What is pansexual, you ask? Well here, I have put a definition down for you.
pansexual: a sexual orientation in which an individual is attracted to all gender identifications, including female, male, a mix of the two, or neither, infinitely.
There are a lot of pansexual myths and problems that they go through, as much as any other sexual orientation. I have proceeded to show some examples.
1. Isn't that the same thing as bisexual?
Well you see, that's the problem. Bisexuality refers to two genders, whereas pansexuality refers to infinite genders, so no, they're different, and if you're still confused on the fact that there's more than two genders, then you're way behind.
2. So you like everybody?
I have the ability to like everybody. It doesn't mean I do.
3. Does that mean you're attracted to pans?
Absolutely not. The prefix pan- actually means all, so put the facts together.
4. Pansexuality doesn't exist.
It is a new term, yes, but it's starting to fit a lot of people perfectly, more than the term bisexual has, and it does exist.
5. That's just a fancy way of saying you're bisexual, stop seeking attention.
There is a difference between the two sexualities. It sounds different, but it's not 'fancier'.
6. If you're attracted to everything, does that mean you like animals?
No, I'm not attracted to animals. Some people aren't really thinking when they ask these questions.
7. What's pansexual?
Sigh.
