to come. Before we had the book to tell us how many kids we were having but now we have no idea. It could be another three or just the one. Jace and Carson wanted to buy extra just in case. Since the triplets were born we had giving our stuff away to the other mothers are the pack to help them out so now we have nothing for the little bundle of joy or joys.
I sighed as my body relaxed in the water. It felt nice finally being able to just sit and enjoy myself. I barely have time for me anymore that its nice to sit back. That all ended though when I heard Jace and Carson come in the room. I had shut the door to the bathroom but I knew they would know I was in here when they seen I wasn't in bed. Plus we normally keep our bathroom door open.
"Babe, you in there?" Carson asked, knocking on the door.
"Ya, I will be out in a sec."
"Take your time I just wanted to make sure you were in here." He said, as he walked away from the door.
I leaned my head back and closed my eyes. Before I knew it I was passed out.
